@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 And this is my act id 119620869747 and this Is my refund ticket no SR 11964263577455 I have disconnected my account on 28th but still not getting my refund till now and when I call the customer support they say it takes 24 hours and this thing continue from 8th March.

@ACTFibernet - ridiculous service. Even after making payment for new connection no one has come to install it yet. Customer care is also not helping

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet SR10164413038884. I live in an apartment where most of the people have ACT connection and the internet boxes on many floors are broken which can lead to fire in future. Due to this our buliding management is going to disconnect all ACT connections.
