    @ACTFibernet Third class service you are providing.. Every day there is a fiber cut and your technician is not interested in doing anything. There are just sleeping not responding on call neither support is workable. Madhesh asked to cancel the plan as they were not helping.

    @ACTFibernet Have told your engineers that as a doc dealing with emergencies I need the net all thru the night to be contacted by hospitals and patients about reports .. you never bothered ..

    @ACTFibernet , your services are getting pathetic day by day in Sarjapur ara . We have large outages every week and we don't get any resolution SLAs. There is no backup server promised. Do you want us to move out of ACT to a different provider ? Pls suggest , SR10265413863294.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service that I have ever seen. Called Customer Service 8 to 9 times in a span of 24 Hours and all they say is Sir, your issue would be resolved today anyhow but no resolution until now. I would suggest you not to go for ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Who resolved? The resolution is when you either start giving the connection to independent houses or you remove your spider web cables both hasn't happened yet.

    @ACTFibernet you guys have the audacity to write that my account is prone to late payments. Show me one payment that was late in the last 6 years. This shows your arrogance. When i write back you guys tell me that you are sending reminder for payment even without understanding the issue. Not a single working customer care number. What kind of services are you clowns running. If i donโ€™t receive a proper response or apology, i will be forced to move out and also influence 30 other connections in my flat to move out of ACT.     @ACTFibernet Got the tv set-up box. But not able to watch Sony SAB tv channel. While purchasing checked that Sony SAB tv was included in the plan. But it's not showing now. What kind of service is this.

    Very worst experience from the @ACTFibernet at first they took around 3k and didn't installed their router and after the tweet i posted, they installed the next day. Now i booked act stream tv box, its been 10 days, box didn't delivered. I hope I'll get my box after this tweet
