Worst experience with @ACTFibernetHYD team. There is no use with raising tickets SR10158125053945 . They are bothering about feedback without doing proper solution. As of now I have raised more than 5 tickets on specific issue and it not yet resolved. #dontuseACT @ACTFibernet

Facing hell lot of issues lately with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD when I tried to call and explain the issue to the support team they disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation. I think now its time to seriously look for better alternatives.

To my surprise, I received a service call where the executive mentioned that the service team had put the reason for disconnection as “no usage by the user.” This is completely incorrect and clearly shows how broken the internal feedback loop is.
