    Facing hell lot of issues lately with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD when I tried to call and explain the issue to the support team they disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation. I think now its time to seriously look for better alternatives.

    @ACTFibernet Pathatic service I came accross with Act fiber this is my account no 101930204057 this is disconnected by saying shifting charges if that so from which place shifting is done Before reconnection I called cc to know about plans it was told to me to pay 2691 for 6 months.

    @ACTFibernet Good morning, I am getting a **** service. In the last weeks this is second time my net is not working. Every month I have same problem since last 2 years. I ask your several technician and your local/lousy office to shift/fix this issue for the last 2-years 1/2

    The internet is down in my street from yesterday 1pm (July 5th) raised a complaint still no one came to fix. Poor customer service @ACTFibernet . Do act quickly to fix problems. Called customer care today at 9:30am and no proper response.

    @ACTFibernet also, I have a billing dispute. Every month I have been billed for every other number. Though I have fixed pack and fixed pack usage. Made a complaint I was promised call back in 24 hrs, time frame has crossed no call. Complain #SR10158917947458.

    @ACTFibernet one the worst fibre net in hyderabad. Been receiving sms for my payment last month and been offered 2 months free upgrade on current payment for June amount. Paid and July has started yet no upgrade using same old pack. Complaint#1

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst customer service team, I have ever came across in my life. Reps are so rude, I never asked to cancel, but cancelled my subscription, why? Because I asked for a supervisor. Very pathetic, I am already regretting my decision to be an ACT customer.
