    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Your request SR10163316413204 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10/23/2021 12:00:00 PM. No response from any act field executive. Not solve the problem till now. Once in a 15 days connectivity issue. Already 30 hours gone.

    @ACTFibernet How much time u still need. It's been 19 days today. Are u trying to make fool to your customers. If u can't provide better service the tell clearly. We will go with another service providers. We dnt want to make our money waste

    @ACTFibernet Wtf?. Till today your technician didn't came to solve my issue. How can u tell it's resolved. First check. My issue is to setup installation box from front side of wall to backside. Pathetic service u guys have very poor service. I vll disconnect after my plan vll get finish.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD my name is spelt incorrectly in your system & I need the bill as proof for some work. Informed one of your executives over call but no correction has been done. How come despite providing PAN/Aadhar the spelling isn’t entered correctly? Please help.

    @ACTFibernet worst service provider in Hyderabad, Nagaram. They close the complaint without customers knowledge, no follow up from customer service. More over they charge huge amount then the local internet provider. The speed is never stable and always provide less then mention

    @ACTFibernet They never resolve your issue. It's just temporary. Installation person and services people are rude/use inappropriate language for customers. Never allow them when you're alone at home. They are not trustworthy reliable people.

    @ACTFibernet @consumercourtin Respectable consumer court, ACT Has one of the worst customer service! A complaint of no internet has been registered yesterday afternoon and even after agreed service request Sla, they couldnt resolve the issue either and request additional hours

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet your ground staff and service is pathetic. Name change has been submitted 9 days back and was asked to take new connection which was done and the issue is yet to be fixed.

    @ACTFibernet why does a simple request to joint Cables take more than 2 days to resolve? If it works....no issues but if Stops....very difficult to restart again!!! Hopefully my request will be addressed soon🤞

    @ACTFibernet From 7th October onwards, the Internet has not been working, and your technician has neither visited my flat nor resolved the issue. Tickets are being closed on a daily basis without any resolution. Cases -  SR10277445243824& SR10277456919584 &SR10277468378774
