@ACTFibernet act guyz have setup servers in Regent Park premises and agreed that they will pay their server related electricity bills but never paid, now elctr dept. have disconnected power. Pls intervene the situation and help to clear the electricity bill, ~ Regent Association

@ACTFibernet Yesterday at 19:10 raises a Internet connection problem with SR10129735059172. After 23hrs I am waiting for resolution. Neither got call nor solution. Due to such BAD service, we are waiting for @reliancejio #JioFibre service desperately.

Actfibernet is cheating people. It's doesn't have monthly prepaid and if we take six moths in between they will activate Netflix and other disconnect internet prepaid service. Without usage (not1MB )paid Rs.648 because they disconnect prepaid internet

Hey @ACTFibernet, I raised a change ownership request on 27/01, they said it will be done by 05/02. It's been one month since I raised the ticket and no action has been taken till now. Pathetic customer Service. Please fix it before I change my connection.
