@ACTFibernet Need a definite ETR, I am aware of what has happened, please understand I am also being negatively impacted. When would the services be restored? How many more days?? A sorry wont mitigate damage and ACT wont accept my sorry for delayed payments you’d simply disconnect right?

@ACTFibernet internet down from 2 days, cannot contact the field engineer to know more. The customer support call never connects. Being a loyal customer from 8 years time to switch away from ACTFibernet and move to some other better internet service provider. Absolute failure ACT

@ACTFibernet While customers are expected to pay bills on time (along with penalties if delayed), whenever the internet service is down it takes 2–3 days sometime a week for resolution, and no concession is offered.

@ACTFibernet u guys trying to cheat me ? the lady who convinced me for mesh wifi router said its will be single unit worth rs 13000 but today ur service team given me the product TP link archer c5v6 version which is not even worth of 13k
