    @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.

    @ACTFibernet Same story every 2nd day connectivity is zero, big mistake moving from @airtelindia and @JioCare Regret the inconvenience. Looks like the issue is still not resolved. We have re-opened the service request SR11780733414574. Our team will get in touch with you

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team,It's been 24hours now, still my internet is down and for my entire area, No response from CSR and the field engineer number is switched off. The SO CALLED MANAGER GAVE HIS NUMBER FOR ANY ISSUES was very rude on the call yesterday and now not even responding.
