    @ACTFibernet why is the act is still using the copper wire when all other internet service provider is using fiber I have learned that act is using copper wire only in hyderabad but not to other city

    @ACTFibernet applied for a connection and paid 3779 for six months. Now the act sales executive is saying connection is not feasible. I totally agree with this. But the refund is not initiated from act. Please help ASAP

    @ACTFibernet you guys are pathetic. When I informed to send payment link for current account,you robbed my money to create another account to show spiked sales.Refund my money right now.Why do u want my id proof for cancellation?it's ur mistake to create multiple account.Horrible

    @ACTFibernet And they will not give your money back, let's connect and raise a complaint against ACT in consumer forum. Coz this is ridiculous, Out of 5 working week days, if the internet does not work for 2 days, it is of no use then.

    My internet is completely slow.. not even able to stream 144p quality videos. Been facing this problem from 1 month. Unable to contact support team via Ivrs. Will wait for few days. If problem not solved, I'll shift to other network. @ACTFibernet dm for details

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10165829312154 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10-Sep (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT 3 days completed for this ticket issue not solved yet i will discontinue my connection from @ACTFiberne worst broadband service I have ever seen.

    @ACTFibernet Dear ...I can't see any act representative near the junction box location since yesterday. I only received a call yesterday assuring that it will be resolved by 19:00 hrs yesterday, but still the problem remains the same. None of your technical team is present in site
