    @ACTFibernet Internet speed these days is a big issue, out of 40 mbps speed most of the times it’s less than 5 mbps, when complained the speed will be ok for a day or two, thereafter the same issue repeats ... fed up

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Your ticketing system and customer support are not helping in any way. Issue remained unresolved for 7 days which is pathetic. None of the field executive called during the outage and even they are also not answer when we try to call back.

    Terrible customer service from @ACTFibernet Chennai, who have failed to resolve a broken connection on our street for three days in a row. Customer service reps have repeatedly been unhelpful and dishonest about their work to resolve the issue, and strung us along in vain.
