So @ACTFibernet is cleverly making *illegal* agreement with owners for not allowing any ISP except ACT. I’ve registered for Airtel which is available in my area. Formalities done, but at the end owner objected to it. He isn’t telling me to install Act but raising security issue!

@ACTFibernet Wow what an early reply.Your service Engineers wont lift calls on time and if signal is gone and we complaint,they will reply very late and wont lift calls even we call for 20-30 times.Punctuality is required .so when you recruit them..see this is as a first quality.

@ACTFibernet over 8 hours since no connectivity. And we call it Digital India. Ridiculous service and ridiculous customer care. Will be changing my ISP very very soon. @reliancejio Your time to take over and show these guys what true service is. Hope you don’t disappoint.

@ACTFibernet I subscribed for new act connection in Jubilee rd 86, on 2nd October, executive promised me connection within 48 hours, but as of now (192 hours have passed), I am still waiting for connection, poor service and execs dont answer the calls, they reiect your calls.

ACT is loosing customers due to excellent poor customer service. Board of members know?

@ACTFibernet Internet connection is down at my location from 31st January 5PM. Customer care people told it will be resolved in 2-3 hours. But it's been 18 hours still the internet is not working at my location. When I call customer care they hung my call. #ACTFibernetSucks
