    @ACTFibernet Don't know what type of service is this, Customer care executive said you can expect call with in 9pm.. and after few minutes received this message."Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 31-Aug(DD/MM) 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT"

    @ACTFibernet Don't you give training to your CC? I left ur service in July, having paid till July end and your CCs still hound me for some fictitious amount for grace period. No one asked for your grace if I have to pay for it

    @ACTFibernet is internet down in Ahmedabad? I don’t see any error light on modem but cannot even open ACT app to log service ticket.
