@ACTFibernet Very Sad, into the fourth day, and the problem still unresolved. As a customer I think I have the right to know what the problem is, and its progress status. A courtesy call with an explanation could have done wonders. That's too much to expect I guess.

The customer care number only lets you connect to an executive if you are an existing customer. Where’s the helpline support for people waiting for connection. There’s no way to cancel it and take refund either. Feels like a scam . Return my money and I am going for @ACTFibernet
