@ACTFibernet has the shittiest customer service. Their app doesn't work and requires 20+ clicks (with load times, it took me 40 mins) to raise a support ticket. When you call them, they ask to do things only by app, and their app flow doesn't work. I can't even end my connection.

For Acct No. 10879986, there was no internet for 5 days after the cyclone in Chennai. It took so many complaints for getting back internet. You've not bothered to reduce the bill for the lost days in December. Horrible stuff this js @ACTFibernet. Previously you used to #horrible

@ACTFibernet #ACTBroadband is pretty unstable since this morning. Connections seem to disconnect frequently every 2-3 hours. Pls fix it. Unable to lodge a complaint via act app.. just times out every time

@ACTFibernet Seriously so shocking while I was on call with the customer service team i connected the call with the person who was calling and saying she won't refund my amount and she was telling them it's my mistake to have paid the money and all and that there is no refund policy

@ACTBangalore @ACTFibernet customer care sucks. Call gets disconnected while in queue. Agents become inaudible and disconnect. App doesn't allow to deactivate services.
