    @ACTFibernet has the worst service I have ever experienced. We lost our mobile number (number itself is dead) and unfortunately that is connected with our Act account. Trying to change it using app, No use. Trying to contact them by a call, executive put us in endless call loop!

    So @ACTFibernet is cleverly making *illegal* agreement with owners for not allowing any ISP except ACT. I’ve registered for Airtel which is available in my area. Formalities done, but at the end owner objected to it. He isn’t telling me to install Act but raising security issue!

    @ACTFibernet ridiculous service. We had asked the 6 month plan to be activated and after a month it is still monthly plan activated leading to higher bill amount. On top of that Mr Azam from the customer care talking rudely and not wanting to understand the issue.

    @ACTFibernet worst service pre sales itself. Then, we can expect how the post sales service be..it's been more than a week, payment has been made for new connection. Still, nobody contacted nor responds. Cancel the connection nd refund my money. #fraud

    @ACTFibernet Wrong. Temporarily fixed but not working again today. I've reopened the ticket. No action on my account cancellation request either. @TRAI @DoT_India do you have a mechanism for intervention when service is not delivered by telecom/internet service providers.

    @ACTFibernet Raised request for reconnection, but even after 3 days got no help. Offline team is saying the area is not under them. The case is being delegated again and again. My work is getting affected. Pls help..🙏
