@ACTFibernet Please remove server from my house as I am not using actfiber service, server power is connected to my house, same information give on call center but no action in last three month, please remove in week time else we cut the power connection 1/2

@TRAI @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet withdrew services from Gurgaon on May 18th Operators shouldn't be allowed to deactivate service in the midst of a lockdown leaving customers in lurch and exposing them to the risk of the pandemic as they scurry for a new connection

@ACTFibernet the worst service ever! I've been trying to reach out to regional sales person - Kamlesh Mishra and he did not pick the call. Before I changed my service provider as a potential customer he called us daily for teh payment. Once the payment was made & it was horrible.
