Dear @ACTFibernet I may be forced to switch my internet connection to competition if you don't have a call centre which actually picks customer calls. Waited for 10 minutes and nobody is attending.

@ACTFibernet I am not sure how you can close a SR without fixing it. Surprisingly the customer care guy has no clue as if they can't read the ticket logs. Why they have to open a new ticket.
