@MrSyborg @youbroadband Dear Akram, it’s wrong decision of going with YouBroadBand I strongly suggest ACT Fibernet, I have been using in Hyderabad since 6 years and no issues in services and customer service is too good @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Request you to please improve your Customer services. I have been trying to reach through your toll free no. but couldn’t. This is really disappointing. Their is some issue with my invoicing. Looking forward for prompt resolution.

@ACTFibernet how many days it will take to resolve the problem, complaint no : SR11160184887482 was reported on 27th morning but still not addressed. No response & no update. This is not fair business practice.

@ACTFibernet Already paid due , still not resolved. Your customer support calls and says referral is confirmed and will be resolved .I asked for a mail. Now in a mail saying account itself is not with ACT and closing this when I know they are still. #worstsupport

@ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 A/c ID : 110576340304 My internet is down since 12 pm. I was told it would be fixed by 8 pm. When I called after 8 pm I am told that there is some issue with the wires. The same thing happened 1 month ago. Very poor service. Need this fixed asap!!

@ACTFibernet "Service request for this issue is already raised with reference number SR10160271502682. Our team is looking into it and will get back to you shortly". Yesterday I raised this complaint and they told it's a connection box issue I told them I need to my internet.

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Irritating service, most of times service goes down or speeed. Irresponsible behavior from on field workers, they don't understand and acknowledge customer inconvenience during this pandemic time since most of us working from home. I will wait for sometime, will switch otherwise.
