Every day there is a fiber cut and your technician is not interested in doing anything. There are just sleeping not responding on call neither support is workable. They took a security deposit .Due to repeated service issues and multiple unresolved complaints, I finally got the connection disconnected. Their team collected the device, and I completed every step required for closure.
