    @ACTFibernet - Internet has been down for more than a week. Absolutely no response from your customer care. Nor your Twitter DMs. Ticket ID SR10349004509702 How long until you restore the connection? We have the next rain forecast for Chennai already!! Get your ACT together!!!!!

    @ACTFibernet you have closed one ticket, I have raised another ticket. It is also closed now. your ticket is being closed. Request you to restart your devices (PC/Laptop/Router) in case the issue in UNADDRESSED / UNRESOLVED, you can escalate it to us, by just forwarding this SMS to 8008250000

    @ACTFibernet My broadband service down due to non port availability in my apartment. Can you please help me on this? Raised three tickets as of now but no use. There is no @reliancejio or @Airtel_Presence services in our flats and only relying on your services
