NARENDRA (@narenn86) reported@ACTFibernet Your ETR says 1pm tomorrow. We have work to do online. Will you reimburse for the damages or extend our validity for 24 hrs + outage ? This is not acceptable. In Bangalore you need 1 full day to resolve issues.
