    Hello @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD internet is not working at my place since last night ..No proper response to my complaint..!! Don't you guys have shame to bill for 30 days when you are providing services only for 28/29 days in a month ?? Worst internet service provider in recent times..#JustAsking

    @Dharmic_Jana @Anjud84 @ACTFibernet I have Jio. Occasionally speed issues (have to restart router after that it’s fine). Overall it’s good. CS is on time.

    .ACT, your customer service IVR is lousy. I have tried lodging a complaint about wifi at home and the recorded voice says it is working. Internet down for nearly four hours. No response yet. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I requested a callback this morning at 11:00 AM regarding frequent internet issues. Your support executive told, i will receive a call within two hours. It has now been 17:53pm, and I still have not received a call. Still internet issue not resolved.
