Raised shifting request on 30 Apr, promised resolution by 2 May, but still no action and no proper response from the support team. Evry day a new excuse, but no accountability. This kind of service is unacceptable for working professionals

All that you are doing is; putting up standard blurbs - not focusing on the resolution or customer pain. It’s been more than 3-4 weeks and you folks are not able to do a basic job!

It’s just mentality of Indian service providers.. they will take full amount but can’t provide service .. they take power from your home n provide connection to others .. there will be around 10-20 connections from each box ..
