@ACTFibernet Very Sad, into the fourth day, and the problem still unresolved. As a customer I think I have the right to know what the problem is, and its progress status. A courtesy call with an explanation could have done wonders. That's too much to expect I guess.

@ACTFibernet This is a confirmation for receipt of Rs.555.99 towards ACT Fibernet A/c No 101013019134. Had to pay 556rs this month as against 531rs always because of no response from your side for our grievances. Bad service
