    @ViCustomerCare May I know if any of @ViVodaidea customer misses to pay its bill then how many times u wud send payment pending reminders? Multiple times thru various mode -phone, emails, texts, WhatsApp! U guys don’t leave a penny but if a customer is requesting for solution u guys easily 4get.

    @ViCustomerCare a complaint that is the actual date of complaint is 04th December 2021. Request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. ✓ Activate my POSTPAID SIM 9819800449 which is deactivated by Vi without my consent ✓ Require the facilities and add ons as promised

    @ViCustomerCare Frauduster call from spoof no +91 1800 258 4455, same as Bank of Baroda Contact Centre & Bank told no outgoing available from this. as per TRAI Service Provider should show accurate no. and control spoofing. Why TRAI rules not followed & we r allowed to cheated

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I suppose Vi Mumbai needs to stop fooling the customers and pretending to resolve customer complaints. Requesting TRAI to intervene into the said issue for a immediate resolution since my Postpaid us deactivated since 04 Dec 2021 without my consent.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been using Vodafone for the past 14 years (now vi) recently I wanted to cancel my Amazon prime membership which I got through vi.I visited the vi store in my locality they said it will be done in a couple of days,now it's been a week and no response.
