@MrSyborg @youbroadband Dear Akram, it’s wrong decision of going with YouBroadBand I strongly suggest ACT Fibernet, I have been using in Hyderabad since 6 years and no issues in services and customer service is too good @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Every month a raise a request for internet not working. And since 4pm yesterday My net is down and no technician addressed it. What's wrong I can't guess.! Why should I pay for full month if I don't get internet for full month?

@ACTFibernet I have paid the amount for new connection 5 days back that time your employe told me it will activate in 2 days but wiring not happened yet & I'm not getting any seticfactory answer from coustomer care service also if I don't get connection today I want my money back
