    @ViCustomerCare yesterday Vi informed that due to technical issue you service has been terminated. Today I received msg that due to outstanding amount 588.82(actual due date 16.04.2021) you service has been terminated. I have made payment, now resolve issue C003-103439488421

    @ViCustomerCare i am at my native village since last couple of days. Vi service is extremely bad here. When someone calls me and I pickup the call, it gets connect and your sytem speaks "you have dialed a wrong number" in between. Whtas the wrong?

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare 11 of my acquaintances (including me) are going to port the sim. Thanks for your poorest service and poorest network. Mark this, VI in India won't get better. Instead of blaming other network providers heckup with your own. Disappointed.
