@ACTFibernet No power means no ACT internet. Please help to solve this dependency else we will have more internet outage in chennai in the coming weeks. this is the 2nd outage due to power issues. thanks.

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 If a customer fail to pay the monthly bill you guys will charge penalties, but here ACT it self failed to give new connection in the agreed time then ACT need to pay penalty to customer because you took payment from the customer even before providing the connection

@JioCare Why the hell do you need 4days to fix this? And who will pay for the loss of my time and money?? Never faced any issue till date with @ACTFibernet they fix issues in a day or two. And you guys already took 4 days and still not sure what is happening?@JioCare #woratexperience

@ACTFibernet It's still Suspended , money has been paid 24 hrs before , customer service also confirmed it's paid , don't know what is stopping you to reactivate it.
