    @ACTFibernet Is something SERIOUSLY wrong at ACT? Are the field personnel doing disgrace to Customer by not allowing Customers to raise official Complaints. Worse part, they are not addressing the issue.

    Guys, it is advisable to refrain from purchasing ACT Fiber, particularly in Hyderabad and its surrounding areas. The service provided is subpar, and issues arise consistently each month. It appears that @ACTFibernet is unlikely to improve.

    @ACTFibernet Ur attitude during installation phase puts me in doubt what is expected in after sales service. Don’t ask me to share my no in DM, rather talk to ur Ghaziabad sales person Arun Sharma

    hey @ACTFibernet . On Aug 6 i paid a sum of 9K to upgrade my plan. To support high speed they need to upgrade the modem. Till now nobody has called me and whenever I call customer care , no constructive response from ur side. Worst! AC No: 102727049303
