    @ACTFibernet Its really unprofessional and incompetent behaviour on your part for closing tickets without servicing the request. My repeated requests of router issue is going unheard. Refund my money if you are not capable of providing service. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet Act app has logged out automatically and now I am unable to login.. My number is not recognised. User ID and password says in correct. Did a forgot password and used the credentials shared over the email. Still unable to login. I need this fixed.. ASAP

    @ACTFibernet is the worst broad band company in india . Their service in Mount Joy extension Bangalore is down from a week no response to the cut cable . But a&&holes will promptly send the bill .

    Its my last options trying to escalate on my ACT fibernet issue. hope I'm the only user would have raised highest number of complaint from last year with 75+ complaint ticket. @ACTFibernet There is some issue with my account which is connected to some bad port.
