    @ACTFibernet Very Sad, into the fourth day, and the problem still unresolved. As a customer I think I have the right to know what the problem is, and its progress status. A courtesy call with an explanation could have done wonders. That's too much to expect I guess.

    @ACTFibernet Only complaints are closed everytime without resolving it. Your FS team don't even bother to call customer and let them know about what is going on. We are paying for service not getting it for free. Your technician do whatever they wish, irresponsible.
