Today is the 8th day since I made payment for a new connection and the installation guy hasn't shown up yet. I've requested for a refund but @ACTFibernet wouldn't even give me my money back.

This, time post my complaint, there's no msg or call from your end even! There's no responsibility from ACT. Either return my money or I'm going to consumer court in the evening.
