    @ACTFibernet I am not sure how you can close a SR without fixing it. Surprisingly the customer care guy has no clue as if they can't read the ticket logs. Why they have to open a new ticket.

This new number calls don't go through and if it does u r in a infinite wait. Send a mail to nodal that helped me when there was outage last week
