  Complaint logged on 25th of June for airfiber not working, it's has been 10 days today. Even after contant follow up and speaking to multiple dedicated black relationship manager it has remain unresolved. call this denial of service, or appalling customer service @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @Airtel service and promises i got to see in last 5 days. A service provider who can’t keep their promise of providing connection within promised time but still continues to make excuses. Don’t even want to imagine abt after service. I just want my money back. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia dearest airtel, I have been complaining about my internet connection since April of 2026 to a point where I stop recharging for 2 months. Which resulted in 1) I was offered 15 days extra with my 1 Month recharge, which did not happen. Even after issue was raised

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your camera technician ask customer to check with Wifi people why not working...can you pls tell me when whole services under Black why we need to follow up separately with wifi section!! And tell will you reduce bill for non functional days !?
