    @ACTFibernet you day, Dear Customer, Your ACT Fibernet Ticket no:SR10138851479472 has been registered. We find ACT connection is intact and working. In case issues, we recommend you to please switch off your router, wait for 10 mins and switch on. Fyi, Mylord ROUTER not installed

    @ACTFibernet follwed 3rd of abv On 3rd April 2020 around1:15noon there was a call by someone srinivas 4 asking the issue and when I gave him the explanation the guysaid ok yes we processed 1 box deductions and let me  mention to the concerned team about the second box..

    @ACTFibernet Internet speed these days is a big issue, out of 40 mbps speed most of the times it’s less than 5 mbps, when complained the speed will be ok for a day or two, thereafter the same issue repeats ... fed up

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down since 18th June 1:30 PM and tentative eta was 18th June 8PM even after asking the customer care executive to consider the issue at high priority and escalate. Haven’t heard anything back nor the connection is restored.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBroadbandIn I wanted to change my internet plan so when I contacted your customer service even after selecting Kannada language 2 persons are speaking in English only and then I waited for 5 mins in a call to speak to other person the call was disconnected.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down in 3rd Main, Koramangala 1st block. The service has been really bad lately. But now stopped working. Please fix it fast. Working from home. And why does the Support option in your App ask for camera access?

    @ACTFibernet Too poor service, I never seen this type of service, I have raised multiple complaint but without resolution and my knowledge they closed the ticket. The customer agents are talking like we are the servent of their they don't know how to behave with a customer.

    @ACTFibernet @sainavateja No hopes on your service's, One of your field executive suggested me to change the wifi router coz i am facing Connectivity and peers problem's and i bought a new router worth 1200rs but still the same problem is existing.
