    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIN_News Sorry to say that India's one of the most leading network has been disappointed me. I am vodafone customer since last 5 years, but now a days it's creating too much problem. Since last 7-8 days the problem reachs to its peak point.

    @VodafoneIN why do you boast of Supernet 4G in TV ads, when you can't even provide 3G speed even in Metro cities like Kolkata...Your service is too disgusting and on the way to derailing customer base... #JioFiber has already arrived as your killer...

    @VodafoneIN Your Executive called me in response to my grievance mail .First she said, charges were not for caller tune, then she confirmed it was for caller tune, and when I said that I had never downloaded any tune, she started teaching me how to use android phone. #cheatervodaphone

    @VodafoneIN I came to Vodafone from jio just for getting Strong & fast Internet and voice connection. But now i feel i am wrong, Vodafone provided much more poor connectivity than jio.. Worst, even customers service are not friendly. Cant fix problems 😣

    @VodafoneIN I am premnathmondal and my Vodafone mobile number is 0 i call your customer care today time is almost 11.10 pm on 21/08/19 due to number disconnected but your agent is very rood he is not ready for help me. He tell me (apni jodi bar bar 1kotha bolen i call kete debo)

    @VodafoneIN Now the VAS charges for caller tune, illegally billed, has been reversed. However, further amount, call charges to special number remains unresolved. Issue also remains, that is , silently duping customer

    Only because I use most third grade and third class service provider @VodafoneIN and this is not only you @SBICard_Connect also so many peoples can't connect me only for cheap mobile operator. Right now I have no any alternative number. Please call me again.

If I port then I have to recharge again. This is the problem. #Idea is Full Thugs.

    @VodafoneIN extremely rude staff at voda parkstreet store avik and arpan . Had entered to find intl roaming charges on a prepaid number .they kept asking me to give them a voda number and or my mobile number and didn't share a basic info.stock prices no wonder in single digit

    @ViCustomerCare I have 3 vi numbers and 3 4g volte enabled handsets. My problem is volte working on two numbers 91******12 and 91******27 but not working on 95*****"66. I know how to enable volte (firstly 4g was also not working on this number,it worked after sim exchange.) HELP

    I switched from prepaid to postpaid very recently and now I can't port out of it for the next 120 days. It's adding to my bad experience with @ViCustomerCare they said once you port to postpaid everything will be good. I feel like they have frauded me for being a loyal customer.

    @ViCustomerCare Find some new ways to scam your subscribers. Displays 2gb internet with 28days validity on the website,gives 1gb and 24days validity on recharge, when checked with CC, they call you a Valued Customer and then proceed to give you what you paid for. So Childish!
