@ACTFibernet FALSE promise given by ur sales person while taking connection stating the router will support internet speed up to 300 mbps, now wen I upgrade the plan to 100 mbps, ur technician confirmed that it will not support.

@ACTFibernet I spoke to customer care yesterday , they promised me that I will receive call back from escalations team within 4 hours . No call received since yesterday . False information was given stating my router is capable of 300 mbps speed

@ACTFibernet Before upgrading plan from 50 to 100 mbps Plan, ur customer care associate had also confirmed that my router will support 100 mbps. WRONG INFORMATION given to me. Who is responsible for this issue ?????

@anil_adigopula @ACTFibernet Bro Switched from Airtel only to ACT :-) due to speed issues. Also try disconnecting an airtel broadband connection, it will take forever. I paid 4 months bill without usage :-) BTB, The above issue is resolved yesterday
