    @ACTFibernet Net is not working from past 3 days. No action was taken from 2 days, they were giving reasons repeatedly but today there engineer called and asked for location then he also didn’t turn up. In pandemic you are hurting ppls jobs who are working frm home worst service

    In the era of technical advancement b @ACTFibernet is still far behind in it's service. It takes ages to fix a problem. @ACTFibernet should I change my ISP if you can't fix the problem?

    @ACTFibernet Manager of Act Service provider Hyderabad I am sending this message , after suffering for very long ....ACT fibre net is worst service provider which is not only highly overrated but expensive and with poor services and virtually no response mechanism.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, this is just a reminder that this issue remains unresolved. Here's a lowdown of all that transpired since I posted this tweet: Your service personnel came home and informed us that they were using somebody else's home to fit a junction box that gives us with internet. (contd)

    @ACTFibernet Firstly, I fail to understand why you guys rely on somebody else's private property and electricity to run your infrastructure. Many of your competitors use poles fitted with waterproof junction boxes that don't rely on anybody else's personal property. (contd)

    @ACTFibernet When we made it clear that what we have is all that they could use, they left without resolving the issue. We remain without internet for 3 days and counting. We haven't heard from your team. As customers, are we supposed to find solutions for your limitations? (contd)

    @ACTFibernet Yes, it seems that issue is fixed for now. However, from last few months I am facing connectivity issue every now and then which I never expected from you. Hope you have fixed the issue permanently.
