@ACTFibernet it is hopeless with customercare service, i am tired of asking to resolve issues, try to ask for refund of money, but getting reply is "will resolve in 24 hrs". Whenever i call they are just telling 24 hrs everyday. Worst service ever.

@ACTFibernet very poor service in chennai ,when.we.xall maximum you will ask is to change modem ,how many times you want us to change modem ,Reaching your team is very difficult you want all as a.complaint registration only

@ACTFibernet This is the response to a complaint about unreliable connection "Dear Customer, your ticket is being closed. Request you to restart your devices (PC/Laptop/Router) in case the issue in UNADDRESSED / UNRESOLVED, you can escalate it to us". Why even open a ticket?
