@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD One of the most unique and sad customer service experiences ever. Customer service rep not speaking a word, waiting for me to hang up as he id'd my calling number, not once but thrice 🥲. Wierd that they have only 1 person manning late hours.

@ACTFibernet In a month how many time your net go down. In a month around 15 to 20 time net is stop working and every time, I raise the tickets it take 24 hours to get fix. what is the use of paying fee to your Board band just to waste my money.
