    @ACTFibernet Ticket #SR10180772403854 has been pending since yesterday. I am working from home, and this issue is severely impacting my work. This is the 3rd internet outage in the last 4 days, and there has been no internet connectivity for the past 2 days. required help.

    "Absolute fraud by @ACTFibernet! Your team has marked both my tickets as 'Issue Resolved' on the app without even configuring my router or visiting my house.     @ACTFibernet Why do I have to make over 10 calls and wait for hours on call to get a Wifi installed (despite after making a payment)? Absolutely terrible service No one from backend or escalations team even calling back after several escalations!

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Facing frequent internet outages with ACT Fibernet yet again. I've raised another ticket, but this has become a recurring problem. Other ISPs in my apartment are working fine, while ACT users continue to face repeated disruptions. Very pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Refund got credited today. Been a ACT customer for the last 4 years, thanks for the services, Btw I had to make a disconnection request only because of delay and miscommunication caused by local ACT team for relocation of router within the building.

    @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.     @ACTFibernet We are fed up with your Wi-Fi service; frequent connection outages have become the norm, and we are suffering losses every day because of this. If you cannot provide proper service, why don't you just shut down your company?

    @airtelindia Broadband is nagpur Laxmi nagar area is down from 2 days, getting same reply from customer care every day "we are sorry for the inconvenience" i already opted for @ACTFibernet on my HYD address, because of bad service, do I need to change service in nagpur also ?

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a request to shift my wifi box to our newly constructed building but none of your tenchinicans seem to bother to come. My previous SR was also closed promising me that they would shift the box. I have raised an SR again - SR10180632693894 Kindly Help
