  @ACTFibernet Your ground team came at 8:30 at night, said that they couldn't even find where this break was and that it would be easier to search at night. Implying that they didn't even bring OTDR metres and relied on VFLs, and of course, still no resolution and we're 84 hours in.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I have called 4 times and wanted a refund. All 4 times they gave mentioned it will be done in 5 business days. But i spoke with someone that it was never initiated. Please check my calls from 3rd July and let me know why it was never initiated?

  @ACTFibernet is the worst broadband provider. I have WFH setup and since yesterday Wi-Fi is not working. While onboarding I was assured of same day resolutions however on ground reality is different. @jagograhakjago

  Are field technicians completely working in night shifts or avoiding work during customer care hours? Why is there no update for 3 days? Why is the service always scheduled after 7 30 PM and customer care hours close at 7 PM @ACTFibernet
