  And I am without internet. My order ID is NO000181661E , I request Jio to stop giving false promises each day and process the refund. I can see other good internet service providers like @ACTFibernet are giving same day installation and are not treating customers so badly.

  @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10176805559792 is still unresolved since 25 Aug to date. Yet you send a bill for the full month. Request you to revise the bill by reducing the amount pro rata for the number of days you have not provided internet service.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD One more silly thing is they have given me a contact of a left employee for service support. When I contacted him, he said he left ACT 1year before. Such is the ACT service.

  @ACTFibernet, @ACTfibernet_ chat bot is a sham and so are your customer care executives. My request for temporary disconnection falls on deaf ears and at the same time a request for a new connection is accepted promptly. What are you, another THUG in the field ??
