@ACTFibernet I am facing lot problem of internet. This is in my son's name. Repeatedly requesting to recetify, but it is fallen on deaf ears, one of the worst worst internet I have seen. I can download a file in very good speed in idea sim atleast 200 kbps. Ac no 101113654712.

@ACTFibernet at this point of work from home, you do not have 24x7 support. I paid for 6 months, and still overdue messages keep coming. Now in the middle of a production issue i lost internet. Who is going to be responsible if i lose job over this?

Temporary fixes and closing tickets without a permanent resolution only worsen the issue. Please restore stable service immediately and take ownership.
