@ACTFibernet Worst experience from your team on very first day. Tou people onlg respond for new installations after that you will be too rude customers? Your representative is telling this is how we work, we wont resolve it soon. But u will do fake installations?

@ACTFibernet Its been 8 hours I have raised a complaint but no one looked into the issue, at least twice in a month we are facing issues. No one can work if you provide this kind of service. Giving more GB doesn't work but you should make sure give consistent network.

@ACTFibernet I have been facing problems with internet connectivity as soon as there a power disruption in my area. The technicians say they have provided battery back up and it is a lie coz if it is true when the power disrupts the internet should not be disrupted.
