    @ACTFibernet Do you have any shame? All the customers with you are already facing so many issues, and you are trying to grab more innocent people to take your pathetic service? I have no internet since 7 days, no response and no refund yet! Neither you are removing ur connection!

    @HathwayBrdband your service people are so lame that they have not resolved my broadband issue from past 5 days even after escalation many times. I want to complain on consumer forum and switch to another network like @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernetHYD upon several followups the issue not resolved for power discount, as there are 2 junction box’s installed in my premises and the discount has not been given since March 2020. Power will be disconnected if action not been taken. A/c 101014410779 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I want a resolution on this issue, y did you close my ticket ?? I spoke with NAZ, SACHIN,ZAMESH, MUTHU KRISHNAN, SAINATH, HARISH, and executive came to my home - KRISHNA did not gave any resolution. Y DID YOU CLOSE MY TICKET ??

    @ACTFibernet The product is excellent, but the customer service is very poor and rude. I am very upset with the service provided.Especially with the technical online assistance received from the person karthikeyan. Where he attends and does not speak or cuts the call.

    @ACTFibernet I changed my plan on 2nd of January and it got changed. Previous plan was worth 10.5K and current plan is 6.5K.. My bill is due tomorrow but still the old bill amount is reflecting.. I contacted 3 times regarding this and no resolution yet.

    Pathetic Customer Service from @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore - For every single ticket they say the resolution will be done with in 24hrs, for tickets which are open since Oct-2019. Please be mindful that what you provide is what you receive back #CustomerExperience
