    @ACTFibernet worst service provider in Hyderabad, Nagaram. They close the complaint without customers knowledge, no follow up from customer service. More over they charge huge amount then the local internet provider. The speed is never stable and always provide less then mention

    @ACTFibernet @consumercourtin Respectable consumer court, ACT Has one of the worst customer service! A complaint of no internet has been registered yesterday afternoon and even after agreed service request Sla, they couldnt resolve the issue either and request additional hours

    @ACTFibernet They never resolve your issue. It's just temporary. Installation person and services people are rude/use inappropriate language for customers. Never allow them when you're alone at home. They are not trustworthy reliable people.

    @ACTFibernet don't use any act connection Wast of time and facing multiple problems And I take the service for 1 year I disconnected the service on 25th June but still now refund is not initated contact to customer care but no proper RESPONSE.
