    @ACTFibernet Don't know about that but it's still not working and there is no human interface I can report this to. No call received either to tell what happened.

    @ACTFibernet your technician Sreedhar had committed to resolve the problem permanently by 7th June. But still no action taken. Problem is still repeating. Do you want me to shift my connection to a different ISP like Airtel or Reliance ?

    Hi there @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC I'm getting dissatisfied by your service your technician of Amjad Daulah Bagh area is not giving services properly i have to study for degree exams but the internet is gone none of your technician is helping me with fixing issue

    @ACTFibernet No priority seen in addressing the issue. Still no sight of a any kind of alternate solution. Had to call Customer care 5 times and wait for 15 minutes to speak to your executive who disconnects the call unprofessionally when I ask him to connect to a supervisor.

    @ACTFibernet Why you guys always close the ticket without resolving it. There is so much lag and ping spike issue whenever I play game. I changed my internet connection to @ACTFibernet just to play game peacefully please don't make me regret it. Kindly look into this.
