Facing hell lot of issues lately with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD when I tried to call and explain the issue to the support team they disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation. I think now its time to seriously look for better alternatives.

@ACTFibernet All troubleshooting including clearing cache is always done and my setup is not new. When I raise a SR, they would change something in backend and the speeds resume. After few days again it gets back to slow speeds. Not sure what config is updated in backend which is always reset

@ACTFibernet When can I expect a solution boss. When we miss target date topsy bills act charges penalty of some amount same should be implemented over customer issues are not fixed on time it should be penalty to getter better service. No update even after 24 hours . I might take it legally

Hi @ACTFibernet the connection often gets disconnected in my area, this is third time in the month. Seriously tried of raising tickets and waiting for a response for your tech team..!! I thought ACT is better than Hathway, but ur network proves it wrong..!!
