@ACTFibernet is the worst company. Once payment done for new connection, No one pick the call. Not even we get support from Call center. They simply say we don't have team to serve you. Then why the hell you are running business when you don't have team...

Facing hell lot of issues lately with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD when I tried to call and explain the issue to the support team they disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation. I think now its time to seriously look for better alternatives.

@ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet has constant connectivity issues & frequent outages. Running business with such unreliable internet is a nightmare. Had to take @airtelindia AirFiber as backup, which now serves as our primary connection. ACT is simply not dependable for business use

@ACTFibernet very slow service from Act. Requested for an upgrade and they are saying 7 days now. When requesting they said in 3 days it would be upgraded. Other network operators provide within 2 days.
