    I paid ₹3182 for ACT Fiber connection on 18/05/26 .Even after 4 days, it has not been installed and I am not receiving proper updates from your representative. I contacted customer care multiple times and tickets were raised, but the issue is still unresolved @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Upgraded the plan to ACT SPRINT MESH one month back. No new router installed and no guidance on OTT. Ac no 102016207270. False promises delivered every time calling ACT customer care. @MIB_India @GoI_MeitY please look into this.

    @ACTFibernet It still says "Awaiting for ETR". We don't have any visibility to the resolution time. This is really inconvenient for us.

    @ACTFibernet Chatting with the Chat bot on the app is useless. It is saying there is no junction box on the premises. She is your customer.

    @ACTFibernet Been facing internet difficulties since a month. Office calls getting dropped due to this. Raised the issue many a times and still no resolution. Very frustrating it is, plz intervene at the earliest
