@ACTFibernet Also - Internet speed went down drastically from ACT and there is no solution given to it yet. Till the time the complain is open it is working ok. After that it is back to its worst. This also you should mention.

SWD works damaged their cables at multiple points in our street. Even after 48 hrs this wasn't shared leading to friction & abuse on the service team
