@MrSyborg @youbroadband Dear Akram, it’s wrong decision of going with YouBroadBand I strongly suggest ACT Fibernet, I have been using in Hyderabad since 6 years and no issues in services and customer service is too good @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet - 2 days internet is busted. 15+ min waiting to speak with a call center exec. The timelines keep getting revised. Is this why you call ACT leading in poor service and your technicians keep insisting not to raise complaints?

@ACTFibernet worst service ever and no resolution for their service .Before taking the connection people will show 75Mbps and later it’s not up to the mark and if we raised they want us to check with cable speed even though it’s not showing 75Mbps .last two months many times
