    @ACTFibernet Act was good until today. That's because it's been down since morning and no one is attending the calls. The message said it would be alright by 3 pm today, but no sign of internet yet. I wish I never chose this.

    @ACTFibernet I'm expecting a call back as soon as possible. How many times do I need to follow up the complaint number... Each time just saying it will be sorted before 24 hrs.. now it's more than 24hrs.. I had registered by 5pm by yesterday when I called they told that I registered by 6pm

    @ACTFibernet Wrong. Temporarily fixed but not working again today. I've reopened the ticket. No action on my account cancellation request either. @TRAI @DoT_India do you have a mechanism for intervention when service is not delivered by telecom/internet service providers.

    I have been a customer of @airtelindia and now opted @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD to undergo this experience. The issue aroused due to incapability of Technician who assured and activated my account when customer asked not to do so

    @ACTFibernet my userid is 11455884 you guys have changed my plan without my consent to 300 Mbps. I am going to disconnect my connection next month as Mr Sunil from retention team is saying no refund will be provided. He is threatening me that my service will be disconnected.

    @ACTFibernet ridiculous service. We had asked the 6 month plan to be activated and after a month it is still monthly plan activated leading to higher bill amount. On top of that Mr Azam from the customer care talking rudely and not wanting to understand the issue.
