    @ACTFibernet trying to change plan in the month of mid. But you said can't do that. And for 10 days we used only 100gb out of 1500gb. But you billed us half of the total bill. Very worst process and services.

    @kaapiccino @Truecaller @ACTFibernet There is only a provision to raise complaint on internet disconnection. My issue is about billing. But I couldn't reach out to their customer care. The nos. are not working. App has only faqs, no option to register complaint on billing.

    Dear @ACTFibernet , Thanks for making me to the peak of frustration. over 5 days 3 tickets, no one resolved and closed and your executives are just telling don't know why internet fluctuations are happening. I would recommend never ever think about ACT in a dream also

    @airtelindia unexpected behavior. I was informed that the new broadband connection is free for 1 month with the dth connection included. But now @airtelindia is charging us for the free month service with 790 rupees. Time to switch @ACTFibernet for the broadband it seems.
