  @ACTFibernet How is that like clockwork you disable my internet every week? 3rd consecutive week this is happening and your teams seem to don't care. Despite multiple complaints we are asked to adjust and the issue never gets resolved. Is this an indication for me to shift?

  @ACTFibernet compliant SR10279223932814 open yesterday afternoon. ETA to response was 9:00 today morning which then change to 4:00PM and now its 6:00PM and its not resolved. Please escalate and help to resolve asap

  Hi @ACTFibernet yesterday only i have taken internet service because of act is a best broadband in India. initially the marketing guy explained incomplete details and charged 4110 rs after activation no OTT channels are coming and no one responding in call too.
