    @ACTFibernet SR10280003230854 No action taken on this ticket and no response from customer service. Pathetic service. Kindly refund the amount for inconvenience caused and fix this issue immediately.

    @ACTFibernet My wifi service disconnects now and then .The reason in the app shows Rs.200 is due (which was a discount given by you.Kindly help

    @ACTFibernet Simple plan change request is pending for 10 days with no resolution. SR12379816557189 customer service is not helpful and app is not user friendly.

    If you are in BLR never buy your wifi connection from @ACTFibernet. Worst service out there with virtually zero customer support. 12 days since a plan change request and no one has showed up. Now got a msg from them saying if I dont pay for the old plan they will cut the wifi.

    @ACTFibernet We are facing repeated internet issues since 19th April. It was resolved on 21st April after multiple follow-ups, but again from 23rd night the connection is not working. Continue..
