    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, I am not getting the internet. Since 3 days. No office is working to report issue and there is no response from customer care. By mistake i made the payment twice. The first payment was done on 02-01-2021 and second payment was done on 11-01-2021.

    @ACTFibernet sucks. Their internet is not stable at all, their local authorities aren't reachable most of the time, their customer support service is terrible. They say that they will resolve the issue completely, but they never do that. So, never use ACT Fibernet.

    @ACTFibernet Yes now after 3 days of tiring follow ups and a tweet here the connection has been provided. Please improve your customer service and don't make social media the only resort to get our problems resolved. Customer care executives need to give timely resolution within TAT.
