    @ACTFibernet I am unable to use your broadband with a VPN and your online customer care bots are worse than pathetic. Neither is it possible to contact customer care, as the numbers provided don’t exist or don’t event ring.

    @ACTFibernet YOUR SERVICE IS SO DAMN PATHETIC. 3 DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS FROM ACT VISITED US ON SAME DAY BUT WERE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. CUSTOMER CARE HAD A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY FOR ME. I THINK I WILL HAVE TO SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER. WORST SERVICE BY ACT

    @ACTFibernet Issue has been resolved around 6 PM today. I'm not really sure if a technician actually got to the box and fixed it or it just started working by itself. I'm happy that I got the internet back. Thank you!!!

    @ACTFibernet 2 complaints were raised by in the last 1 week due connectivity issues... Im facing same problem most often. Unable to connect to ur cust care even. #worstservice from ur executives. If there is a problem in my area then why don't u fix it?????

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC really worst ever service got from act If i raised a request to move the junction box they literally took 20 days to work on it and since i asked to do so they are punishing me like cutting power from the box since 24hr such a worst act i wont recomend

    @ACTFibernet Absolutely pathetic service. No accountability in the team, no Customercare response. Opted for Gold plan and got silver, it been challenge even to connect to executives.

    Extremely frustrated with @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad! My broadband has been completely down since Friday night. I raised a complaint on Saturday and was repeatedly assured it would be fixed — first within 1-2 hours, then by Sunday 1 PM.

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since Thursday 11 PM. It came back for only a few hours before failing again. My ticket was closed without fixing the issue. I reopened it, but nobody is responding. It's been over 24 hours I expect the promised compensation and permanent fix.

    @ACTFibernet ETA of 21:00 has passed and it’s neither resolved nor any further updates. I’d want the refund or extension in the subscription for the amount of days the issue is resolved. Would you provide the Internet if we delayed the payment by even one day after the last date?
