    @ACTFibernet Applied for new connection setup. A/C No: 102634425737. Payment and doc verification was completed on 11th Nov. Still there is no response from the technical team regarding connection setup. Constantly in touch with customer care still, there is no promising action.

    @ACTFibernet My internet goes off with power. When I raise tickets for this, they tell me that they'll close ticket but work on it later but after closing the ticket, they never respond. If this continues,I've no option other than switching to @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet the link is down since 24 hrs and reply we get is “it will be up in 24 hrs’ . Link going down very frequently effecting the studies is children. Pls look into the matter asap. This is the msg I got “Your ticket SR11063483214124 is tentatively expected to be resolved

    @ACTFibernet Can you get technical about the new smart fiber? The site you are providing is not helping how my quality has increased. Are you telling it was slow before smart fiber? How slow was it and how did it improve. Please answer in metric system otherwise it was just hype.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for your response. I have got no calls from your team nor the problem is sorted. I made a desperate call to hear again that the problem will be sorted by EOD, which I have been hearing for past three days. It has been 62 hours since the complaint was raised.

    @ACTFibernet Your service is getting pathetic. In the last four weeks, broadband has been down 3-4 times; at this rate, I think I will be forced to look at alternatives as work cannot go on without Broadband in these times.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Act, my internet was down for past 4 days, raised complain but still no positive sign of fixing. I really fed up following up on this . Please look into this .
