    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD One of the worst customer service in Hyderabad location. Agent transferred me to supervisor thrice but no one responded and I just stayed on call for 40 mins but no one attended. Pathetic service

    Please avoid taking a connection with ACT Fibernet in Coimbatore. Their customer service is extremely poor. Despite multiple requests and follow-ups to disconnect my connection as I’m shifting to a new city, they have not taken any action. @ACTFibernet #india #actfiber #consumer

    @ACTFibernet internet is down in a Aparna community in Hyderabad Nallagandla and has not been rectified for over two hours , the other vendor in community #Pioneer is working well , don't be surprised if hundreds of connections are disconnected in the next month because they will move to the other vendor to have stable connection

    @ACTFibernet Without visiting the site technincian has given his own statement stating in spr not possible to get coverage in 4 bhk then why service request number was provided when he don't want to visit the site and explain. He himself has given his statement and has told sales person

    @ACTFibernet Took a 3-month OTT plan on 23rd July in Guntur. No OTT apps activated till now despite repeated complaints. Account No: 109763775979 Either activate or refund. Pathetic service. Avoid ACT’s OTT plans. #ACTFibernet
