    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team. My outgoing SMS is barred and I came to know recently through customer call Rep that if I don't recharge for minimum 128 then I can't send SMS to anyone. Why this issue with Vi? Why this compulsion from Vi?? Can you resolve this ASAP?? @mumbaimirror

    @ViCustomerCare @googlemaps if you are new to Mumbai and planning to use G Maps to find your way in the city then please do not use maps on VI their network sucks. instead of hearing directions you will hear GPS loss. Also webpages on chrome do not open.

    I was using Idea services but due to regular network issues I port my SIM to Airtel but Airtel is providing worse services than Idea @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Do you think we are Chu***? I did 2 recharges of 699 together, you did 4 gb data for 3 months and 3 months talktime. While there should be 4 GB data and calling for 6 months. ₹ 699 + ₹ 699 = ₹ 1398 . Do you think all the customer like us are Chu***?

    @ViCustomerCare Your network engineer visited my place and couldn't find the reason & correct the speed. It's same thing since last year. What more patience do you expect from customers. Next step is consumer court. Then you will see the urgency of serving customers...

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, there is no network of VI in our village. We have lodged many complaints but we have not received the network of VI. If it is happening then we are requested to provide the network. ( Washim bypass akola hingna Akola Maharashtra 444002 )

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network ever. I used to be a Idea Fan few years ago because of its 3G speeds but now the situation has become so worst that even if I want too receive a OTP I have to climb my terrace and this doesn't work either. Complained a few times but no response.

    @ViCustomerCare- since last 15 days no technician visited my home premises and Vodafone has updated wrong in there system as problem been solved and has closed down the complaint, what a bad and worst service from Vodafone, they just want to earn money without solving the problem

    @ViCustomerCare Most worst (calling, internet,customer support ) services. Finally I ported my no from VI to Jio. Guys don't use Vi services because their services are so bad. Even I had registered the complain, but solution, now soon Vi company will be shutdown soon due to worst experience

    @ViCustomerCare for the last one month your executives r harassing me.,their advices do not resolve my issues of network , internet problem.They take more then 30.40 minutes to convince me that the problems have been resolved,but never happened what they claim.very pathetic
