    @ACTFibernet why is the act is still using the copper wire when all other internet service provider is using fiber I have learned that act is using copper wire only in hyderabad but not to other city

    @ACTFibernet what a worst experience we are paying for 400 mbps speed and we are getting only 100 mbps speed and once contracted with act technician they are saying that there is a problem in your router for the past 2 year router has became the problem

    @ACTFibernet why your service provider doesn't provide fiber connection to all the customers when the jio and airtel is providing this is the basic infrastructure that all the customers should have fiber cable

    @ACTFibernetHYD dear sir we are still facing the decrease in the speed we are paying for 200 mbps but we are getting for 75 mbps this is getting customer very angry and I think rest of the act customer are facing trouble @ACTFibernet

    The Internet Service Provider @ACTFibernet is one of the worst service providers. For almost 1yr every month I have been raising complaints regarding bad connection no one will respond properly but they charge u full amount even if u face problem from der end.

    I have referred my friend succesfully, and he joined act through my referral, but no referal bonus adjusted in my bill amount. This is another reason why I want to move from act to another network.Ive called multiple for adjusting the referall bonus in my bill cycle @ACTFibernet

    My internet is completely slow.. not even able to stream 144p quality videos. Been facing this problem from 1 month. Unable to contact support team via Ivrs. Will wait for few days. If problem not solved, I'll shift to other network. @ACTFibernet dm for details

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Worsed service providers in mandawali. When they give you the connection they charge only monthly bill. After 10 day they will ask for router if you didn't pay. They disconnect the internet. Very bad service. Salesman is too lier. Guy be aware. Don't thake act internet connection

    3/3 @Airtel_Presence you thought you will arm twist with your sub grade service, luckily there was one alternative @ACTFibernet and I took their connection and I am already happy with them, unlike where I had to call you 3 times in first week of the connection.

    The beauty of @ACTFibernet is that they will charge you 24X7 but do not offer any kind of tech support when things fail. They take payment for a six-month plan in advance, and when the WiFi network doesn't even show, three days in, they wash their hands of it. #pathetic #cheats?
