Not able to contact customer care and if try to msg or chat this will be the problem as above. Worst service and connectivity from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. You can check my complaints that howmany times I have registered a complaint on internet connection and slow speed.

@ACTFibernet dont know how to. Resolv the issue.... Shut the technician department.... And stop giving salaries.... Last 6months so many complaints no resolution.... Now today i am going to disconnect the power supply untill the issue gets resolved.....

@ACTFibernet I am facing lot problem of internet. This is in my son's name. Repeatedly requesting to recetify, but it is fallen on deaf ears, one of the worst worst internet I have seen. I can download a file in very good speed in idea sim atleast 200 kbps. Ac no 101113654712.

Extremely unhappy with ACT Fibernet service in Narsingi (Alkapoori Township). Internet was down for 40 days in my 6-month plan. Requested plan extension for the downtime, but waiver was rejected. Poor customer support. Think twice before taking it. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet
