@ACTFibernet That's good but why do you promise a resolution time which you cannot adhere to? This is not the first time. Everytime you fail to resolve the issue in the given time you promise. That's not done.

@ACTFibernet the worst ever service provider in Hyderabad....its a hectic and worst process every 6 months for renewing. Need to wait morethan 30 mins to speak to cust care agent who are unfit to serve... Service Request will be closed without resolution

@ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10153662285562 is expected to be resolved by 3/13/2021 12:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY) T&C apply. 3rd consecutive issue in last 4 weeks, no one reached out yet to address it. All due to multiple joints.

@ACTFibernet what's your problem? I have disconnected your service since May 2020. Wtf are you calling me from 1800 number with IVR? Should i contact TRAI? If i receive one more call tomorrow, i will take this matter to the TRAI & telecom ministry. You F**king annoying..
