@DoT_India please help me. I have been fighting with @ACTFibernet for 6 days now to restore my wifi which goes off in each rain. They don't answer my complaints, send no assistance. I have paid for an annual package and have already faced an outtage for 6 days.

@ACTFibernet I have created a new ticket today SR10264628485734. Take it on priority and resolve my issue. We are doing office work from home and these people are literally harassing us. Had to create multiple tickets and they are closing with out resolution

@ACTFibernet I referred my cousin for the first time n when I track status for referral now shows repeat customer. When I cross checked he said someone from ACT called n said him tht they ll process appln from here only and No need to Fill in App. Wow. Referral amt saved. Cheap!
