    @ACTFibernet After the series of complaints no engineer came and resolved. Last three days we don’t have internet connection. Such a worse Customer service and arrogant engineering team. Finally I am closing my act fibre connection. Please don’t rely on sales team of act fibre. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet After 4 days of no action on SR10180936078194, I have switched to Airtel. Demanding full refund of ₹3,878.92 (₹700 shift + ₹3,178.92 prepaid plan) within 48 hours. Service not delivered despite payment = deficiency of service. Next step: @DoT_India complaint.

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct It's been over a week since I’ve been trying to register a complaint to cancel my subscription as I’m moving to a new location where ACT Fibernet is not available. I still have around 2 months left in my current plan. Kindly refund the proportionate amount along with my remaining cashback balance at the earliest. Requesting your urgent support.     @JioCare had a pathetic experience on your toll free number. 3 calls in last 2 weeks and the issue is unresolved. After explaining your executive says connection to next level and the next level never picks up and call gets disconnected. Today after another similar experience wrote and email with all details. Hoping to see it gets resolved or have to part ways to @Airtel_Services or @ACTFibernet for your unethical practices and bad customer servcice.
