@youbroadband @Aashish3105 Frustrating services, sorry to say you are part of basic service. Being big company not working on weekends, need 24 working hours to attend complaint ( 3 working days) . Team it's not monopoly business, really feel sorry to have services of esteemed- You broadband. .

@youbroadband hey YouBB, why do you charge for 100+Mbps plans when your DO NOT HAVE Infrastructure to support it? Nearly 1 month of 200mbps plan wasted with 10 days of NO Internet and rest of the days with 60-70mbps connection. I am paying for 200mbps.

@youbroadband we have complaint for not working internet on 09-06-2021. We are constantly contacting but they are telling it will resolve......it's 3-4 days now also no internet.....what to do ?..your service is pathetic. My connection is in Gorwa BIDC estate 4/8 kaptab

@youbroadband .....The most pathetic customer service and ever seen.. Internet not working for the last 15 days. Multiple complaints raised but no resolution...the engineer has no clue what to do...just giving excuses.. even wrote to ur nodal officer but no response even frm them
