Hello @ACTFibernet ... We requested for your services 2 weeks back & paid the charges (1, 944/-) upfront on Feb 8.. At the time of installation, the service was denied due to feasibility issue.. No worries.. We opted for @HathwayBrdband. Now all we need is d money we paid (1/2)

It's been 6 months. First I asked for relocation which didn't happen then I asked for disconnection. There was no due amount when I asked for disconnection. From two weeks I'm getting calls to pay due or restore connection. How bad can you be @ACTFibernet !?

@ACTFibernet after 1 year wanted to come back to Act hoping service improved but service remains pathetic, paid upfront payment for 1 year on Monday till connection not given , and customer is unable give proper date when they are going to complete installation
