@ACTFibernet It's a uselss one... I always receive a callback after 8 hours to check if the issue has been resolved... So usually it takes 8 hours for the resolution and within next 3 days the issue re-surfaces again...

@ACTFibernet Requested for shifting 1 month ago. Still not shifted. Technicians call and ask for location only to tell me they are not in-charge for the area. Multiple requests registered. No resolution yet. Either Act has incapable staff or they just don't want to work😤
