Looting money on the name of fast internet, and providing the worst service possible...thy name is @ACTFibernet in a city like Bangalore. You can't talk to their c.r!! they always disconnect or put you on hold forever! Cant downgrade plan! 😙😌

@ACTFibernet Simply poor.. It is impossible to discontinue connection even after 3 calls and following process quoted by call centre executives... no respect for customer time & effort - the staff speaks as if they are recovery goons though ACT has to refund deposit.. Avoid ACT!

@ACTFibernet I m an aggrieved customer from Delhi, I hve registered a new connection request on 20Sep21 by paying 5657rs/-, ur company failed to provide connection,then refund request generated on 25sep21, today is 16oct21 no refund yet, extremely poor standards pls look into it
