    @ACTFibernet Hi please check the complaint raised under SR10245545693662. I had upgraded my plan to lighting in the month of March 2020,however only yesterday I was told by an ACT agent that the router I am having can get a max speed of only 100 mpbs.I believe this is clear case of cheating.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by Actcteam, My brother has created a relocation of broadband connection within same area(1Km). Act team is not responding to calls and have exceeded the timeline. Its been more than 15 days just to move internet connection

    @ACTFibernet I got a call yesterday from the technician. I did tell him the issue is not resolved yet the ticket has been closed without resolving the issue. This is really pathetic act from @ACTFibernet. The technician's name is Giri who claimed that he is not responsible for this area.

    @ACTFibernet I did face inconvenience as it took more number of days to resolve and it is very difficult to contact toll free, wait in queue for a longer time. Better options for solving issues to be put in for customers, self replying chat is of No Use
