    @ACTFibernet is what u can describe as the bottom of service providers. Zero service, slow and pathetic connection. Their own app hangs on every usage.. seriously sad.. they have been telling me for the last one month will fix things. Tumhare bas ki nahi he. Refund chahiye

    @ACTFibernet Hi, last month act connection was installed in hyd. Paid 1314 rupees and Paid 1999 rupees for the router. Bt 2 days later I had to come to my home town. I want to cancel my connection. Pls do the needful and refund the amount.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @balamalladi even after constant msgs and calls and sharing my number no resolution was made. There has been false and fraudulent assurances as to issue will be resolved by 7 none was done. Now inspite of my business loss today there is no guarantee of resolving.

    @ACTFibernet I have to downgrade my plan but I don't even see an option anywhere and you customer service is serious useless .Chatbots are not providing enough info and your call centres don't even pick calls.

    @ACTFibernet No internet for 3rd day. 2 requests raised, 2 calls received confirming that a technical engineer would look into the issue, same issue, same calls, same confirmation but no resolution. Money just wasted, worse than diaper service. STUPIDITY at the best level.
