    @ACTFibernet Its still not resolved and I haven’t received any call from Supervisor its been more than 4hrs. How much more time do you guys need to fix my issue?

    @ACTFibernet If you’re giving 24hrs to resolve it then how do I work ? You add delayed fees if payment is delayed by a day now how you gonna compensate customer for no internet for 2 working days ?

    @ACTFibernet Refund got credited today. Been a ACT customer for the last 4 years, thanks for the services, Btw I had to make a disconnection request only because of delay and miscommunication caused by local ACT team for relocation of router within the building.
