@TRAI @ACTFibernet your network is the worst in town, where internet is used the most in weekends & every weekend there is an outage. Third class service issue & we've paid for full year in advance & we don't get and refund for service not given. 4days/month = 1½month/year.

@ACTFibernet And while I don't want to sound any preachy, I surely would like to make it a point and want the stakeholders to take a note, that it is fatal to have services down for almost a week. Please work on having a Plan-B/backup for such situations.

Customer team is making false promises and changing timelines from time to time. Customer support is very bad. I request you to resolve my issue.
