    Extremely frustrated with @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad! My broadband has been completely down since Friday night. I raised a complaint on Saturday and was repeatedly assured it would be fixed — first within 1-2 hours, then by Sunday 1 PM.

It’s been over 2 hours since I raised a ticket, and I haven’t received any response or update. This level of customer support is extremely disappointing. Please resolve this issue urgently.

    @ACTFibernet There is an intermittent Internet disconnection from last week and this is the 4th SR I am raising to get it resolved. I am fed up of this worst CS. I dropped mail to the tech lead and escalation team but till not there is no response. Again internet is not working.
