    @ACTFibernet had requested disconnection of service last week seeing how often the internet access goes down with ACT. I was assured by ACT engineers that this problem will not arise again, or at least that frequently. It has not even been one week and the internet is down again.

    @ACTFibernet although connection is good, they treat their customers like second hand citizens. Even after repeated requests and literal pleading, no one is turning up at my place to correct the issue. Better to go for other alternatives. @pib_comm @DoT_India
