    @ACTFibernet I see the ETR as 24 hours from now. Not sure if this is a standard/automated response but do you seriously expect a customer to wait 24 hours for resumption of service?

    @ACTFibernet Why such inconsistencies in your service? Why cant you guys have a look into this matter seriously and fix it forever? 4 issues in 2 and half week, is that acceptable? I am any how paying you guys for the services you have agr ed to deliver but your quality is damn poor

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available to speak to legal team. This is the 146th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???
