In villages after cyclone the issue is fixed and internet started working but in city they complain issue is due to cyclone which is not acceptable. Even after complaining in twitter did not receive any call from ACT and its ******* service @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet #Horrible #customerservice and #CustomerExperience. Since I shifted to the outskirts, there are frequent disconnections and resolution time is very high which impacts my productivity! I'm paying the same money as the ones in the city. Then why the bias??
