    @ACTFibernet it’s 2026 and an outage still has 24 hour ETA? Your connectivity issues ruined someone’s weekend- no one working on a Sunday or in night for that matter - for an isp provider it’s a shame - people rely on you and such is your cs SR11079676599254 do the needful asap

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet this is not cool. When we delay one day payment you people charge penalty. So, how will you now compensate here? @jagograhakjago is there anything you can do here for us? Why there is such worst services for Indians even if we pay the amount?

    @ACTFibernet Absolutely frustrated with ACT Fibernet. My internet has been down for 2+ days despite being on their premium 1TB plan. Other apartments in the same building have connectivity, clearly pointing to an issue with their wiring/splicing setup — yet no resolution

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Day 6, Still no internet, still no ETA, and now you are ignoring my replies. Is WO101796642411 an actual work order or just a fake number to buy time? Do I need to cancel this and ask for a refund, or is someone actually showing up today?

    @ACTFibernet Your team has been sharing false information for past 10 days and not resolving any of my issues. Everyone is sharing false information and doing fraud. I have requested a cancellation 2 days back and even that is not done yet and your team is denying refund to bank

    @ACTFibernet Hi, I have not received any proper response and today on a call from your team and they clearly denied the router mentioned earlier and proper support. Hence I have cancelled my plan effective 10-04-26 with act fibernet and will require the entire payment refunded as the plan
