    @ACTFibernet Yes,the problem is resolved after approx 48hours of the breakdown.I am fortunate that I was not fired for Monday morning!I wonder,how come a reputed brand like ACT actually took 48hours to resolve an Internet issue?Is it because my area is little remote than Hyd(i.e.,Shamshabad)?

    @ACTFibernet Still it did not resolution and response from concern team Without letting me know just closed ticket number They did not given any resolution for it As of now none of technicians called me updated about issue ,I don't is they are working or just ignored it

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is not working since 2 days and we are only depend on broadband for our work. Call customer service about 8-10 times still the issue persist. Sometimes customer service agents r not responding on calls properly.
