    @ACTFibernet No doubt the issue is getting resolved but its ruijg my 6-7 hours everytime. Yes the internet works fine after that but why the issue is arrising at first place! Why it's not being taken care of.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet could please send an email about what is the cause for internet disruption and what are the resolution steps taken to not repeat the same in future. This is a very serious issue from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Hello again, As mentioned in ACT app, the issue is supposed to be resolved by now. 26 hours now without internet and looks like one more day without wifi connection. @ACTFibernet @ACTBroadbandIn

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I have requested for cancellation of new application done today morning. Your Customer care guys are either disconnecting the call or not even taking the request. Kindly, treat this as cancellation request & Refund since your CC team is not taking it.

    @ACTFibernet such a pathetic service, it's been two days till the issue hasn't been resolved. It's better to go for other broadband service providers

    @HathwayBrdband to everyone looking for good service and a company that actually cares about customers. Please don’t go for Hathway. I recommend everyone to go for @ACTFibernet Act doesn’t care if it’s postpaid or prepaid account. They give the refund based on remaining days.

    @Sep19Vishal @HathwayBrdband I would recommend @ACTFibernet cause their customer service is much better and they give you refund on the remaining days when you cancel your account. This is from my personal experience.
