    @ACTFibernet switch box after he do's it will work for 5 to 10 day's and it will get same problem it's says that the login area is not registered please contact with call center can you please look and help me on the same I have raised the several request on the Sam issues.

    @excitel_rocks The worst service I have ever encountered.. Upgraded my plan to 100 mbps but never got more than 40 mbps and none of you ever care thrlough raised several concerns. You guys need to learn a lot from @ACTFibernet @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet Got the connection but really not happy with tech guy with whom i have spoken was very rude and its been like not at all intrested in giving connection where in have 8 port box in my buidling he was denying that box was available have shared pic of whatsapp then he agreed for it.

    @ACTFibernet @Actfibernethyd @KTRTRS @MinisterKTR I took the Act subscription yesterday and I have been told installation will be done today Im still waiting for the installation trying to speak with customer supprt from past 4hrs with noluck.sales person number is switched off

    @ACTFibernet @yajulsrivastav They just cheat in the name of speed. You'll have this correct for a week now and when you check the speed it'll drop again. I faced same issue and my speed would even drop to 1-3 Mbps. They're not even give response. I had my connection and due to their fault they disconnected.

    @ACTFibernet guys please dont go with act fiber net. It is very very bad response from them its been a two weeks that i have raised for new connection every thing is done from my end but the thing is they have did not installed the internet till now and not even call back. Waste

    @ACTFibernet I am from Warangal, Telangana. I have been facing worst service since last week of July, 2022. I couldn’t access internet for more than 20 days in august, 2022. All I got is, Extending deadlines to resolve the issue. Also, even IVR service is hanging my call. WORST
