@ACTFibernet it's been more than 24 hours since the time we escalated the internet issue from act and I don't see any response or improvements in the network. This is the worst service, it's very disheartening and I suggest you guys not to subscribe to act fiber net.

@Annadaneshwar21 @ACTFibernet When I call to customer care. Just telling one person name . He will call you. Day 5 no action/ no refund/no installation @ACTFibernet . Person who took my money is not picking my call . Looks like not company . Individual person running Act.

@ACTFibernet Don't ever take the service of ACT. The worst customer support, worst service. I have raised the request that internet is not working yesterday after 25hours it's still not resolved. The customer support don't have answer apart from sorry.

@ACTFibernet's services stop working at 9PM. And then the customer care conveniently schedules a visit for the next day. A few calls and a technician visit later, things start working.. until 9PM next day. #customerService #actFiber

@ACTFibernet @ConquerEat Nothing is been done by your team. I am raising requests every week to resolve the disconnect issue but nothing is resolved. Resolution they give is switch off and switch on. Time to move to other service providers
