    @THE_INDRA_KUMAR @ACTFibernet If you call to customer care they respond with all sweet words. Better to drop mail for proof from our end for tracking, additionally we can raise customer dispute.

    @ACTFibernet Dmed the ticket number. It takes minimum 20 mins to talk to customer service representatives.

    @ACTFibernet get your act together. Customer service is horrible. I did a plan upgrade and I was supposed to get mesh router and ticket was raised on July 2nd till now no update.

    @veelesec @ACTFibernet It was just some low level dns probing, nothing remarkable worth writing about so I let AI document it but they were intercepting 1.1.1.1 queries and any other resolver, only solution was DoT and DoH to cloudflare or anyone else

    @ACTFibernet I applied for a new connection 2 days ago. Installation was promised yesterday, but no one has contacted me.I paid โ‚น2,035. The sales executive (+91 97311 63437) has switched off their phone. Even after contacting customer care twice, there has been no resolution.
