There's no internet again for 2 days and as usual ACT phone lines remain busy for who knows what reason. There's never an option to connect with a live person ever. Why do we pay you? @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Thank you for your response. However, I’ve decided to discontinue my ACT connection at the end of this month. This decision comes after experiencing repeated issues, delayed resolutions, and the most disappointing customer service I’ve ever encountered.

@ACTFibernet @JioCare @HathwayBrdband unfortunate jokers are in hathway customer care and Technicians. I am calling technicians since morning but not one attending calls. Act fiber subscribers got their network I don't know why hathway is not responding.

@ACTFibernet / @ACTFibernetHYD its been more than 10 days and still issue not resolved, support not responding, don't see if Act can fix this issue anytime soon, totally disappointed & frustrated, for sure will not continue with Act anymore and also have raised disconnection.

@ACTFibernet it's been 2 months I think I took your service and facing back to back problems since the installation I raised a ticket to shift my connection it's been 4days and there is no progress yet Try to resolve my issue asap
