@ACTFibernet's services stop working at 9PM. And then the customer care conveniently schedules a visit for the next day. A few calls and a technician visit later, things start working.. until 9PM next day. #customerService #actFiber

@ConquerEat @ACTFibernet It's a **** service provider.. recommend not to take this act fibernet. I raised the request yesterday and after 25hours still open. And the customer service is worst that need to wait for 1hr to connect
