    As usual @ACTFibernet sends continuous messages to get internet for 3 months with only 1 month pay..but when we ask for it..they said they don't have any offer and they send inflated bill first to pay but never provide service even after 10 follow ups..shame on you @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I was complaining for last 10 days and nobody addressed my issue. They simply closed it without contacting me. I was promised 100₹ per month for installation of box. And now they are only deducting 50₹ for past 6 months. What about upcoming 6 months? This is unfair

    Service of @ACTFibernet getting worst day by day. Even their customer care people are talking rudely and not answering the exact query. There was an time when @ACTFibernet was more trusted and customer friendly ISP in Bangalore. Time to change the service provider.

    @ACTFibernet still I have not received the payment. My husband has again made a request for new comnection. A call back promise was made but its 72 hours we have not received any call back for a re-connection. The service provider should value customers and not harrash them

    @ACTFibernet in the last 7 months I have had terrible connectivity problems. Innumerable complaints and any number of so-called tech support visiting me have come up with zero solutions. I have to reboot my router multiple times a day to get the Net. And these guys are supposed..
