    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC DONT TAKE INTERNET CONNECTIONS FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY CHEAT CUSTOMERS WITH PLANS. AFTER PAYING MONEY THEY DONT RESPOND. ACT TIRUPATI BRANCH IS WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN.

    @ACTFibernet Third class service. Even after posting grievance on twitter, we did not get any call till 8pm. Apparently, my complaint was stuck at backend and the field eng. received it around 7:30pm. This makes me wonder why my ticket was stuck for more than 9 hours at backend.

    Worst response from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i have raised power discount sr for the box installed in my location from may5 without my notice you people closed service req I have done follow for a week and you people are always telling that i will get a call within 24hr -1/2

    @ACTFibernet Wow what a service provider you are, gave network for couple of hours and your closed the tickets and the problem arises. Really appreciate your team who shows intrest in closing the tickets instead of problem...

    @ACTFibernet not working agin, 3rd time within a week Internet is down, yiu guys are least bothered to send a tech, no response to emails helpless helpdesk agents, reading the same script. Came here to say that I will ensure to find an alternative soon SR10256767822712
