Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.

They have scrapped all basic plans. Does everyone needs data and SMS? Nothing for old people who only need talk time. Disgusting. Shame on you.
