    @ACTFibernet Deeply disappointed with the service. I have mentioned i have urgent works, still there is no escalation of the complaint. I have been using ACT from 2015 and this is not gud at all. Just some days back I paid for a 6 months renewal bill.

    @ACTFibernet It's ok to be down for once in a week I can accept that. But please don't do it ever single day please guys. I am paying my money to you for my work ok. Do take it serious. Have lost many days using my mobile net. It is not ok to be discounted in middle of important office meet

    @ACTFibernet A/c No: 103016439756. We are using ACT Fibre for the past 5 to 6 years. Due to some personal issues we are not able to make the payment on due date this month. We are promptly paid every month on 1st or 2nd. We request your customer care to extend the time extension

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Dear ACT management, I m the loyal customer of ACT Chennai. Now a days ACT customer care service is pathetic. Team leads are closing the ticket without resolving it. My issue is pending more than two weeks now.

    @ACTFibernet Its a minor issue. Don't know why it is taking so long. Actually when they were fixing another connection they disturbed my connection. Total negligence.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team. Very unhappy with your service. Been over 4 months chasing your team for the refund of my deposit given for WiFi router which your team already has taken but never sent my money to my bank. I am clueless as to whom to reachout to!

    @ACTFibernet It is intimated that ACT damaged the BSNL OFC cable yesterday near NRI Exchange Jaipur during HDD work. Kindly arrange for restoration of said fault as the BSNL whole network of this area is completely down which is a revenue loss to BSNL and customer dissatisfaction

    @ACTFibernet My service request SR10179910546804 hs bn pnding with no proper action.The assigned person Nikil is not taking any initiative r providng updates from 5 days. This delay is unacceptable. Please escalate a nd resolve this issue immediately. #ACTFibernet #PoorService
