    @ACTFibernet Request you to please improve your Customer services. I have been trying to reach through your toll free no. but couldn’t. This is really disappointing. Their is some issue with my invoicing. Looking forward for prompt resolution.

    @MrSyborg @youbroadband Dear Akram, it’s wrong decision of going with YouBroadBand I strongly suggest ACT Fibernet, I have been using in Hyderabad since 6 years and no issues in services and customer service is too good @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Please deactivate the connection & refund the money asap I applaud ACT's decision to withdraw services in the midst of a lockdown, making me run around for a new connection, having technicians at my place for a new connection The best parting gift to a loyal customer Thanx

    @ACTFibernet Ask them to get power backup at junction that is it. What is taking time and they are simply closing tickets like its a play. Its a problem ticket it should be closed when it is resolved. Not a toy.

    @ACTFibernet @RamyaRajagopal You took 3 days to resolve my issue. A legal action can be taken against you in consumer court for the loss you're causing due to negligence for people working from home.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet no it is not resolved. Again they closed the ticket without resolving it. Its pathetic service from your local technical team here. They comment on ticket building where junction is fixed that building was not having power that is the reason customer didn't get net.
