    @ACTFibernet raised disconnection request of HD connection 29th Nov,done on 5th Dec after several calls 2 customer care &messages here. ₹2000 refundable deposit due still pending even after 3 days of disconnection & no one cares at ACT. Emailed regional office still no reply

So it will be out of their queue & when you call again someone will take call. You end up saying the same problem multiple times that kills your valuable time and gets frustrated. Time to switch.

    @ACTFibernet is slowly escaping from the responsibility and immediate action customer support on call stopped after corona pendamic. Were registering complaints through app, now that also stopped. Chatbot is not working. 😡😡😡

    @ACTFibernet, I had raised complaints twice regarding drop in signal frequently. Without attending to the issue, the ticket was closed. This is an unprofessional attitude. pls solve the issue immediately. My account no. 102113205633.
