    @ACTFibernet Within 24 hrs of reconnection no services. Your engineering does not come nd does all sorts of troubleshooting over phone trying2 fix router. I have a spare router nd that too is not connecting. Now his phone is switched off. My office nd child's school goes for a toss tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 what a pathetic service to a 7-8 yrs old customer. Who just want the refund and everyday follow up with your team. I had two ac out of which 1 is closed act team has taken router. They said you will get refund in 7 business days.

    @ACTFibernet I am a customer since 2016. Was at hometown for 9 months so got the connection deactivated. Waiting for a reconnection since 23rd. Tech team is waiting for approval from Reconnection team to replace cable. 4 days past no service yet. This is pathetic.Acc 101013138447

    @bada_paww @ACTFibernet So true... Their service is pathetic. Frequent disconnections. My net is not working since last 12 hours. When I call their customer care, they get away with some flimsy reason with no solution. Imagine the work getting hampered during WFH in pandemic.

    @ACTFibernet Nothing more can be expected from a local network run by incompetent service staff who speak very arrogantly and rudely. Who don’t know the basics of internet. Just an absolutely diastrous experience. Never go for act. Airtel and JIO are 10000000 times better.

    @ACTFibernet down for me since 1pm yesterday (1-Jul). It's been more than 24 hrs and no resolution in sight despite multiple calls to customer care & raising a ticket through the app (SR10158928277412). This is the last time I'm following up - next would be to cancel the service.

    @ACTFibernet Existing customer facing horrible service continuously dropping to 6-7Mpbs. No proper technical staff. Same W/L modem working at 60-70Mbps after escalation for 5days and again same problem. Its clear they are selling to large clients base with limited bandwidth. Mr. Bala help.

    @airtelindia 4 times in a week my broadband connection got disconnected. This is very lousy service. We can't afford down time during our working hours. It's better to go to @ACTFibernet or @HathwayBrdband
