Why am I being forced to pay a monthly subscription when I already paid ₹18,000+ for an annual plan months ago? I even paid additional monthly charges despite already being on the annual plan. And now, over a disputed ₹354: Support → Nodal Officer → Appellate Authority Still no working Internet. Please investigate the billing discrepancy for as long as you need. The turn around time of your service engineers are way too long in Delhi & they don’t do their job properly aswell. Since the setup box is connected to my home, my neighbours will disconnect your connection aswell.
