    @ACTFibernet Request you to please improve your Customer services. I have been trying to reach through your toll free no. but couldn’t. This is really disappointing. Their is some issue with my invoicing. Looking forward for prompt resolution.

    @MrSyborg @youbroadband Dear Akram, it’s wrong decision of going with YouBroadBand I strongly suggest ACT Fibernet, I have been using in Hyderabad since 6 years and no issues in services and customer service is too good @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet The issue is already solved but with this kind of a flimsy infrastructure I don't think you can meet user needs. I don't see you scaling and competing with Jill. I'm a fan of your service but now I think jio fiber is going to walk all over you.

    @ACTFibernet really fed up of your connection, regular disruption in the service and your customer care is useless, instead of giving a resolution they just keep on repeating the lines they learnt during their induction.

    @ACTFibernet every 10 days the internet goes off and your there is no immediate response. The standard response is they would take 48hours. In current situation where WFH is prevalent, is this good service on your part? Please find ticket no:SR10250902071622.!

    @ACTFibernet and especially now we are working from home. And explaining to my managers why I have internet connectivity issues every month. Seriously considering disconnecting both connection this time and moving away from Act

    @ACTFibernet Speed is perfectly fine right now (1:45pm on Sunday) but will go bad again in evening. Peak hours, your network is not able to handle the number of users you have

    2) Today (10th Jan) Again 2 people from ACT Fibernet has visited my place and they've also left without even fixing the issue.I just want to understand what kind of professional behaviour is this ? And how come you guys have hired such useless people in your company @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, There were already 3 complains registered including my neighbor and every time we were told that our team will come to fix it. That never happened so far , probably time to switch now
