    @ACTFibernet Its a minor issue. Don't know why it is taking so long. Actually when they were fixing another connection they disturbed my connection. Total negligence.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD they blindly wanted me to install the box to get internet connection or they are ready to LET GO OF THE CUSTOMER. THIS WASN'T AT ALL A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. ACT i think is the 1st ever company which lets go of their customers if they don't budge.

    Seeking recommendations for a reliable internet connection! ACT is so terrible that this is the 3rd time this week with no internet. Between pathetic customer service and an automated response service I am done! Time to change! @ACTFibernet you need to get your act together.
