    @ACTFibernet It's not yet resolved.. I have shared the pics of the Switch box with Nodal officer and still getting emails from them saying we are working on this. Not sure how long does it take to replace a battery in switch box. Pathetic service by ACT.

    What worst is your service. Last time they said first you recharge then raise a request i did that but the engineer never visited. Today again ur CS team says to first recharge me. Then will again close my shift request. I have no option then shifting to @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet You've given me an ETR of more than 48 hours. That is completely unacceptable. It means I will lose 400 more rupees in the next 48 hours. and for no fault of mine. And when i am calling customer care u r putting me on hold for 15 minutes ...for 15 mins my call position was 3
