    @ACTFibernet What's the point of even asking for your customer's preference for relocation date in relocation form when you are going to decide the relocation date by yourself, not understanding the customer's situation? Your feedback form is not working either.

    @JioCare I don't know what you are working on. Appointment gets rescheduled automatically everyday and the line to connect with engineer disconnects without ringing. Used @ACTFibernet for 12 years but never had this much issue

    @ACTFibernet Your Service request SR10179750318014 is expected to be resolved by 14-Apr between 07:30 to 09:00AM NO CALL, NO RESOLUTION YET. IF UNABLE TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER, PLEASE DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE AND REFUND THE AMOUNT.

    @ACTFibernet I don't understand what's wrong with your service, even making payments on time before due dates my account suspended and no Internet access now,raised a complained with ticket # SR10179755003824 no use of it. Regretting of choosing your services

    @ACTFibernet What's the point of your customer executive informing me that the technician will come today, and the technician confirming the same but not turning up? Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional behaviour.

    @ACTFibernet it has been 20 days my issue is not resolved. My router has been picked up but the refund for security not initiated. I have contacted customer support multiple times
