    @youbroadband useless CC(both email and phn ) . I give power to 1 of ur ntwrk box . I have to get pwr days credits. I mailed & phnd CC so many times, CC says issue will be sorted in 24 busnes hrs ,bt nothing happens . Add power days to my account . Acnt. No.: ass351

    @VodafoneIdeaIN @youbroadband what is status of the complaint. This is the reason vodafone is about to shutdown. Please confirm otherwise i have to move to consumer court.

    @youbroadband Very poor service. Informed FE then also no one is looking into this. We are paying the bills of whole month then too we are not getting proper service. From two days internet is not working. Shame on your service..!!!

    @youbroadband I have closed my connection 2 months back still waiting from my deposit to be refunded.. no communication and customer care says they have already processed, why it is taking so long..user name was - brd20y2, please support

    Worst service by youbroadband. Not providing service in the nashik city area. People having connection beside my building and in front also. Still they are saying technical issues for shifting of connection. Technical staff is more worst in nashik city. @youbroadband

    @youbroadband Since 10days no Internet daily we are raising complaints and calling customer care they say issued will be resolved in 24hr. Waiting for 24hrs to complete….

    CRF: 568258 refund not processed yet! The representative didn't disclose all the details for new connection hence opted to cancel service. Please call me n provide further updates on refund @youbroadband
