@TRAI @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet withdrew services from Gurgaon on May 18th Operators shouldn't be allowed to deactivate service in the midst of a lockdown leaving customers in lurch and exposing them to the risk of the pandemic as they scurry for a new connection

@ACTFibernet Please remove server from my house as I am not using actfiber service, server power is connected to my house, same information give on call center but no action in last three month, please remove in week time else we cut the power connection 1/2

@ACTFibernet I've booked a new connection with prospect No.111569107110. I've provided the relevant documents and made payment on 21.05.2021. But, no one from installation team has approached me yet. I've contacted ACT Customer care no resolution found. Very pathetic service

repeated calls from my end. But my account has been configured with the old router and they need another 3-4 days to configure it to my correct router. It's really shame from a reputed company like #ActFibernet to treat a customer or provide this kind of service to their (4)
