Called Customer Service 8 to 9 times in a span of 24 Hours and all they say is Sir, your issue would be resolved today anyhow but no resolution until now. I would suggest you not to go for ACT.

And force and try to up sell you expensive plan. Think twice to call them for new connection. Stay safe guy.
