@ACTFibernet I had logged complaint on 31st Dec arnd 7:30 PM since internet was not working. I got sms stating issue will be resolved by 4 PM on 1st Jan and subsequently another SMS stating resolution by 9 PM.

Been calling your customer service twice every day and they always ask for 48hrs. And one of the execs registered a ticket to discontinue the service instead of resolving it. Great gesture from the team for being a loyal customer for over 9 years. @ACTFibernet
