    @ACTFibernet Dear Sir, this is to bring to your notice that I have place my relocation request of WiFi and it's been 20 days now but nothing has been done..no costumer service is receiving phone calls nither reply email....can you look into this matter and help...thanks

    @ACTFibernet @EshwariSunkara It's been almost 10 days no response from your pathetic service centre and the customer person who is handling the case.. the act guy is not answering the calls. Unfortunately we have paid a year payment..we regret of trusting this **** network ! #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Respected ACTFibernet support team I'm facing internet issues and it's 6th time in this month tried to reach customer care but no reply through App it says existing ticket available unable to open new ticket please do needful my number 8297053377

    @ACTFibernet I have resolved problem by self by going through YouTube, and your support email is not working kindly check it, because I have sent so many email luckily no reply, so overall very bad experience with ACt Fiber.🤯😠

Bro Aryan I'm having proofs like call recording of coustmer support,like stating there higher authorities are neglecting and few coustmer support candidates are cheating us by stating they are from escalation team too insted of resolving our issues.I'm ready to file case.

    @ACTFibernet. Hi there, unable to contact in helpline number as both the number is not working for Hyderabad. I wanted to raise the complain to connet the wire as our neighbors construction is in progress and the internet wire is going above the site so soon they will break it.

    @ACTFibernet I’m really amused here. Such a reputed company and such low levels of customer service. I’ve been complaining about Internet issue and without solving you guys close the case. When I escalated twice, you again closed before even making a call!

    @ACTFibernet Customers are experiencing DADAGIRI of actfibernet. Company has one of the policis is DOMUNHA. There executive will say one thing and will not keep their commitment. Customer has to go as per their sms only. Another financial torture.

    @TheWarden04 @ACTFibernet Same issue. Been talking to customer support but they don't even care I'm from Madurai and my ping is over 60ms to mumbai, while other ISP pings are 35ms from here.

    @ACTFibernet This high time, I have called twice now to your customer service, 1st they don't speak my language kannada. After hera my problem and my request to cancel internet connection, they are disconnecting the call,why?No internet for whole day, is this the way you treat a customer. Bad

    @ACTFibernet It has been 24 hours without any internet service and you guys just keep postponing the technician visit time. Technician visit postponed from yday to this noon to tonight. Given this callous treatment would have to switch, post Dec, as subscription ends anyway.
