@VodafoneIN 24 hours on no response forget solution you don't even have the courage to call up your partner store and resolve this issue. Sick to the core of your customer disregards. Or is @VodafoneIN a BJP backed organisation that doesn't give a hoot for its customers.

@VodafoneIN The worst network ever.. your network is so bad i dropped the idea of petting a dog.. we made a complaint a technician with the nake of Guru came saw we have issue and not able to use phone and never to return.. we have issue in the entire building . Too bad network

During the past 5 months, I have been charged additional data usage charges by Vodafone which is then reversed after numerous follow-ups as the excess data charges are done even on 50% pack usage. Such billing errors seems to be rampant with Vodafone Idea @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK

@SubramaniamIy19 @reliancejio @JioCare I was with @airtelindia earlier and with @VodafoneIN since the last 15 years but neither has the kind of customer service that @reliancejio has. Can't tell you how impressed I am with the speed at which the issue was resolved and the follow up by @JioCare team members.
