    @ACTFibernet FALSE promise given by ur sales person while taking connection stating the router will support internet speed up to 300 mbps, now wen I upgrade the plan to 100 mbps, ur technician confirmed that it will not support.

    @ACTFibernet i am writing from a new society, ramky one galaxia.Just 100 meters away,older ramky one kosmos has ACT.But we are unable to get one through ymur channels.current isp is incapable of good service.please SAVE us!most of us will happily switch

    @ACTFibernet Before upgrading plan from 50 to 100 mbps Plan, ur customer care associate had also confirmed that my router will support 100 mbps. WRONG INFORMATION given to me. Who is responsible for this issue ?????

    @ACTFibernet complain number: SR10145195113802 Previous C.N: SR10144770679042 I am very disappointed by the service. There is no action taken even when repeatedly complained. There is no internet for 3-4 days every twice a month.

    @HathwayBrdband your service people are so lame that they have not resolved my broadband issue from past 5 days even after escalation many times. I want to complain on consumer forum and switch to another network like @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet is least bothered to address customer shifting quieries since I complete plan is prepaid,i had raised a service request much before their TAT,even then after shifting to new address got a lousy response. #pathetic @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet had sent dm in private,even then no response and least bothered about customer experience, finally pissed off switched to @excitel_rocks,thank you for enabling new connection in 10 hours time.

    @ACTFibernet No followup call received yesterday. Same problem persists today as well, flaky network during these hours 1030 - 1400hrs. Please take a note and have this resolved as this is affecting my work.

    and I am thinking to tell others to stop using intenet of @ACTFibernet neighbours and friends future might gets same kind of problem then they could not resolved they are plenty of companies are providing good services and cheaper price

    @ACTFibernet No point of calling me back. Since morning twice I have contacted cc. Everytime they told me that it's a priority issue, will be resolved asap. Since morning 9AM your asap didn't come yet.

    @ACTFibernet 1/7,15/7,29/7,10/8,9/9,30/10, 13/11, 28/11,14/12 these are dates I raised a Service Request. But till date problem was not rectified. ACT people asked to change the router, router also chaned. No rectification My SR 10449819295572.

    @ACTFibernet Utterly disappointed with your service, raised a request 10days back but till date there was no response from your side. Unprofessional behaviour from your technician. When will you reslove the query, I should have applied for a new connection for jio/Airtel instead of this crap

    @JustPunforfun @Airtel_Presence It's better to go to established local providers since national players are unable to service properly. That's why I'm with @ACTFibernet for last decade (Hyderabad and Bangalore). Their service prompt and top notch. Minimum guaranteed speed is 80% of advertised.
