    Sorry to say that @ACTFibernet has one of the WORST customer care teams in India. @airtelindia seems much better than them. If there are no issues, it’ll be be smooth sailing. Once there is an issue, only God knows when it’ll be resolved!! Such a bunch of idiots!

    @ACTFibernet Purchased ACT via Abdul Wakeel in April. Installation delayed 15 days by Nikhil. No TV setup or phone demo given. Now internet's been down 10 days—Ramesh closed ticket without fixing. Worst service ever. Shifted from Airtel,regret it. Need help in Mokila.7396897777
