    @ACTFibernet why is your customer service soo pathetic. Internet has down for 15 hours and still the call centre wants 24hour to attend to it. Also this is the 2 time in 2 weeks that this has happened.

    @ACTFibernet very poor service in chennai ,when.we.xall maximum you will ask is to change modem ,how many times you want us to change modem ,Reaching your team is very difficult you want all as a.complaint registration only

    @ACTFibernet It's ok to be down for once in a week I can accept that. But please don't do it ever single day please guys. I am paying my money to you for my work ok. Do take it serious. Have lost many days using my mobile net. It is not ok to be discounted in middle of important office meet

    @ACTFibernet used my power connection even after disconnecting my connection for almost 18 months. No proper response or feedback. Worst service and attitude.

    @ACTFibernet reminds me of cable TV exp. during 90s. Disconnects frequently. bad CUst. Support. It’s been 24 hrs - Opened ticket, complained here, called customer support and their local technician. But no answer except regular recorded message.

    @ACTFibernet Chennai - Worst Ever Seen Customer Service .. Internet totally down internet Service totally down, we raise complaint they responding expected time service tomorrow.. & two customer service calls not reach.. But they mentioned 24x7 service..

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD There have been 2 ACT junctions boxes installed in our Apartments I AM  PAYING THE ELECTRICITY BILL FOR THE SERVICE I AM  NOT USING.. i am requesting you to remove those 2 ACT junction boxes and install them INSIDE  your customers' flats.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD how many months I have to wait to just name change.. How many calls I have to make to you. Is this the way you take care of customer queries. I'll not recommend this service to anyone. And I'll inform my friends to disconnect their service.
