@MrSyborg @youbroadband Dear Akram, it’s wrong decision of going with YouBroadBand I strongly suggest ACT Fibernet, I have been using in Hyderabad since 6 years and no issues in services and customer service is too good @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Request you to please improve your Customer services. I have been trying to reach through your toll free no. but couldn’t. This is really disappointing. Their is some issue with my invoicing. Looking forward for prompt resolution.

@ACTFibernet Very poor customer support from your end. BB co went down by morning around 11 till now issue isn't resolved. ETR is updated as tomo 10 am. If it takes 24 hrs for you to fix an issue, atleast have courtesy of calling and explaining that problem. SR10864061940824

@ACTFibernet And I won't pay for this month rent, cuz , oy got service for 1 day, 1st of February. Why should I pay for 30-31 days and get service for ,27-28 days in a month. Everymonth, some one cut my cable, some issues with machine and son on.
