@ACTFibernet I had raised a complaint about my wifi not working on 17th morning and I was told that by 3:30 pm my issue would be resolved. After repeated calls to the call center you'll kept pushing the resolution time and finally the issue was not fixed till the end of the day.

@ACTFibernet Your service is terrible and has caused me so much trouble considering I am working from home. I am entitled to a full refund of 2 days as I practically had no WIFI connectivity for 2 whole days.

Hey @ACTFibernet your internet is down in one half of our apartment and this is the 5th day for us without internet and no one has even come to visit or call us. We’ve been raising multiple complaints but nothing has happened. Hadn’t expected this level of laxity from you guys!

@ACTFibernet Why the internet stopped working on every alternative day.. Why u guys don't give a permanent fix.. Why customer has to report about internet everytime.. Thats why India is not progressing because people are busy in raising concern to the companies.
