    @MrSyborg @youbroadband Dear Akram, it’s wrong decision of going with YouBroadBand I strongly suggest ACT Fibernet, I have been using in Hyderabad since 6 years and no issues in services and customer service is too good @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I was told that the issue will be fixed within 1–2 hrs, but it’s already been 7.5+ hours and still no internet. No one has contacted me since the complaint. This delay is unacceptable. How much longer do I need to wait? My work is badly affected.

    @actfibernet This month alone, we’ve had 2 days without internet & it’s down again since yesterday! We work from home, do you realise the impact? Earlier issues were fixed in hours, now it takes a full day. Is 24 hrs your new standard? If so, we may have to look for alternatives

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD failed to shift my connection to my new location, so I discontinued and paid all dues. Yet, a few days later, I was billed for a fake “shifting charges” which was never shifted. I have been following up for 20 days, still not resolved. #ACTFibernet
