    @ACTFibernet I’m really amused here. Such a reputed company and such low levels of customer service. I’ve been complaining about Internet issue and without solving you guys close the case. When I escalated twice, you again closed before even making a call!

    @ACTFibernet I have resolved problem by self by going through YouTube, and your support email is not working kindly check it, because I have sent so many email luckily no reply, so overall very bad experience with ACt Fiber.🤯😠

    @ACTFibernet I am managing it. As I am travelling today to @Odisha. But it is very bad experience of last 2 months. Team called but never visited my place. If I was not on a yearly subscription I would definitely unsubscribe your facility. I am using ur service more than 10yrs

    Worst Customer Care Service. Paid but service connection still not given. Waiting for long time @ACTFibernet . I strongly recommend not to take ACT internet provider.@consumercourtin . Trobulling after payment .

    @ACTFibernet Ridiculous service by @ACTFibernet, unfortunately I'm on a semi-annual plan or else would have raised a disconnection request and went with some other better ISP, which can actually resolve connection issues in short or at least in estimated time.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet 8 days of downtime and counting and no proper response from ACT customer service. Folks in Chennai, do yourself a favor and never ever take up internet service from ACT and stay away from this business.
