I’ve spoken to VI customer care executives probably more than I speak with my mum (because of the bad network)…and yet!!! Need to change my service provider. Any suggestions?

I had recharged using talk time of INR 50/- Now VI is forcing me to pay for another higher plan to restore the services. Extremely bad customer service.
