@chintan1605 @youbroadband I'm having youbroadband connection since more than 10 years. A few years back I've stopped using it as thr was connectivity issue every day. It went offline for hours everyday. Now I've recharged again and found that its the same it was 10 years back. Not a 1% improvement

@DoT_India is there any law or Grievance channel to complain against ISP like @youbroadband as there is not transparency and lot of problem with customer service and contacts. I am so fed up with regular service down but no one is concern about it. Please help.
