    Wow my problem is solved by Mr Vijay from customer care executive from Hyderabad Banjara hills road no 10 wow super I was facing login from 10 days he resloved my issue with in 2 min I like appreciate him please hire this kind of agent's @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Just speed is not the problem. The Internet is getting disconnected every 30 minutes and my meetings are getting effected. Anyways I have shared my account details with you. Not sure if this finally gets fixed as I have tried to approach you guys every possible ways since 2 month

    @ACTFibernet Wooo that's a great reply from you.. iam not waiting to listen this type of message..... If there is technically problem they resolve the issue 3 to 4 hours .. may not to take 1 to 2 days .... My boss not paying salary on 26th August 2022. because of my internet issue..

    I changed my home and accordingly changed my net connection to new location, got connected in noon yet unable to access Internet, raised complaint but of no use. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet giving regular trouble, atleast once a week it won't work atleast for few hours.😑😭🤢

    @tehijacob I am chasing them from 1 week I am Unble to login to act app from 1 week it saying me my number registered with multiple accounts but I have one account they I am forwarding to backend still no response @ACTFibernet

    (2/2) their have been numerous follow ups with the area guy, but in vain. He has stopped picking my calls also. The customer care team is pathetic. This is emotional and mental harassment. Worst service ever. Would not recommend even to my enemy. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet No, I won’t. Last time I allowed this, your team created a lot of problems while accessing the building. They were walking in unannounced & would leave without closing the gate, without informing. Too many security lapses and your technical team was very rude too. Very risky

    Dear Actfiber: if you can’t follow up with smooth and timely installation process, don’t sell. Had a pathetic experience recently. I was using Jio Fiber and was disappointed with their customer care so decided to switch. Contacted Act and sales executive was behind me for docs and payment. Assured me that he will try for installation next day. After payment he went incommunicado. Didn’t take my calls nor responded to my msgs. Standard window of 48 hours also expired. After 96 hours got a call for installation. In the meantime , I booked Airtel and got it installed the very next day promptly. Thanks ACT for saving the agony of being your customer. If metro like chennai has this service levels, god help other tier 2 places. @ACTFibernet @FiberAct

    @ACTFibernet very poor service from your team. Yesterday, I applied for new connection. At the time of payment, your team committed that device will be installed on same day. Then later in evening, ACT person told me that device will be installed by today 1st half of day.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. Always issue with my internet. I am facing issue with the connection since yesterday and also raised a complaint before 6:30 but no one responded and it’s been more than 12 hours and still no response. I can’t even connect to customer support.

    @ACTFibernet internet is down since yesterday morning. Raised ticket yesterday, updated its resolved. But it didnt resolve. Now raised again SR10881027205844, ETR is tomorrow 7pm. So i need to bear 3 days without connection?!

    @ACTFibernet You guys are dng nothing except extending the time. Your CSR says due to bad weather in Hyderabad we are facing downtime. How funny is this? Other service providers doesn’t have any issues. We hve been with Act since more than 5 years, may b its time for us to using your service.

    @ACTFibernet whats the use of ETR its been 2 days but non from your team has come to site to rectify issue with junction box if your team is so lazy to come to site and fix issue kindly refund my one subscription fee which I paid just 1 day before the issue arise kindly give ETA
