    @ACTFibernet it's been two weeks since I raised a ticket to degrade my plan, but the issue has not been resolved and you have suspended the connection, fair it is? If you couldn't resolve one small issue, then how can you fix it if any major issue comes across?

    @ACTFibernet 2 days ago had some issues with port forwarding, called 10 ACT engineers, none of them had the knowledge or the decency to help me, customer care asks for mobile verification but registered mobile number if not functional currently, worst experience ever.

    @ACTFibernet My act fibernet is very slow. It doesn't work many times in a week. Very bad maintenence service. Every days it gets disconnected few times. Fed up. No action is taken.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Undisclosed hidden charges imposed and account suspended in first week whereas prepaid for 6 months in advance. Sales guy is ignoring calls. Support team can't help too.

    @ACTFibernet so you take my details and close my ticket without any resolution. That’s great why don’t I go ahead and disconnect my connection and switch to airtel or hathway. Seems like they are more inclined towards Customer service than you people are.

    @ACTFibernet my mobile data is far more reliable than your broadband. It's like purchasing a DSLR camera but having to depend on mobile camera for want to quality. Trusting ACT is my bad.
