  @ACTFibernet Your app is a joke and your chat link is a joke it never connects to an agent just waste time by waiting in the queue via phone and gets silly answers working someone will call in 2hrs etc… all lies nothing else

  @Silent_Roads @ACTFibernet Phone allow calls without network too.. if properly call facility recharge available in phone.

  @ACTFibernet Your team was not prepared to add the new connection. Instead, they were rude and asked me to wait until it was convenient for them. They also stated that they were not concerned about the ETA. This is not an acceptable approach. SR10381504165754

  @ACTFibernet Ypu did nothing. Had it been highlighted to the engineers, the issue would have been fixed by now as the problem is only at my place not at nearby area. My problem is you did not do anything on this ticket

  @ACTFibernet live in a community of 300 houses and majority of them use ACT here. Even with a power backup in each house, when there is a power cut, the internet drops for about 5 mins and get restored, the same happens when the power is restored. Can someone help? Don't think your control power backup works properly.

  @ACTFibernet And inform that supervisor is busy and will call me after 1 hour. Which of course never happened, no one ever calls back from ACT!
