@ACTFibernet - My internet is not working since today afternoon. I raised a ticket on your app and I got a message that it will be resolved by 9 PM tonight. It's already 10:15 PM but internet is still not working and all my attempts to reach on Customer care is just a long wait.

@ACTFibernet Internet speed these days is a big issue, out of 40 mbps speed most of the times it’s less than 5 mbps, when complained the speed will be ok for a day or two, thereafter the same issue repeats ... fed up

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD When power goes down even your internet goes down? ISP as big as ACT is expected to have power backups in place for your switches and routers. I already have ups for my router. But whats the use when internet still goes down from your end??
