    @ACTFibernet 's support is horrible, frequently breaking and you will get frustrated and tired if you raise a ticket. It's time to consider other service providers.

    @ACTFibernet I just don't understand how to get my account deactivated and stop getting charged. I got a call indicating I need to pay but I'm not using services since Feb 2021.Why should I pay?It was prepaid and I did not use 4 months service.Kindly deactivate. Very bad service
