    @ACTFibernet great effort to resolve the issue... now again no internet.. great thing is last time issue was not resolved by you.. my neighbour checked the issue and resolved it. Till now no technician from your side attended.. but his effort not last long. Great support from you

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service from you guys. The least you guys could do is to answer the call or atleast reply to messages. After receiving the payment for installation of broadband the lack luster follow up is staggering and making me regret already of the choice i have made.

    What a shame on your technical team. Issue raised 4 days back and no turn out till now, even after contacting customer support and twitter so many times.. now I don't have any other option.. I have to move to consumer forum to resolve the issue.. thank you @ACTFibernet for such
