  @ACTFibernet Any update on Complaint no. SR10264849182104?? It has been over 15 hours. Almost impossible to talk to any customer representative. 24 hours to solve a problem in the middle of a working day is unacceptable.

  @ACTFibernet Your support services are very slow even in the metro city like Bengaluru. I have booked the ticket and from last 4 hours no internet, your support said following: Ticket SR10264850397804 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 17-May between 13:00 to 16:00.

  @ACTFibernet it's been 6 months i started using your connection every month minimum 2 times i raise issue with the internet disconnection or whenever it rains a bit the connection goes off literally it's the worst service i have seen and will not suggest anyone for use

  @ACTFibernet Please resolve the issue asap internet connectivity problem will result in bad effect on my work. This issue is continuous from last few days on daily basis. It have raised a lot of request but the problem comes again next day.
