@ACTFibernet reminds me of cable TV exp. during 90s. Disconnects frequently. bad CUst. Support. It’s been 24 hrs - Opened ticket, complained here, called customer support and their local technician. But no answer except regular recorded message.

@VijayGopal_ @ACTFibernet In my case, I had no internet for almost a month. They're always sending someone to fix it but in reality, they did not. In that period they charged full amount of the bill and refused to pay power bill for their switch which had like 8 or 9 connection.
