    @ACTFibernet Please remove server from my house as I am not using actfiber service, server power is connected to my house, same information give on call center but no action in last three month, please remove in week time else we cut the power connection 1/2

    @ACTFibernet internet is not working. Have raised a complaint and it's been 24 hours, still not resolved! Helpline number is not working as well!! What kinda service is this?!

    @ACTFibernet I need call assistance. It's has been 15 days passed and I have made payment earlier. My plan is running out. I will not tolerate this anymore. I want my internet restored today else I will file complaint against @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet This was supposed to be taken care on the 1st of July and today is the 3rd of July and there is no resolution to this. Your employees don't have the decency to answer the phone calls of your customers

    @ACTFibernet Delhi there is no way you can speak to person.automated voice crap . Even if you do manage to speak to one , these are useless call centre folks who ask you to raise query on mobile app. Zero for customer service . No wonder jio and Airtel are doing so much better

    @ACTFibernet terrible service . I need to shift my connection however there is no response. Mobile app, call centre etc everyone just asks to make an online request whilst not understanding that the app is not working . Useless customer service . Pls avoid

    In Today's every service provider are striving to provide the best service to the customer , few have no regards till date , one such entity that I have come across is ACT fibernet . Once or twice is a mistake but such repetitive action just shows incompetency.@ACTFibernet
