    @ACTFibernet Do u guys even care for ur customers. Worst network probably in Chennai. Only concerned on charging your customers & providing zero accountability. How long do u expect us to be without internet connectivity

    @ACTFibernet suddenly Wi-Fi is not working, I have restarted the modem several times. You are charging for uninterrupted service, will you reduce the amount for the interruption!

    @ACTFibernet Guys don't use act fiber I was placed shifting compliant on 20th November 11 days completed still my compliant did solved worst Act service even i'm informing to call center They also Taking Lite today 2nd December still they are not informing about shifting details

    @ACTFibernet it’s so difficult to even put a complaint on your app as ACT connection doesn’t work! ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR11063611905894 has been registered. Our team will ensure fastest resolution.. I have 2 connections haven’t been working well at all

    @ACTFibernet called twice to your customer Care. Not able to solve my billing problem. Installation money + charges paid for 3 months. Bill came this month. Not even 3 months completed. Installation date 07-09-2021. Plz help
