    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence horrible experience with your broadband service in Delhi. Facing issues with router your app gives error while diagonse (over 1 month)/ now). Router of cheapest quality. Saved by @ACTFibernet during these WFH lost my faith in Airtel. Pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet @balamalladi Tried through IVR, App but unsuccessful. IVR redirects to App and App keeps throwing an error stating 'Something went wrong please try again. And what double standards you guys have, for new connections there's a customer care, but for existing connection there's 0 support.

    @ACTFibernet Team i have already given u an opportunity by taking this connection. And why should I suffer for this same problem. I am really fed up with this third class service. If your team can solve this problem its ok. Or else give my money back i will take Tikona.

    @ACTFibernet if the issue is not resolved in the next three hours (by 12 noon today, 21/05/22) - you can remove the junction box from my home - I will take a new connection elsewhere - you can reimburse the remaining bill amount that I have paid
