    @ACTFibernet I’m really amused here. Such a reputed company and such low levels of customer service. I’ve been complaining about Internet issue and without solving you guys close the case. When I escalated twice, you again closed before even making a call!

    @ACTFibernet. Hi there, unable to contact in helpline number as both the number is not working for Hyderabad. I wanted to raise the complain to connet the wire as our neighbors construction is in progress and the internet wire is going above the site so soon they will break it.

    @ACTFibernet , pathetic service. More than a week of requesting for reconnection and calling and chatting with your customer service in daily basis. The ticket are raised and closed saying issue fixed. Worse part you send me a bill even before connection starts working!!!!
