@ACTFibernet I am writing to u frm Bangalore, I am having huge trouble with act executives unprofessional behaviour, I have paid for a new connection n it was promised to be done by last Sun, as u know kids online schools e started, we are having huge issues and no one bothered.

While my neighbour enjoys an uninterrupted @ACTFibernet connectivity unfortunately can't say the same for @Airtel_Presence And goes for poor customer service too. It's been 2 days without any connection and no plans for resolving too. Time to disconnect immediately!!

I raised a relocation request on 8th Apr, citing relocation dt of 16th Apr. No one bothered to call me; I followed up with @ACTFibernet customer care 2 times and they said "you will get a call". However on 24th April, the ticket was simply closed. (2/8)
