Every day there is a fiber cut and your technician is not interested in doing anything. There are just sleeping not responding on call neither support is workable. In the last one week, the same service request has been reopened three times because the issue has never been permanently resolved. Each time I was informed that the problem was fixed, but the issue reappeared shortly afterward. Pathetic !
