Even after 24Hrs @ACTFibernet service is not up. If we don't pay bill on time, you don't even for a day to disconnect the service. Please pay penalty as the service is not up in 24Hrs as I need to connect using mobile net.

@ACTFibernet Actually I created an server in my PC,and tried to port forward it to access from various network. I port forwarded using the router,the status shows as Active, but I cannot access my server from various network.&Checked using portchecker site it shows port is closed

@ACTFibernet no wifi from 1 day.. The message from customer service said there is power server down for half an hour.. Just can't believe it's almost 12 hrs and no wifi

@ACTFibernet In 45 days of having ACT fibernet, I've had no internet for 5 days.. check complaint history. Reason - no connectivity in our area Will you give refund for those 5 days?? Also internet has still not come back. Appalling service
