    What abt the customers who are facing an issue with ur services even aftr making the payment. If there is delay in payment u guys immediately suspend the services and don't wait for a day more, then hw can u expect us to wait for more than 24hrs or 48hrs or 72hrs?? @ACTFibernet

    You promise to give No:1 service to the customers but where are those promises now. When cancelling the subscription you keep sending emails and promise for good service but it is not at all happening. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet I’ve been patient regarding the internet not working from the time I took the connection. If the issue can’t be resolved provide me a refund or I’ll have to lodge a complaint in the consumer court.

    @ACTFibernet Still no call from anyone to address my issue. I was told my issue is escalated and would be getting call back. Its been 2 weeks now not even a call till date.

    @ACTFibernet Do you have a policy of payment adjustment if the service is down for 48hrs and above? If so, I had service interruption for 9tickets, each ranging between 4-5 hours. Is this a dumb strategy to fool your customers?

    @ACTFibernet How tough it is to understand that frequent disconnects needs monitoring only hardware replacement doesn’t mean issue resolved and again not confirming with customer.I am surprised I need to keep on repeating this should be normal practice in tech supports

    @ACTFibernet They told me to wait for few weeks to check the issue , I waited for 45 days still the issue persists , Kindly refund the amount atleast so I can change to other broadband provider .

    Pathetic billing @ACTFibernet no power bill discount being given for account 101633252243. We need to call the customer care every month to get the adjustment

    @ACTFibernet I requested to shift my connection and not it’s incomplete and still your guys not finished the work and they promised to fix this before 11.30am today someone told they’re gonna fix before 2pm still nobody contacted me. I should have moved to different vendor.
