I’m extremely frustrated with having to repeatedly deal with outages and being redirected to an ineffective chatbot. Could someone look into this urgently and provide a permanent resolution? I have taken the mesh router and pay way high for it. And your customer service is so bad. Can't even get in touch with your Customer service team. #bangalore

Raised request but kept on changing ETA, now i have disconnected connection but haven’t received any refund communication
