@VodafoneIN converted postpaid to prepaid at your store. They said insert SIM a half hour later, call 59059 when network shows. 5 hours later your call centre says this will take 3 days. All of this is so disappointing. Time to go to Jio I guess.

@ViCustomerCare stop annoying ur customers with frequent calls & reminder msgs to pay the bill. As it is u charge a fine of 100/- per month if the payment is delayed even by a day. Anyways this is the last month I'm with u porting to another service provider due to ur nuisance.

Now getting 5-8 calls everyday from your customer care asking not to port! Don’t you guys have any system updation ? Why the hell do you harass customers.
