In the last one week, the same service request has been reopened three times because the issue has never been permanently resolved. Each time I was informed that the problem was fixed, but the issue reappeared shortly afterward. Pathetic !

Gopal Iyengar (@gopiye) reportedI lodged a complaint for the non working of ACT WiFi at my residence in Chennai on 23 July. The service engineer checked the instrument and suggested that the router needs replacement. It's more than a week now and the router has still not been replaced. @ACTFibernet

Pay 6 months in advance and this is the result. Moving to a different service provider is the best possible option.
