    Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet team: Kindly provide alternate source of internet to customers till the time you resolve the issue! You can't take things for granted. Either provide alternate source like dongle or Extend 4X days in our validity for each day wasted due to issue from your end!

    Many thanks to @ACTFibernet for providing free WiFi facility to all schools in Chennai Corporation Although the service is provided for free,so far the quality has not diminished in the slightest Even if the connection is repaired, it will be repaired immediately🙏 @ActfiberC

    @hotstar_helps I took down my previous reply as app was working because I was connected hotstar with mobile data and changed to wifi while hotstar playing in bg..but once i closed and opened the app it's not working in wifi.@ACTFibernet kindly do something if you can here with this dns settings

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected. Now Airtel broadband had connectivity issues from early morning and nobody coming up despite logging the issue around 7am...
