(2/2) their have been numerous follow ups with the area guy, but in vain. He has stopped picking my calls also. The customer care team is pathetic. This is emotional and mental harassment. Worst service ever. Would not recommend even to my enemy. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10165829312154 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10-Sep (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT 3 days completed for this ticket issue not solved yet i will discontinue my connection from @ACTFiberne worst broadband service I have ever seen.

@ACTFibernet Also @ACTFibernet uses the electricity from the user to place the routing box. You add monthly Rs.50 in to the ACT acc. When asked about returning this due, customer service say they ll consider this during reconnection.
