@ACTFibernet Got the connection but really not happy with tech guy with whom i have spoken was very rude and its been like not at all intrested in giving connection where in have 8 port box in my buidling he was denying that box was available have shared pic of whatsapp then he agreed for it.

@UdayMannam @ACTFibernet Yes Uday, the router has to be labelled as “Gigabit” to get speed beyond 100mbps. For now you can test it directly plugging the lan cable (from ISP) to computer to rule out other possibility like wiring defect or network setting on network adapter of computer .

@ACTFibernet Yes. After multiple follow ups and listening to false promises to retire services in a timely manner. There seems to be no coordination between the on ground support staff and online customer service team. I got only vague responses and no commitment to complete on time.
