@Aaabshar @GauravPandhi @ACTFibernet Yes. Fine for personal n/w. Absolutely unreliable for work. Speed is super when we don’t need it. For ex we never really use the massive upload speed, they throttle game sites anyway.

When request for disconnection is raised they have only one word to say that amount will not be refunded as per company policy... @ACTFibernet company can't give service to customers but they want to loot customers money. .

@ACTFibernet PATHETIC EXPERIENCE, after raising a complaint for ‘internet not working’ A field engineer visited after a couple of hours and said he just came to check the fibernet but, the issue is with the power connection from the shop where the box is installed.
