    @ACTFibernet Internet speed these days is a big issue, out of 40 mbps speed most of the times it’s less than 5 mbps, when complained the speed will be ok for a day or two, thereafter the same issue repeats ... fed up

    @ACTFibernet It's a shame that ACT cannot publicly give an announcement to their customers so they are aware of what's going on. No emails, No SMS. ACT should be really ashamed of not able to fix it on time whereas the other service providers were able to fix it #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Horrible support staffs in Irumbuliyur, Chennai. Been using ACT for over 5 years and facing the worst support of all time. Following up for "No internet" issue but all are giving some ph no. and not doing anything to fix the issue and it's over a month!! Pls ACT!

There's absolutely no response or update from the engineer team,customer care executives were super rude too. They keep sayin cyclone has caused wreck & maintenance issues going on. @NanakFarms
