@ACTFibernet My connection got disconnected and the customer care person I spoke is very rude . He even does not have patience to hear what the customer has to say . Pathetic support .

@JioCare karuna thanks for reply, issue is jio engineers are not able to get the cable inside flat with the duct which available from the builder #VGNMinerva chennai & @ACTFibernet hv given connection through it, my neighbour has but not me, you are not able to connect the last end.

@ACTFibernet Thier service is the worst, and their salesman is a liar. They claim to have a connection in our apartment when we book, but after payment, the technician says there is no connection in our building and the salesman no longer answers the phone. FRAUDSTER
