    @ACTFibernet how can your call centre guy can disconnect the call for selecting language Kannada. Don't be so rude with customer. Your mobile app is too heavy in size and very much not user friendly.

    @ACTFibernet The technician is now here to solve the issue, though the Internet is not working as of now. But concerned people at ACT still haven't replied over my email. Repeated issues from one community over a span of 6 months...who are these sleepy heads?

    @ACTFibernet we have more than 15 ACT Connections around banglore when we Raised Request network services issues related very very delay so we consider this is a irresponsible service however pls improve in future and pls respond as possible shorter time

    @Airtel_Presence have u discontinued airtel broadband service is HBR layout Bangalore???…u seem to be competing with @ACTFibernet in “customer don’t care” attitude … can I arrange for a pick up n drop for your service engineers to do needful ???

    @ACTFibernet , your services are getting pathetic day by day in Sarjapur ara . We have large outages every week and we don't get any resolution SLAs. There is no backup server promised. Do you want us to move out of ACT to a different provider ? Pls suggest , SR10265413863294.

    @ACTFibernet my complaint SR10265551744249 hs been unsolved fr 2 days. hs ur company been shut down?? If ur ignorant or arrogant abt my complaint either way u dont deserve 2 provide service to me. I hv tolerated u fr 8 yrs. Sunday i am at home.send sum1 2 disconnect my services

    @ACTFibernet Such pathetic service, I pay for 300mbps but never got more than 150mbps. Ur Technician does not know the reason behind that. Plus disappointing Network drops in between #pathetic #actinternet #actbroadband

    @ACTFibernet These guys are a looting new connection people by saying there's wiring issue in your apartment, even when you stay at known Gates Community. And force and try to up sell you expensive plan. Think twice to call them for new connection. Stay safe guy.

    On 13 july 2026 my @ACTFibernet stopped working, raised a ticket on app, said will get done on 14 eve, my payment was up, called them to extend date, they said cannot but will adjust for not working days, after ticket closes new charges will get updated then u pay, fine, tq

    @ACTFibernet Even your customer support ivr takes 20 minutes to assign a customer support agent. But sales team contacts in less than a minute. This behaviour is unacceptable.

    How much longer are customers expected to tolerate this? At this point, just come and take your router back. I’ll switch to a provider that actually delivers the service it promises. This level of service is unacceptable. Fix it—or lose another customer. @ACTFibernet
