@ACTFibernet Request you to please improve your Customer services. I have been trying to reach through your toll free no. but couldn’t. This is really disappointing. Their is some issue with my invoicing. Looking forward for prompt resolution.

@MrSyborg @youbroadband Dear Akram, it’s wrong decision of going with YouBroadBand I strongly suggest ACT Fibernet, I have been using in Hyderabad since 6 years and no issues in services and customer service is too good @ACTFibernet

@airtelindia having common issue of frequent disconnections over period of a day, it happen 4-5 days in a month, feedback from consumers of @ACTFibernet in apartment, did not see this issue, few Airtel-customers of my apartment already moved to @ACTFibernet. Any solution?

@ACTFibernet Service technicians at this locations are closing the service requests without a solid resolution keeping issues repeating. I request you to peak into this issue and do the needful. Reliable ISPs like yours cant go worst because of a particular service team. 2/2

Hey @ACTFibernet. I have 2 different connections which are used by 2 different ppl to work from home, and both aren’t working since yesterday. Was given an ETA of 12pm today, but still no resolution, and CS has no clue what’s happening. Ticket number: SR10164307455634

@ACTFibernet since a week, your customer care unable to give resolution for extra charges which I got. They have no clue about it and just forcefully closed the ticket while reopening the same they asked to close it and talk to CC. Please look! feel irritated.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet are you least bothered about your customer? The major outage doesn't take more than 5 hours and fixing small issue how long will you take? This is the reason people switch to other providers.
