    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD You are becoming worst in providing service to people. If you dont have enough capacity to resolve wifi issues just give us info like we will take at east 2 days to resolve the issue then we can think whether we need to opt your fibernet or not.

    @airtelindia Really appreciate your efforts to give a right coverage but somehow your team is incapable of giving resolution or better service. Switched from @ACTFibernet after five years, of testing your services. But it was my mistake.

    @ACTFibernet Whom we can reach? Nobody is available to resolve this issue - No internet. Your customer care is ****, not at all useful to resolve issues. The issue never gets resolved on the very first complaint. Customers need to chase the CC to get the issue resolved.

    @ACTFibernet The speed has become poor and reduced to 50 mbps and lower post all your maintenance activities. This is a major headache to keep reporting and not see improvement.

    Day 2 of waiting for my ₹3932 refund from @ACTFibernet. I had to cancel the connection because they tried to install a commercial 8-port hub in my private house for just ₹50! Ticket is raised, but ACT team, please process this with finance TODAY and give me the UTR number.
