  @ACTFibernet Yes,the problem is resolved after approx 48hours of the breakdown.I am fortunate that I was not fired for Monday morning!I wonder,how come a reputed brand like ACT actually took 48hours to resolve an Internet issue?Is it because my area is little remote than Hyd(i.e.,Shamshabad)?

  @ACTFibernet SR10277664640184 ticket has been closed without resolution, last Friday Technicjan visited even after 3-4 hrs of troubleshooting was not able to solve, Is this experience customer paying you money for , pls resolve asap
