    @ACTFibernet I upgraded to the special WFH offer and my 250 mbps connection is now showing 20 to 50 Mbps speed. Also, half the sites are not loading. Flipkart loads and Amazon does not. It is happening only on your connection. Please help.

    I want to cancel ACT Broadband. I don’t want any apologies or scripted inconvenience caused message! I raised shifting request, nobody cares or called, i tried calling ACT call centre, no is busy all the time. I m switching elsewhere and made up my mind @ACTFibernet

    @nikhilp2208 @ACTFibernet My issue got resolved by factory resetting the router. I was facing this issue only on Android apps and not in the browser on mobile. Guess something is being cached. You can try factory reset. If you don't want reset, connect LAN cable to your PC directly and use its Hotspot.

    Called up the @ACTFibernet customer care a third time today at 8 AM to tell them nothing had been done and that your technician had not even visited the site once, and that there was only one hour left for the resolution. And then of course, as expected NOTHING HAPPENED by 9 AM.
