    @ACTFibernet It's ok to be down for once in a week I can accept that. But please don't do it ever single day please guys. I am paying my money to you for my work ok. Do take it serious. Have lost many days using my mobile net. It is not ok to be discounted in middle of important office meet

    @ACTFibernet finding issue only with Cisco webex meeting audio or video, even though only laptop connected to internet. Sometimes I unable hear them and some time others are unable to hear me. Channel setting already done as guided by your agent.

    @ACTFibernet A/c No: 103016439756. We are using ACT Fibre for the past 5 to 6 years. Due to some personal issues we are not able to make the payment on due date this month. We are promptly paid every month on 1st or 2nd. We request your customer care to extend the time extension

    2/2 After the technician reset the connection, the existing Wi-Fi password stopped working and nobody informed us. No update, no communication, and still no reliable internet. Customers depend on your service for workthis level of support is unacceptable. #ACTFibernet #CustomerS

    @ACTFibernet A mechanic comes this morning, changes the router, promises years of uninterrupted service. A few hours later, the service has gone. No Internet, apart from the business of changing the router.
