(2/2) their have been numerous follow ups with the area guy, but in vain. He has stopped picking my calls also. The customer care team is pathetic. This is emotional and mental harassment. Worst service ever. Would not recommend even to my enemy. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I just checked your team what is the status. Team said material need to come from kukatpally and issue spot Pragatinagar hardly takes 30 mins but till not arrived since approx 4 hrs and your team still waiting for it with no work is this the way working as priority?

@ACTFibernet It's not a short period it's a longer issue basically your team not taking basic measures on wiring seems& those wires touch to electric wires and electricity departments cutting those wires and for fixing may taking longer time . Resolve the issue soon impacting our work.

@ACTFibernet applied for a connection and paid 3779 for six months. Now the act sales executive is saying connection is not feasible. I totally agree with this. But the refund is not initiated from act. Please help ASAP

ACT is the worst fiber ever. Atleaset airtel had the decency of customer maintanence till the install. ACT guys are attending the call only till you pay them. Also extorting more amount after the payment. Still no connection even after extra payment. #AvoidACTFiber @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet We created enquiry id 102651629227 for internet connection in blr and even paid 6 months in advance, but we didn't receive any payment confirmation & the mobile app hung up while uploading aadhar card. Call center is also not responsive. Very sad customer service.
