    @sumansuvvada @ACTFibernet It’s funny how they send daily spam sms when payment is due but when there is a disruption nobody take ownership , and business doesn’t follow standard ethics as well. Daily spam sms and calls come up if payment due but no calls come for service disruption .

    So my @ACTFibernet connection is working very slow and realised that they have changed the support chat flow and now there is no option to complain for slow Internet speeds. Why do these guys do this!!

    @ACTFibernet The service is disrupted since early morning and since then the service is not restored. Just getting automatic reply with some timelines which are not feasible and customer care support is of no use. Kindly have the issue addressed on priority.
