  @ACTFibernet Got the connection but really not happy with tech guy with whom i have spoken was very rude and its been like not at all intrested in giving connection where in have 8 port box in my buidling he was denying that box was available have shared pic of whatsapp then he agreed for it.

  @ACTFibernet follwed 3rd of abv On 3rd April 2020 around1:15noon there was a call by someone srinivas 4 asking the issue and when I gave him the explanation the guysaid ok yes we processed 1 box deductions and let me  mention to the concerned team about the second box..

  @ACTFibernet Worst behaviour, its been 3 business days registered for new connection and still you haven’t provided me the connection. You are faster in getting payments done on very first day from customers but not setting up the connection.

  @ACTFibernet dear ACT team, I registered a complaint yesterday around noon and was told it would be resolved un 4 hrs.. But nobody called me back as committed. I made three calls yesterday regarding the issue but it stll remains unresolved. Poor service from ACT these days.

  @ACTFibernet Act is chearer, At the time of installation they offer free router and waive off installation charges, while request deconnection They deduct the charges and still willing to return the router but now not entertaining the request. Raised so many request but no response. Very bad

  @ACTFibernet it's time to take action on you. I pay 1294 INR per month and I get this chillar service from you. 16 hrs since no internet in patancheru, Hyderabad. No response from you guys. 9.30am is the time sent through sms to solve this issue. still no one is here. #NoToAct
