@ACTFibernet I have done the payment on 19th April and today is 23rd April. 5 days passed. I did not get any solution to my issues and I am unable to use Internet.Whenever I am getting calls from ACT, all are saying the said offer is a valid and genuine offer.Still not activated in my account

@hathway- I know you dont care about customers but after waiting for three days 20042021V125491 is closed. Packet loss is still not resolved. I have another 20 Mbps @ACTFibernet for which I dont see this issue.
