    SR10146884047702 - can we expect uninterrupted internet. Either your supply is down or low speed performance. Looks like too many users and @ACTFibernet is unable to service. I upgraded my router still your no end to your issues.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a request to change my 6 months plan to Monthly basis. Its been more than a week multiple tickets raised. Just same reply every time 72 hours. Now I'm getting email stating to pay 6 months bill or else services will be suspended. Ridiculous Service!!!

    @ACTFibernet Ur useless team said it will be resolved by 4pm. Is ur clock slow? How many 24 hours u need? If u can't satisfy customer, then atleast make refund faster after cancellation. Ur senseless team told 24 hours from past 2 days and now telling the same thing again.

    @ACTFibernet I'm Act user. I'm facing serious issues. Though subscribed 150Mbps, hardly get 15Mbps over vpn. Frequent call drops. Vomplaints have gone in vain. ACT unable to give resolution. This is not way to address complaints. Request, concerned to look into this.
