@ACTFibernet @ActfiberC really worst ever service got from act If i raised a request to move the junction box they literally took 20 days to work on it and since i asked to do so they are punishing me like cutting power from the box since 24hr such a worst act i wont recomend

@ACTFibernet Issue has been resolved around 6 PM today. I'm not really sure if a technician actually got to the box and fixed it or it just started working by itself. I'm happy that I got the internet back. Thank you!!!

@ACTFibernet I have been facing internet issue from yesterday afternoon which is not resolved yet . Technician came at evening and did not resolve the issue. On calling customer care they say internet is working fine in your place it’s backend team who needs to solve .
