Was hvng strng faith and trust wid vi but day by after the tower service is getting worst. I'm just skeptic aboit breaking relationship over here. I had recharged using talk time of INR 50/- Now VI is forcing me to pay for another higher plan to restore the services. Extremely bad customer service.

All documents provided in 2015 have automatically got reversed putting me back to a corporate plan under a company that closed down 5years back.

However, I still have not received any meaningful resolution. I have only received three calls from your team, but my issue remains unresolved. The SIM has been activated, but it has been activated with a different number. The premium/fancy number that I specifically paid for has not been provided. My phone displays the fancy number I selected, but whenever I make a call, the person receiving the call sees a completely different number. The fancy number I paid for is neither functioning correctly nor being displayed to others. I request Vi to urgently investigate this matter, provide the fancy number I paid for, or offer an appropriate resolution. I hope this issue will be resolved without any further delay.

It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.
