  @actfibernet it's been over 2 weeks since I paid to upgrade my plan to a mesh based plan. Repeated delays poor network connectivity and false promises. Complaint no.SR10281389697064 At this time I don't even know for what service I have paid.

  @Actfibernet from past 24 hrs my wifi is not working I had a complaint in customer care and they said It will process as soon As possible my complaint number is : SR10181407555464. Req. You kindly restore my wifi connection asap. every month I am facing disconnection problem.

  I lodged a complaint for the non working of ACT WiFi at my residence in Chennai on 23 July. The service engineer checked the instrument and suggested that the router needs replacement. It's more than a week now and the router has still not been replaced. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACT_Issues I've already paid the full amount, and there's no refund option. The only reason I'm still stuck with ACT is because your refund policy leaves customers with no real choice. This is extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on your customer experience.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet i have logged a formal complaint with National consumer helpline. The Grievance no is 9881413. Good luck explaining your failure to the government.
