    @ACTFibernet Manager of Act Service provider Hyderabad I am sending this message , after suffering for very long ....ACT fibre net is worst service provider which is not only highly overrated but expensive and with poor services and virtually no response mechanism.

    @ACTFibernet there is no internet from past 20hrs and it takes 24hrs to ONLY check what’s wrong with the connection in this era where IT is at boom.have been calling the cust service for around 10 times and the only reply you get is 24 hrs TAT. Really pathetic and unprofessional.

    @ACTFibernet Where is the assistance , you folks are sound asleep and have never bothered about customer needs . You mentioned by 30th August 2021 9 am it will be resolved . If it does not will you refund this month's bill for me . If you are worth your word please stick to it .

    @ACTFibernet my internet is down from 2 days and still no response the customer care is pathetic they always say 6 hrs or 24hrs. No response from service provider guy he never lift the call

    @ACTFibernet please remove the from bio ‘one of leading ISPs in India’. Day by day, It’s really very pathetic about using your service. Today alone I have done router reset almost 7 time, Is this what you mentioned about ‘one of leading ISPs’. (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Yes, it seems that issue is fixed for now. However, from last few months I am facing connectivity issue every now and then which I never expected from you. Hope you have fixed the issue permanently.
