I want to port my #Jio number 7003232463 to any network. Can anyone suggest me which one is better than jio in West Bengal. Jio giving 0.06 mbps minimum speed to 1.46 mbps highest speed. This is not 4G speed. @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @JioCare @Idea

@VodafoneIN Hey Vodafone internet 4g speed is very slow in jadavpur, South Kolkata.. can't expect this much slow from Vodafone that too at the heart of city.. also what's the benefit of using postpaid connection if speed is that much slow. Please do something.

Despite no documentary evidence had to pay as my portability would have been on hold. Got complaint number with difficulty.

@ViCustomerCare Your service is beyond horrible. Everytime I complain regarding network issue in my area you guys tell me it has been solved but it never gets solved. Yesterday I complained and now I don't have network on my phone. Never gonna recommend anyone to use VI.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI You paid your last outstanding bill correct ? Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.
