    @ACTFibernet Your ETR says 1pm tomorrow. We have work to do online. Will you reimburse for the damages or extend our validity for 24 hrs + outage ? This is not acceptable. In Bangalore you need 1 full day to resolve issues.

    @ACTFibernet speed is very low. Buffering and interrupting. I doubt if the service is as per the plan.

    @ACTFibernet U really don't care. Do i need 2 be ur customer u 4 u to worry about lives of ur others customers. It's a public electric pole which u r using 2 hang cables & save some metres of it by criss crossing cables across the road Have some humanity and remove the jungle of wire

    @ACTFibernet SR10180476603804 No internet for over 48 hours. Your team keeps changing the resolution time and making false commitments. We contacted the technician yesterday. He finally called and said he was at another site and would reach within an hour.

    @ACTFibernet Why are act services being weird from a couple of days? Internet is getting on and off every 5 minutes without any reason and Customer service has no clue what's going on. Not just for me but many users. What going on??
