Around 4 PM, someone finally picked up and had no information because they were working at a different site. Do you only have 2–4 technicians to handle all these issues?

Chirag Tiwari (@chiragtiwari) reported@PrestonSte33640 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet has the most horrible service. Low speeds and every month at least for 2 days their internet is down. I'd suggest moving to Jio/Airtel which are far superior and much reliable. ACT Internet does not deserve anyone's money.
