    @ACTFibernet another week another outage. By far the worst #ISP in #Hyderabad. Nobody cares to inform customers either on why the service is down. Just automated bot responses. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet the technical support person who came to visit for the issue was not able to solve the problem instead he was giving excuses and recorded all our conversation without our consent, please take certain action and let me know is this behaviour appropriate?

    @ACTFibernet I called your helpline with a move request, which is supposed to be free as told to me when I got the connection. Now You say you are not **** that anymore. Anyway, what’s more surprising is you are ok to lose a customer of many years over Rs 650

    @ACTFibernet @PSudugu Issue repeat again. I request a call from Regional Head of Act fibernet in next few minutes. If no call received, case to be filed in consumer court-witnessing the T&C of Act.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 35th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet Poor response from the team..simply no regard to the consistent complaints and issues raised by us..the router department is unapologetically non-cooperative..adding to it the connection is down since two complete days with absolute nil response from their side

    @ACTFibernet worst ever service... It's been 3days you can't restore a connection.. if you can't fix the problem by today... I'll cancel my connection.. you are leaving me with no option to find other service provider
