@MrSyborg @youbroadband Dear Akram, it’s wrong decision of going with YouBroadBand I strongly suggest ACT Fibernet, I have been using in Hyderabad since 6 years and no issues in services and customer service is too good @ACTFibernet

Pathetic service stay away from ACT internet. I have been suffering for 3 days now. They have no ground crew. As long as you internet is working, it is fine. As soon as something happens on the ground, you are screwed. There is 1 lineman for a whole town.@ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet 2 days since your internet is down at my home. Local area team leader promised it would be done by 12pm yesterday, then kept changing time to 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and so on,and today your team isn't even lifting my calls. Third day that my work is being impacted. Worst.

@ACTFibernet When there is an issue, nobody cared or responded or escalated even after I raised for disconnection in frustration. I struggled for 3 days without connection. Now after local team fixed in leisure, you're pretending as if you got it fixed. Useless service, useless company.
