@TRAI @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet withdrew services from Gurgaon on May 18th Operators shouldn't be allowed to deactivate service in the midst of a lockdown leaving customers in lurch and exposing them to the risk of the pandemic as they scurry for a new connection

@MrSyborg @youbroadband Dear Akram, it’s wrong decision of going with YouBroadBand I strongly suggest ACT Fibernet, I have been using in Hyderabad since 6 years and no issues in services and customer service is too good @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I got my connection disconnected on 24Jan and was told I will receive a refund of 1800rs, which never came. On enquiring i was told this cannot be refunded and can only be transferred to another ACT account as a credit.

@ACTFibernet I've referred act to my relatives. And they are in need of the services. I have created multiple enquires regarding the place service availability. But still there is no response from the act sales team? Why is it so worst? I might have called more than 4 times.
