    @ACTFibernet Yesterday evening your customer service executive Santosh assured to send a technician within an hour. It’s been more than 18 hours and your technician hasn’t shown up. Internet isn’t working of course. Why don’t you return my money and let me get out?

    @ACTFibernet I've tried calling the customer care, I was told that they'll get this done by that day everytime I call them, No one showed up. However, now they stopped answering my calls. This is definitely not what I expect after paying 4k. What is this behaviour of ignorance?

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet hugly disappointed with your billing systems. I have a junction box from where you gave a new connection to customer which are not updated in your records, when I reach your call center she is asking me to check with technician and God knows tech no

    @ACTFibernet has to be the worst internet provider ever. Been over a week and multiple calls and escalations, even now they can't change a router and call back after the escalations. Terrible service and getting rid of them tomorrow.
