@ACTFibernet Today on 6 June 2022, when I called n enquired, Richa an agent said it will be rectified in 4 hrs, & m using my mobile hotspot 2start my work. A new case generated, but she cudnt share me, later received via msg SR10265032340594 Unhappy with the service.

@ACTFibernet Your Executive had called up, but am disappointed to note instead of giving me a solution , he was only harping on his point of view. If you change the terms of the plan, you are expected to notify the customer. Just by changing in the invoice doesn't work

@ACTFibernet Since yesterday morning, I have no internet access again and no action has been taken against SR10165029018384 yet. Now it is happening very often and troubling me very badly. So, either fix it with permanent solution or refund my total paid amount asap. Thanks

@ACTFibernet Internet isn't working frm 4th June 2022 Saturday evening, had2 leave d premises coz of internet failure, raised complaint, later around 10pm a technician called n informed, issue resolved. As I was not there, he said sir I am closing the case now. SR10265021416704
