    @ACTFibernet dont know how to. Resolv the issue.... Shut the technician department.... And stop giving salaries.... Last 6months so many complaints no resolution.... Now today i am going to disconnect the power supply untill the issue gets resolved.....

    Worst service. Have to raise request for no connection every alternative day. It's been 5 months, missing important meetings. Everytime i talk about disconnection, they ask for last chance. Finally shifting to a local service provider.@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Ticket No.: SR10155019453772 Net is down since 4am this morning. Was told someone would visit me in two hours to check the issue didn’t happen. Ticket was prioritised twice but no response still. 3rd time asked for an escalation line got dc. No resolution yet.

    @ACTFibernet at this point of work from home, you do not have 24x7 support. I paid for 6 months, and still overdue messages keep coming. Now in the middle of a production issue i lost internet. Who is going to be responsible if i lose job over this?

    @ACTFibernet what the **** with this network last 11 days i have got call will be installing LAN to My house till the day there were no installtion done .....NO RESPONSE FROM Sales Man ,Team lead,Managaer #Kondapur,hyderabad Office If they are not intrest to Work kindly (1/2).

    @ACTFibernet wow took 7 days to confirm the area serviceability for shifting. That too you found out after many escalations, otherwise it would have taken months. Pathetic service ever. Refund my money and close the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Team I don't understand why you are taking so much time. At the of installation you promised if you don't like our service then you can ask for disconnection and you will refund all money. But now when I have raised for disconnection,you guys are doing time pass?

    @ACTFibernet why can’t I pay my bill through application. It keeps buffering on payment page on iOS.. whereas in android app it’s only showing to pay via amazon .. FIX YOUR APP PAYMENT PAGE

    @ACTFibernet ACT is again down from morning on a working day. Do you guys have any sense of importance of internet connectivity? If you can not provide a reliable connection, I have to switch to other provider after 7 years of using ACT. Shame on you @ACTFibernet .

    Such irresponsible service @ACTFibernet. I am waiting for another day before I switch providers. My network cable has reportedly been stolen and it's been *days* and there is absolutely no seriousness on your part in fixing the issue.
