    @ViCustomerCare DCHD16052279635. Pls cancel porting request, & issue refund for prepaid plan purchased. 90 days locking period is not yet over regarding previous porting, hence porting not possible

    @ViCustomerCare I have ask wht was the issue and why CC 24*7 not available is any intimation give..... Who will be responsible @TRAI can you help out if any time CC facing issue there must be support team to resolve but here no response even person told me you can call back 12 also for Help??

    @ViCustomerCare How long does one need to wait for a number reactivation..it's been 6 days and 4 store visits, yet no resolution. Vodafone, you should be ashamed of your services.

    Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare After converting existing number from Postpaid to Prepaid they still continue billing on earlier Postpaid and claim payment of bill amount for the same period where Prepaid bill has already been paid.

    @ViCustomerCare How scammers are aware that I have moved my number from corporate to personal ? Got a call from 9004982853 in the pretext of activating my DND service was asking for OTP which was actually to login to Vi app.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to browse anything. I have active plan worth of ₹839.00 . I stay near Borivali Railway Station East. The network range is full but still facing low internet speed. Even I need a hotspot to upload this tweet. A Big disappointment.
