    @ACTFibernet If your team is not going for customer requirement, then go ahead and cancel the new connection and refund back. Even near my two flats on same floor concealed by ACT but not doing for me. Start the cancellation and process the refund.

    The most unprofessional service from @ACTFibernet. Customer care executives disconnect the call, give you fake tickets, promise discount for electricity bill paid by consumer and no respect for the customer. Bad bad bad service.

    @ACTFibernet I have already called customer care multiple times and now they are disconnecting the call. They raise ticket and then they close it on their own. I am literally mentally frustrated due to this. They are forcing me to pay money for their mistake. 7043305339, Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet problem not yet resolved and you guys closing the ticket without even checking with the customer, no internet for 72hours. What kind of service ? I dnt understand very very ugly.

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection is not working. I checked the junction box and it is switched off. I got my Act connection July 12th 2021 and this is the 3rd time in a month that internet is not working. I have raised a ticket in the app SR10360644934902.
