    @ACTFibernet It's been 7 days since I raised a relocation request! The issue was to be resolved on 17th March, 2023. Today it's 19th March and the issue is still not resolved. Im calling you guys from 3 days and all I get is false promises that I will get a call but no one calls!

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR10367601995754 has been registered. Our team will ensure fastest possible action. - can we ensure the cause of frequent disconnection is identified and fixed? 3rd such incident happened since past 3 weeks. Highly disappointing.

    I'm sick of @ACTFibernet . After disconnecting from their network and paying their due fees, they are not taking their router and charging me every month unnecessarily and harassing me everyday. Please don't take connection from them ever v

    @ACTFibernet so tried to raise another ticket, but the same ticket reopened. After some time the issue was resolved. Then somebody from ACT called me (Beemagani Balu 07207979016) and stated that if same issue repeats next day don't reopen the ticket and just me, I did the same

    @ACTFibernet I don’t understand when there is an internet issue from your end you take 1 whole day to fix the issue whereas the other broadband companies takes 1 to 2 hrs or max 3 hrs to fix it . Why it takes 1 whole day to fix the issue and that too on weekdays this issue occurs
