    @ViCustomerCare they do nothing for customer service having worst network in india but try to do everything to Harass a customer and collect income from other ways.

    It's been 6 months since I switched from Jio to Vi. I think it was the most significant mistake. Everyone is moving fastly to 5G, and Vi is still giving me an 'E' network. Several complaints were made, but it seems they least bothered their customer's complaints. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I want to know if MMS service is active on my number or not. Apparently your customer care execs don’t know the answer to that. I am unable to use FaceTime & imessage on my new iPhone & have been told to contact my “service provider”

    @ViCustomerCare Ms.Shalu, I don't want to take a chance. I will travel often due to my health & no assurance from Vi, it won't allow any transactions without OTP. I want myself to get better and not waste my time fighting for network and petty waiver offer.

    @ViCustomerCare how many days it takes to convert SIM to E-Sim. It has already been 6 days with no solution till date. This is the support we get after using Corporate Plans. No1 in the VI office knows who to coordinate, just mail and hope someday someone will revert. Shameful.
