Such a worst services by @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet . I have requested for plan change, they are saying i need to pay for this month and it will effect from next month. Like i need to pay more amount that the plan i want use & suspended my account, still i have 5 days left.

@ACTFibernet Don't understand why it takes 2 days to fix the connectivity issue. Not just one time, every single time you take more than 2 days and a negative tweet to resolve the issue. If the case is like in a city, not sure if you will ever reach towns and villages one day.

@ACTFibernet Worst expereince iam facing with act fibernet (104623810543) within one month of my new connection its 4 times my internet is down. My work from home is really getting difficult. #ACTfibernet should understand how important to provide stable internet who are WFH.
