@ACTFibernet such a huge waste customer care, No connectivity, and an app which has no chating facility. It's not what you promise when u come to give connection. Too slow says 40 Mbps and nothing near to it.

@ACTFibernet Internet is down and I called your Customer service team. They are saying that I have to wait for 24 hrs for fixing the issue which is not acceptable at this moment. I have to attend client calls and if I wont attend the calls I have to resign the job.

I thought @ACTFibernet was bad. But then I installed @excitel_rocks. And now my respect for act is sky high even though ACT also have deficient services. But excitel is cancer. I'm gonna go back to installing act. @excitel_rocks please let me know the refund procedure.

@ACTFibernet what a extremely disappointing experience. I got a call today at 1pm for OTP to change the connection name, I have been told that there will be 2hrs downtime, it’s been 8HRS still no Internet. Every hr I am calling support, they say escalating to backend. Pl pl help
