    Again an outage @ACTFibernet your performance is degrading with every passing day. SR1027126672122. Now ur CC numbers have gone berserk. Even if I connext, all executives are busy assisting"other" customers! Hopeless. Time to switch it seems.

    @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet The service disrupts again. You can see the frequency. It’s been 2 days for today and no resolution. Faced lot of inconvenience on my project works. It’s common problem with ACT. Better to switch for Other service providers with immediate effect

    @vinaykesari @ACTFibernet Customer care is useless. I am always forced to raise multiple tickets on their app, and then write to their appellate authority. Only then they take the issue seriously.

    @ACTFibernet In last 5 hours my internet is going up and down. And every time registered complaint is getting closed without proper resolution. Customer service is now not at the same level compare to how it was a couple of years back.
