@MrSyborg @youbroadband Dear Akram, it’s wrong decision of going with YouBroadBand I strongly suggest ACT Fibernet, I have been using in Hyderabad since 6 years and no issues in services and customer service is too good @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I have never faced this disgusting and pathetic service, I had booked the new connection and few tech people came and said they can't give service and 1268 amount will be refunded. I have been calling everyday to customer care, they are very rude and asking to wait.

@ACTFibernet Dear Act Fibernet, on 23Aug i have raised 2 complaints . Internet issue, Slow speed, no one communicated with and closes the complaint. On 26th August again i have raised complaint, said issue will complete in 24hours. It's been 3days no one came to my office.
