@ANJANKU73951613 @VodafoneIN You can switch back from postpaid to prepaid after 90 days or three billing cycles. Don't get upset over this issue. It's a problem if prepaid SIM gets deactivated once. You're lucky that your number wasn't re-alotted to someone else. Next time, keep a check on validity period.

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare I want my number to be ported but VI deliberately locked the option to sent the porting sms to 1900.While all other SMSs are going out, the port sms is unable to sent. Vi representative " Sanjiv Bairagi" talked me in bengali, said they're facing tech issues
