    @Airtel_Presence Raised request 11013610135 for issue with broadband, received call from engineer and promised a visit but no one has visited so far. Pathetic service, surely will move to @ACTFibernet once the advance payment is adjusted.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team - Ticket ID - SR10376094493993 - raised regarding Bill amount issue - I used 2 get 1237rs bill every month, tis month I got 1298rs amount. I need 2 know why, so I raised ticket and received a call, but the call was cut as soon as I said Hello and ticket (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet useless service I am fed with your services that you offer your customers. Really annoying. Kindly look into my SRN SR11876047386944 no one is resolving this. It's just open and already passed away the maximum time of resolution... What does a customer do now?????

    @ACTFibernet And are you no ashamed the customer contact executive multiple times via call, via mails and also via twitter. And you are still not doing single work Who will refund my money If a customer didn't pay the bill u will penalize them now u should taste your own medicine for this
