    @ACTFibernet Never mindi have canceled my subscription after 3 months of horrendous experience. Maybe @jagograhakjago shud pay u guys a visit. Coz my experience wit u is humiliating and insulting. It is like I paid premium to b treated badly, & adding salt to the injury... no service at all.

    And guess what? Thanks to @ACTFibernet’s “2hr” resolution, .I missed my work deadline .Weekend totally ruined 😭 .3 of us working from home — all affected .This is the 3rd outage in 1 month. Consistency is key, I guess? How do you call this “service”? #WorkFromHomeDisaster
