    @ACTFibernet I'm unable to raise any ticket for slow internet speed. When I select "Slow speed" in the application it is redirected to your chat box where there is only option of "Internet not working". Is it because you don't want to address "slow speed" requests

    @ACTFibernet IVR I chose the language as Kannada and when the call is transferred to the agent she says she can only speak English/Tamil. Why isn't the service provided in the chosen language? #ServeMeInMyLanguage #Bengaluru
