As today is Sunday nobody is attending nearby 4 km area. Shame on such services. Govt employees also attend problem on Sunday bt Youbroadband will not.

Can you please confirm if it is working fine on Vodafone? You might need to open the website in incognito to ignore cache.

Your technician visited, checked the terrace, said there is a cable issue from your side and that he would return after checking the adjacent building —but he never came back.
