    @ACTFibernet Customer care representative is picking my call but not speaking anything for two minutes and disconnecting the call. This is the service you are providing for customer!! Very worst behaviour towards customer!!

    @ACTFibernet internet not working from 11 th February evening. Many times called to customer care but still same issue please do it solved ASAP. Hampers my daily work.

    @ACTFibernet I need the internet today. Not after 24 hours. Also, when I'm paying for 3 months, I would expect full internet for 3 months. If issues like this come once in a month, then I've lost 3 days of internet usage. Will ACT give me a bill for 3 days later in that case?

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 88th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+
