    @ACTFibernet since 15 days there is no internet and without solving our issue the case has been closed multiple times. See my complaint history, you guys are providing pathetic service. i am on an annual package, i want my freaking money back. 9966345167 is my registered no.

    @ACTFibernet Ref No SR10141946924801. Raised dispute towards my act bill. And this seems to be closed now, what to know what is the resolution, there is not info on the app. I may have missed the call from act. Would like to know what action was taken.

Bro Aryan I'm having proofs like call recording of coustmer support,like stating there higher authorities are neglecting and few coustmer support candidates are cheating us by stating they are from escalation team too insted of resolving our issues.I'm ready to file case.

    Worst Customer Care Service. Paid but service connection still not given. Waiting for long time @ACTFibernet . I strongly recommend not to take ACT internet provider.@consumercourtin . Trobulling after payment .

    @ACTFibernet ur services r pathetic, most of the times internet is down and you take more than 24hrs to resolve And you guys know that ur services r pathetic so u keep ur customer service lines dead, to avoid listening to all the hush hush, I am taking leaves from work coz you!!

    @ACTFibernet I just had conversation with one representative Mr Naveen and asked for delay in installation of service, informed will be get done 2 weeks because it was escalated to higher level. This shows their integrity to customers and their response. He disconnected call.

    @ACTFibernet Customers are experiencing DADAGIRI of actfibernet. Company has one of the policis is DOMUNHA. There executive will say one thing and will not keep their commitment. Customer has to go as per their sms only. Another financial torture.

    @ACTFibernet Your 48 hours is also over. Still connection is not restored... I get an update my issue will be resolved by 17 Dec 4 pm . That's another 72 hours from now.. what is happening? No one is reachable to talk .. ACT you have lost all the credibility you had earned till date customers

    Disgusted with ACT Fibernet's service reliability. My new routine nowadays is to raise a service request every week for no internet connectivity and wait for it to get resolved forever. #nobrand @ACTFibernet @ForumConsumer
