    @ACTFibernet internet is down since yesterday afternoon. Nearly 1.5 days now. Raised a ticket on app. Resolution time was till 2 pm today. The technician only came by 5pm.. It worked for 5 mins and internet is down again. Pathetic service.. 4th downtime incident in 2 months

    @ACTFibernet IT HAS BEEN A BAD EXPERIENCE ALL ALONG. IN MIDDLE OF ANY ONLINE TASK THE SIGNAL DROPS. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID AND REMOVE YOUR EQUIPMENT FORTHWITH.

    @ACTFibernet now after 6 days when I call your customer care says we have major server issue in ur area so the network isn't working will tell my back end team and fix issue within 24hrs.if u knew this is the reason why dint u do it all this days and why dint u call and inform us

    @ACTFibernet @ajit0303 There is no reply or revert or resolution to my complaint for 2 days now. Ticket raised, with resolution time of 2pm YESTERDAY. AND helpline numbers don't connect ever. Shitty service and no ADVANTAGE at all of switching to @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I applied for new connection and paid amount on 04th March 2021. Still now didn’t get a connection and the paid amount also not refunded. If I call the customer care/provider, they keep on saying that installation will be done in 24hrs. Totally frustrated with this. Waste of time

    @sanathKx @ACTFibernet Ultimately got in touch with customer care. And managed to have it all done. Changed the plan mid payment cycle. Took a bit. But still a better result than other ISPs I've had to deal with.
