@SureShJoShika @ACTFibernet From your property, using your electricity, they will supply internet to 10 other houses from that box.. u will never get paid.. your electricity charge will sky rocket and as they promise, they wont pay you electricity charge.. Go for Airtel or Hathway

@ACTFibernet Never opt ACT.. worst service ever. No internet connection since 2 weeks.. neighbors no internet since 1 week.. they have no shame to charge insanely and completely even without giving service..

@ACTFibernet I have been act customer for last 3 yrs and due to frequent service issues I have applied for disconnection and after telling multiple times to disconnect at this month end they have put the date for 1st March kindly take action as I don't want next month bill

@ACTFibernet Doesn't matter how many times I talk to customer care executive, the problem never get solved. Getting charged for shifting of connection which was never done. It was even confirmed by your executive but still I get it in the bill. This is pathetic!!!

@ACTFibernet Thier customer service is world class failure.. Fraud calculation. false promises. Irresponsible team. Their technology is 3rd class.. their system is not automated nor feed any informations..

@SureShJoShika @ACTFibernet Suresh - Don't ever make the mistake of keeping the box in your property. i am facing issue since 8 years.. the box is in my property. They will say that they will pay 70rupees per month for electricity charge for the box. but they will never pay you.8 years they have not paid me
