I have mentioned i have urgent works, still there is no escalation of the complaint. I have been using ACT from 2015 and this is not gud at all. Just some days back I paid for a 6 months renewal bill.

Anurag (@anurag_abk) reported@ACTFibernet This is a very poor service from the @ACTFibernet after wasting 12hrs I am told that we will update you in 24hrs. The issue is that they pay 70Rs to someone a month in area to let them use power for the hub. And that guy left home so no power and no wifi to the whole area.
