@MrSyborg @youbroadband Dear Akram, it’s wrong decision of going with YouBroadBand I strongly suggest ACT Fibernet, I have been using in Hyderabad since 6 years and no issues in services and customer service is too good @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet your service is like a game of chance, if it works then money paid in advance is justified BUT like I've suffered a great depth for the last year, albeit, having paid for 6 months in advance. Your service is deplorable and inconsistent with ETR average beyond 27+hrs.

@ACTFibernet @haq_minhaj It’s same with ACT as well same level of service.. issue will not get resolved in a day.. you won’t get any updates or calls or follow up.. all you can do is raise a request and wait for a good auspicious time for it to get resolved.. Give a try for Airtel maybe they do better
