Except that the new SIM hasn't activated in 4+ hrs and multiple visits to the Vi store and now I'm without a working mobile number. Should I port to Jio or Airtel?

Even though it shows 4G/5G, it often drops to 2G signal, and this has been happening for quite some time. If you can’t provide proper service, then shut down your network in this area.

My phone shows a 5G network, but data is still being deducted from my daily pack instead of unlimited 5G. I’ve already raised a complaint, but the issue isn’t resolved yet.
