    @ACTFibernet Please don't buy ACT. Very very very worst customer service that too in corporate connection that affects Business financially. They Closing the ticket with confirmation from customer multiple times and no visit and no Technical Support. Account No:103012380426

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I have broadband account with ACT fiber net (Account No: 103669182990). For last 2 days my broadband connection is not working. Still it's not resolved and when I contacted customer care they shouting on me and keep quarreling with me.

    @kaapiccino @Truecaller @ACTFibernet There is only a provision to raise complaint on internet disconnection. My issue is about billing. But I couldn't reach out to their customer care. The nos. are not working. App has only faqs, no option to register complaint on billing.

    Hello @ACTFibernet ... We requested for your services 2 weeks back & paid the charges (1, 944/-) upfront on Feb 8.. At the time of installation, the service was denied due to feasibility issue.. No worries.. We opted for @HathwayBrdband. Now all we need is d money we paid (1/2)
