    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I have been facing network connectivity issue 4-5 times a month, it's horrible this month. Every time I raise a complaint it is taking 2 days to correct the problem, deeply disappointed with the support staff and connectivity - Act Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet stop this. Your technician asked me to reboot my router and i did it.Its been more than 24 hrs and i still dont have the resolution. When i called your customer care service, a representative named M.Raj was very rude to me. I explained that internet issue needs fix

    @ACTFibernet Harish Kumar from customer service said he is raising an escalation and should receive a call back from manager in 2 hrs and this happened approx around 9PM. I still have not received this call back. Please check and help

    Hey @ACTFibernet Are you really working for the Customers?? Worst Support I have faced from You!! I have raised the ticket for an isssue two days before..but still no one is responding on that..and Not yet fixed!!! Literally Frustrated with your Services..😡😠 #Internet

    @ACTFibernet I asked Raj to get me a technician on call as I didn't receive a call back as PROMISED. He was so rude to me and he put the call on mute for 5 mins approx and disconnected the call himself. I again reached customer care and spoke to Harish kumar.
