@ACTFibernet My issue is not resolved, refund has not been processed but the refund ticket was closed. I need immediate call back. It’s really ridiculous. I need call back from the refund team.

@ACTFibernet My request was taken to downgrade my plan. Service request was open to be resolved by 4/2/12 however today it was closed and the plan+ bill remains the same. I have reopens the service ticket. I will not be paying my bill till my plan has been changed as requested.

@ACTFibernet @geekyranjit You guys never fix the issues.. Tumse nahi hoga!! Don't fool people. I gave so many requests to setup box setup at our premises but none of your team reached us. Shame on you @ACTFibernet team
