    @airtelindia worst experience with airtel broadband. Customer service is pathetic in Hyderabad. Broadband cable wire is broken and they have taken 3 days so far. No response whatsoever. @ACTFibernet was thousand times better in terms of customer service. They were really quick.

    Over 48 hours of no action on the complaints @ACTFibernet but your executives are sure hell bent on "Closing The Ticket" without a solution because they may not make it in time. Where can I raise this concern?

    @ACTFibernet It's pathetic not even a single call or further status received from your executives. Your team should understand the Customer requirement. Kindly close the ticket do my refund my payment as earliest.

    @ACTFibernet From yesterday my net is down and i have raised request for this. Today suddenly I got message that my connection has been disconnected. However, I didn't raise any request for disconnecting and i raised request only for my internet issue. Acc number is 103543331448

    @ACTFibernet Still our problem has not solved yet, atleast no one has called us to know what is our concern. Please don't mention anywhere @ACTFibernet is a brand will reach immediately when customers need the support.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service at your end. The internet is down and when I called the customer care, it was being said that it will be resolved by 1 pm next day? How can you take so long to resolve an internet issue?

    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days I have raised a complaint regarding internet issue. I am unable to use my internet and still I am facing the issue. This is worst experience I am facing. Not a single customer care number is reachable. Every month I am having this issue.

    @ACTFibernet how come the other internet connections are working properly and yours does not @ACTFibernet ? This whole month I had issues with speed. I am paying for. you are deducting the monthly bill for 500 Mbps/ really disappointed. I have been a customer for 5 years.

    @ACTFibernet Still internet not restored, your technical person told me it will restored by 10.00 am today, and now it is 2.24 pm, what a shame on commitment. Moreover no one from your team is updating by giving a call to me. On tonality, the internet is not working for almost 3 days.
