    @kaapiccino @Truecaller @ACTFibernet There is only a provision to raise complaint on internet disconnection. My issue is about billing. But I couldn't reach out to their customer care. The nos. are not working. App has only faqs, no option to register complaint on billing.

    @ACTFibernet pls fix the internet connection. I have raised a complaint yesterday evening. Your ticket SR10366572648834 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 13-Dec (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT Pls fix it or ask your team to update when it will be fixed.

    Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

    @ACTFibernet For being a Sincere Patron I am being cheated and trust broken by your Sales Team. Took my Connection in 2017 September and Sales told me take a One year connection at one shot we provide free modem router TP Link speed upto 200mps even though my connection 1/1

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, no internet for last 2 days, whenever I lodge a complaint ,will have to wait for 24 hours to resolve, today they repaired my net n again it get disconnected within 30 min. Very pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Your Service request SR10179750318014 is expected to be resolved by 14-Apr between 07:30 to 09:00AM NO CALL, NO RESOLUTION YET. IF UNABLE TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER, PLEASE DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE AND REFUND THE AMOUNT.

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.
