    @VodafoneIN Iam porting from Airtel to Vodafone, my unq code is am352174, your Vodafone sales guy came and filled all details and gave me a sim card, checking status says no record found. Customer care has put me on a wild goose chase by telling me to call different numbers.

    @TRAI @VodafoneIN I have activated DND via the downloading the app, it’s been more than 15 days. I still continue to get messages daily with regards to Finance, Health & Real Estate. Please help me as Vodafone isn’t reverting properly.

    So if the bad network was not enough, @VodafoneIN has stopped giving any services on their customer care number, when call and speak to the agent they direct you to the #MyVodafoneApp which is Pathetic to say the least!

    @VodafoneIN You keep sending bills with account numbers, for someone who had 8 or 9 numbers lies not possible to know the account numbers, This causes a lot of problems and pls don't say one common billing can be done or things like that

    @SonyLIV Yes sir u are so very right...@SonyLIV app is s not accessible via @Airtel_Presence but I can access Sonyliv via @VodafoneIN network. I cannot understand why airtel has blocked it services towards sonyliv app. I request you to take action and resolve ASAP

    @VodafoneIN I was promised of 100 Rupees discount for my & my wife's no. by customer care service person Shafiq. But now I have received bill without that discount. The discount he assured was for 1 year & then again I have to renew it.

    3rd day, @VodafoneIN still no call from you, no respite from the spam sms despite being on DND since 26th April, 2019. I feel porting to another carrier will be the only solution.
