    Update: Received full refund. Literally had to drag their COO into the issue to get it resolved this quickly. @ACTFibernet you guys need to de-bloat upper management and un-thug ground level beat minions. Alvida.

    @ACTFibernet Still no response from anyone, customer support said it would be done by afternoon but still it is the same, the issue is not resolved. Even after 5 days you don't care about the customer,you just keep increasing the ETA which is the only thing you know.

    @ACTFibernet Facing issue with my internet and it has been more than 24 hours. I can only speak to Robots and auto-forwarded emails. Hope actual human being are hired by you in service team. Pathetic support so far. Will look for alternatives.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD probably has the worst customer service wifi is not working from past 5 days , whole apartment has the same wifi i've asked everyone no one has any issues but it keep happening to my connection every other month , I think it's time to go for airtel

    @ACTFibernet You ground team is working tirelessly to get the issue sorted out. But the major problem is lack of transparency. Everyday eta is getting changed. As a customer we deserve transparency.
