    @ACTFibernet @TRAI please note this violation of customer promise by @ACTFibernet where they haven't done the installation after taking full advance payment and harassing customer by not fulfilling their promise to install within 24 hours of the payment.

    @ACTFibernet Hi yes, it has been fixed after 96 hours of waiting, 8 calls to customer care, 10 email exchanges with the nodal office, 4 email exchanges with your customer care, one complaint to NCH, one complaint to CPGRAMS and this tweet.

    Switched my ACT Broadband plan from Advance Rental to Monthly Rental, and my promised 300 Mbps has dropped to just 90 Mbps. After 7 support calls, the issue is still unresolved—and calls keep getting disconnected mid-conversation. @ACTFibernet Please resolve this immediately.

    No internet for 2 days & multiple tickets ignored. The promised resolution time has passed, which is completely unacceptable since my entire work is online.
