@ACTFibernet Deeply disappointed with the service. I have mentioned i have urgent works, still there is no escalation of the complaint. I have been using ACT from 2015 and this is not gud at all. Just some days back I paid for a 6 months renewal bill.

@ACTFibernet never experienced such a worst network provider, I feel ashamed to tell that I’ve been using this service for 8+ years. I was give a wrong router telling that it has more speed paid extra bucks, now I am asked to change again and pay.

@ACTFibernet During nov 2021 I had asked for a new ACT connect and the concerned person help to get the request raised and payment was made. Later they said that connect was not possible in my area. The request got cancelled in a week, but the money is not yet refunded.

Tried to lodge a complaint with @ACTFibernet using its app. And it sucks as automated support chat covers hardly any issues and no path for human chat or callback in case automated chat doesn't cite the issue you are facing. That's bad customer service.
