I’m disgusted with such kind of service from @ACTFibernet, and would never recommend it. It’s okay if the connection is not possible, but taking someone’s hard-earned money & not even giving an update is the worst customer service.

@ACTFibernet Yes resolved, but please don't put customers into this much trouble. Hope ACT will come back on the service part. Till now no one can give your speed and service in Chennai,you guys are costly but that doesn't matter here. Please continue the good service like earlier. Thank you!

@ACTFibernet Very poor network service and customer support is very very poor. Now I am calling to raise the request for disconnect and refund what I paid in advance. The agent said we don't refund any amount we already mentioned in our terms and conditions.

@ACTFibernet Get your lazy site engineers moving asap ! Arranging a callback is not a solution. Open the ticket, find the location, send someone asap. Whole apartment is affected. Over 20 households don't have the service. Office people, students are impacted. #actfibernet #Bangalore #ISP
