@ACTFibernet Issue has been resolved around 6 PM today. I'm not really sure if a technician actually got to the box and fixed it or it just started working by itself. I'm happy that I got the internet back. Thank you!!!

@ACTFibernet I am unable to use your broadband with a VPN and your online customer care bots are worse than pathetic. Neither is it possible to contact customer care, as the numbers provided don’t exist or don’t event ring.

@ACTFibernet the router provided was not working because of some power failure from last Tuesday. The technical team told some procedure to convert from 6+1 month plan to 6 month+router plan and pay difference amount and I was okay for it and immediately the plan was changed.
