    @ACTFibernet no connection from last one day contacted the support staff no one is picking the call is this the service you give to your customers ?? Raised a service request no one contacted me

    @ACTFibernet Where is your response. Very bad service provided by @ACTFibernet team so far.. Again new technician saying new story he will take approval mails etc. Have to wait for 2 days more to get a new connection #actfiberbadservice #actfibernoresponse

    @ACTFibernet Worst policies they wear not able to activate the plan because the due date not today even after payment is done... Worst expirence... We should also ask the act team to compensate the date/amount when there is connectivity issue. There is no minimum respect towards

    @ACTFibernet as usual a fiber cut issue and zero response from area engineers who keep on changing. Jio is more responsive and your engineers don’t pick phone. Ticket no SR11080674377534. Why is there never a reach out from the engineers or update. Just the systemic 8 hour window

    @ACTFibernet Got a call from ACT, another ticket is logged as the link is down. Just got off a call with the the ACT technical team but the call got disconnected unable to get through the number again. Worst experience, can someone fix this asap?

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Facing unstable internet connectivity for over a month now. Raised multiple complaints/tickets, but there has been no resolution so far. If the issue cannot be fixed, kindly disconnect the service so I can move to another provider. Ticket-SR10280653335794

    @ACTFibernet Chennai. A small drizzle for 10 minutes has taken away the joy of cooled weather. My connection got lost. Is your network so weak??? Can you look in to this
