    @ACTFibernet Shared the details via DM. But, my question remains unanswered, do you compensate for lack of timely service? If customer doesn't pay bill before due, then service is cut or penalty may be levied, but if provider is at fault then why not compensate? @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service! In Hyderabad Act network drops consistently throughout the day, also there is downtime of almost 2 hours from past 1 mth between 3-5 pm. Idk ACT have a Customer care when solution to every problem is We'll get back in 24h.

    @ACTFibernet ticket SR10364041385004 has been raised for network issue. This is the 2nd time I am raising ticket regarding the internet interruption in the past < a week time. Earlier there was no network for almost 3 days and again now today.

    @veggiediplomat @ACTFibernet I am also facing the same problem. When I talk to customer service executive they say we will get back to you in 24 hrs.

    @veggiediplomat @ACTFibernet This is the exact reason I deactivated my @ACTFibernet couple of years ago after having used their service for nearly a decade. As the company gets bigger individual customers matter less.

    @ACTFibernet I'm definitely not having a good time with you. In a span of 6 months, I'm facing multiple billing issues. If the core billing system is rubbish, how can we expect better services from you. Why are you charging 6 months fee in advance without our consent? #Actcorp
