    @ACTFibernet Guys, my network has a particularly weird problem. The Wi-Fi connection goes on and off regularly. This is not the ACT of before.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ame_dia why do u charge premium for the worst services. Every 2nd day, connection issues or speed issues. No customer support. No point of contact. Not going to pay anything. Tickets raised, but always takes too much time to solve. Again same prob.

    SR10146884047702 - can we expect uninterrupted internet. Either your supply is down or low speed performance. Looks like too many users and @ACTFibernet is unable to service. I upgraded my router still your no end to your issues.

    @ACTFibernet Online learning is pride to say world is advancing... but when #Act gonna improve services ... Act is the worst internet provider I never experienced with any mother such a great disaster business targeting to cheat society ... no value to money ... no customer services at all

    @ACTFibernet what a disgusting service!! I paid on 23 September as your representative promised of I pay now i can get a connection by 27 afternoon!!! Its 28 evening now your support team just apologize and does nothing more than that!!! Why did i even choose ACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @airtelindia your broadband is terrible . Every week we have to call the technician to get it fixed and customer service a total nightmare to deal with. Please take notes from @ACTFibernet on how it’s done . Really sad that act doesn’t service in my area
