@hotstar_helps I took down my previous reply as app was working because I was connected hotstar with mobile data and changed to wifi while hotstar playing in bg..but once i closed and opened the app it's not working in wifi.@ACTFibernet kindly do something if you can here with this dns settings

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet team: Kindly provide alternate source of internet to customers till the time you resolve the issue! You can't take things for granted. Either provide alternate source like dongle or Extend 4X days in our validity for each day wasted due to issue from your end!

@ACTFibernet Earlier, your tech support team used to close tickets after resolving the issue. It is a different matter that the issue would occur again after a few hours/days. But what they did today is completely unacceptable. They closed my ticket without a resolution.
