    @VodafoneIN online order place for new sim card, just confirmed email received no call or sim has been delivered yet. So long time for the processes this the experience before the processes start. Very bad and worst service.

    @ViCustomerCare being facing an issue over 2yrs. There's no centre of ur's which could even understand my issue viz. Transfer of number type from cug postpaid to individual. Have paid over 3000/- but still issue standa unresolved.

    Had a horrible experience with @ViCustomerCare, the executive registered wrong alternate number and ended up not receiving OTP. Currently unable to make any calls or receive any.

    Vi is the worst NETWORK provider. They randomly just turn off my net for a whole day anytime. It happened 10 times last month and 2 times this month. I can't even send a WhatsApp message. I have also file complain multiple times but they have no clue about it @ViCustomerCare
