While my neighbour enjoys an uninterrupted @ACTFibernet connectivity unfortunately can't say the same for @Airtel_Presence And goes for poor customer service too. It's been 2 days without any connection and no plans for resolving too. Time to disconnect immediately!!

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet You have to most pathetic service. Internet is shaky since last 6 days. Technician comes and within 1 hour internet stops working. Don't know how many complaints I have raised. Also engineer threatens if I will raise a complaint he come as per his time and be late.

@ACTFibernet I have been asking to disconnect my internet connection from the 4th of this month but the tickets I reopened gets closed again and again without resolution. In the first call I had confirmed to retain but then reopened the ticket to disconnect the connection.

@ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD have given complaint of internet not working 3 days back, till now issue not resolved, this kind of poor service is not expected from ACT, SR101669561358 raised on 31 Jan 2023 with 1 day expected closure but no one turned up to resolve the issue.
