    @ACTFibernet Worst policies they wear not able to activate the plan because the due date not today even after payment is done... Worst expirence... We should also ask the act team to compensate the date/amount when there is connectivity issue. There is no minimum respect towards

    After getting a new connection from ACT FIBERNET & further adding some OTT channels & paying the required amount, still NETFLIX is not streaming. Poor service & no follow up inspite of repeated reminders @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your service has been extremely unreliable. Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. Please resolve this urgently.

    @ACTFibernet Hello Act, Your team said they can't provide service in my area and took the routers back, But not willing to refund the extra amount that I have already paid, ticket # SR10279795323424 is opened with no update or resolution since ages.
