    @ACTFibernet Your technicians visited but only lifted the ACT cable, ignoring the restoration of my service cable 'GI wire' that snapped because of its weight. This reflects a very careless attitude. Isn’t it their responsibility to fix it?

    @ACTFibernet Since there is no clear resolution date and wage/generic status of ticket. A daily sms that this is a city wide outage is not helpful at all. We have applied to cancel our subscription with ActFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet Such a pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. I have been using their service and have opted for plan upgrade for which u have made upfront payment for 3 months. Ever since o made payment no one attended the call to resolve.

    @ACTFibernet How soon is the earliest… you dont stop sending bill due triggers but delay the actual issue.. i spoke to your rep she raised another ticket , not sure why SR10176980180168… is this ever going to resolve @jagograhakjago

    No resolution to our internet problems @ACTFibernet SR10176805559792 which has been dead since 25 Aug. Yet you have sent a bill for the whole of August. I have requested already to revise the bill for days of no service and deduct pro rata for the days of no internet.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service. Internet is not working since 2 days and none of the technicians or customer service picking even the call in Bachupally in Hyderabad. No response on assigned ticket. Wondering how to complaint on legal forums. Someone help
