    @ACTFibernet It’s high time you guys start focusing on service instead of sales. My internet has been frequently facing downtime and it's been more than 15 hours, no one has called me or resolved the issue.The calls(12 since morning) that I get is for plan renewal due this month.

    @ACTFibernet I subscribed the entertainment pack at evening 6:30 pm. I informed to support team they told it will be active within 1 hour. Still nothing to activate. Actually your support team working like this way

    1/2 Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from @ACTFibernet. Ticket SR10780199791980 was CLOSED without any resolution despite repeated follow-ups, escalation mails, and CPGRAMS complaint reference. No proper call. No accountability. Just automated replies and forced closure.

    @ACTFibernet such a terrible service it's been 3 days I have been trying to get the shifting done, Yesterday I was asked to my self travel 20kms to old place to disconnect and bring modem to new place, Which I did. Still no progress,
