    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT, I am working from home for a software company I paid all my bill well before due date. If I didn't get my connection up in next 24 to 48 hrs (Before Dec 16th). Sincerely I could'nt accept this inconvenience and I will demand reimbursement – (Soon to be Ex-Customer)

    @ACTFibernet more than 3 days !! Same thing you guys are tweeting for last 3 days? 48 hours. Are you out of your mind, if you give the status of exact issue on what is happening it will make sense, status updates in the tickets are useless simply ETR is extending. #Network #ACT

    @ACTFibernet At thiruvanmiyur, Internet outage due to monsoon on Saturday- but still not getting internet, receiving expected longer time sms daily eve,5 days over by today. worst service never faced.i think next monsoon ll come first b4 ACT internet.🤔

    @ACTFibernet My ACT Fibernet internet connection is out for the past three days due to cable cut. I have raised a complaint and have called the customer care multiple times, but the issue is not fixed as of now, eventhough the estimated date for the fix has long passed.

    @ACTFibernet @Tommy47837144 SR10366589026304 Network strength is poor and often v r facing the same. It's really horrible to register complaint once in 2 weeks. Fix it, else help us to get disconnected so that we can switch to other networks.

    @ACTFibernet how can your call centre guy can disconnect the call for selecting language Kannada. Don't be so rude with customer. Your mobile app is too heavy in size and very much not user friendly.
