Called Customer Service 8 to 9 times in a span of 24 Hours and all they say is Sir, your issue would be resolved today anyhow but no resolution until now. I would suggest you not to go for ACT.

We have large outages every week and we don't get any resolution SLAs. There is no backup server promised. Do you want us to move out of ACT to a different provider ? Pls suggest , SR10265413863294.

Every day there is a fiber cut and your technician is not interested in doing anything. There are just sleeping not responding on call neither support is workable. Madhesh asked to cancel the plan as they were not helping.

We have a power backup, so Wifi should never stop working but for the love of god, I do not understand why Airtel mobile data does not work when there is a power cut. @airtelindia @ACTFibernet
