@ACTFibernet My internet is not working from yesterday. I was told by customer care that there is an issue in my area. That means whole colony is impacted. This is worst service to keep a whole colony wifi down for more than 16 hours. #worstservice

@ACTFibernet Very poor network, frequent disconnection and the funniest part is customer care don't transfer the calls to supervisors nor resolve the concern. Have almost had 10 days of downtime in last 3 months
