    @youbroadband useless CC(both email and phn ) . I give power to 1 of ur ntwrk box . I have to get pwr days credits. I mailed & phnd CC so many times, CC says issue will be sorted in 24 busnes hrs ,bt nothing happens . Add power days to my account . Acnt. No.: ass351

    @youbroadband My issue is not gtng sorted at head off level . Rahul frm HO assured I get pwr days by ystrday 6.30 pm . 2day mrng spoke wth rahul nd he was abt 2 put me on confarence call with Hyd team & some how call got discncted. Since thn he either rejcting my call or nt pking my call

    @youbroadband There is internet connectivity issue for me from past 3 days, raised tickets and called so called filed agents, yet no response Just to inform I took the connection just 5 days back & this the service you provide WOW!!

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband @TRAI @rsprasad the service in telecommunications industry is ridiculous. There's no response even after two months of payment. @TRAI what's the grievance redressal process in such cases? @ConsumerAffairs please make note.

    @youbroadband Register Mo 9427519263 Alternative 9834284191 After every 2nd or 3rd day speed go down to 0.23 to 0.60 mbps. And every time engineer told vodafone network down or youbroad network down Solve asap and if not possible then refund amt I will move with other provider

    But your customer care support is telling your data should be rolled over to your extension period which is actually given by @youbroadband on the purchase of 1 year plan. I do have call recording of local @youbroadband and also I've call recording of @youbroadband customer care.

    @youbroadband I have a plan of 125 Mbps. But, I get upload speed of only 20-25 Mbps. Please fix the issue ASAP. Because, I switched to fiber because I want higher upload speeds. My account details are in your DM.

    @youbroadband sick and tired of your lame and pathetic service. Almost everyday there is am outage of your services. Of you cannot provide a solution then may be we have to approach consumer court for harassment from your side. Service ID : 1548961 (Surat, Gujarat)

    @youbroadband My upload speeds are still low after 24 hrs. Fix the issue ASAP. Also, add 2 more days as validity in my account because your services started working on 5th August but, my validity started deducting from 3rd August. Account details in your DM.

    @youbroadband is the worst broadband.During time of Installation the engineer didn't install broadband properly due to lack of equipment.Its been a month that I am asking him to come and fix my problem.But he is not coming.Worst service of @youbroadband
