    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Its been third time I changed my router by spending more the 6k because of your intelligent executive suggestion, now agin he comes back and say to change the router, I enrolled for 350mbps I hardly get 30mbps. WORST ACT, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

    @ACTFibernet I have a serious issue with your service. Your customer rep said I will get connection in 3 days and today I’m being told that ports are full and it will take 7 days! After making 3 month payment with GST!! What the hell?

    @ACTFibernet Unable to place a request to shift my existing connection to new home location (within Chennai) via ur app. All I get after completing the eKYC is a message saying "Something went wrong, please try again after sometime". Struggling with it for 24 hrs now. Pls help.

    @ACTFibernet I am having the worst customer experience , from morning the technician keeps giving reason the devise is faulty, it needs to be replaced. I am waiting from morning and every two hours I followed the tech. Very much aware the new device is just 2km from my area.

    @ACTFibernet I have applied for the fibernet connect and it has been 2 days, the person is not answering my phone and even your support team is also not responding to us on calls and emails and we are waiting for the installation.
