    Dear @ACTFibernet , Can you please find a permanent solution to this internet service outage ? It is so irritating and so frequent now a days. And every time I raise a request it is promised that someone will come and check it personally but then no one has showed up.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by Actcteam, My brother has created a relocation of broadband connection within same area(1Km). Act team is not responding to calls and have exceeded the timeline. Its been more than 15 days just to move internet connection

    @ACTFibernet SR10245621451642 request has been raised two days back. This has not been addressed since then. It is not the first time this is happening. Last time internet was down for a week. The CC number is always not reachable. Such pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet My registered contact number is 8446633119 I have not received any resolution so far. And shockingly, after talking with me, the concerned persons quietly close the case stating "issue resolved". This is like adding insult to injury

    @SpotEVhq @ACTFibernet Nope 👎 this will not help @ACTFibernet has weird setup where then need 2 different power supply One for router and one for port box from where fiberoptic to Lan cable change happens. I have no option now but to go with Jio once plan is over. Spending 2-2.5k for ups I get new Jio

    @ACTFibernet Hi please check the complaint raised under SR10245545693662. I had upgraded my plan to lighting in the month of March 2020,however only yesterday I was told by an ACT agent that the router I am having can get a max speed of only 100 mpbs.I believe this is clear case of cheating.

    @ACTFibernet your Ahmedabad team is disgusting. Have paid for new connection on 15th Jan but still no body followed up for the installation. Your AMD sales rep Mr Nilesh kant only gives hollow promises. Worst experience ever. Plz refund my money. I don't require your service.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service. My service request no is SR11863934912854 I have made request many times to change my router as it automatically restarts almost 6-7 times a day and even after the assurance of geting it changed today by 12 pm nothing happened. Look into it asap.

    @ACTFibernet the range for wifi with 5g is very low and has reduced i believe as compared to when it was newly installed. Please help and also speed is very slow even with 2-3 devices connected
