    Hey @airtelindia, I've tried reaching support multiple times, but nothing gets resolved. Your chatbot doesn't understand the issue, and your IVR doesn't even let me speak to a real person. This support experience is unacceptable. Expected much better from Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence To, Airtel Customer Care / Technical Support Subject: Urgent complaint regarding improperly hanging fiber wire – Risk of wire breakage My registered mobile number is 8094445627, and my WiFi ID is 0156524270222_wifi. I have been an Airtel Fiber customer for approximately one year. I have an Airtel Fiber connection installed at my premises, but the fiber wire has not been fixed properly; it is hanging loosely in the street/near my house. This poses a serious risk of the wire getting severed. If the wire breaks, my service will be completely disrupted, causing me significant inconvenience. I have informed the technician about this issue several times, but no one has come to rectify it so far. Therefore, I earnestly request you to forward this complaint to the concerned technician and have the wire secured and fixed as soon as possible to prevent any issues.     @airtel_presence Dear @airtel_presence, my Airtel DTH has not been working since yesterday. Complaint already raised, but it's been over 48 hours with no call or visit from any engineer. Customer care is only giving excuses. Please resolve this urgently. @airtelindia#AirtelDTH

    My wifi is not working from 3 days & another from 5 days, a customer representative named as Gagan denied to register complaint for technician visit, despite that I’m confirming that there is red light showing in modem. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Leaving this piece of ****, @airtelindia. I'll be porting my Airtel number to jio in 1 week @TRAI pls act against this fraudster @airtelindia. They promise unlimited 5G, but it's a lie. Their unlimited 5G plans are capped at just 1.5 GB to 2.5 GB data, depending on the plan.

    Hey @airtelindia, my internet goes down almost every month, and this time it’s been down for weeks. Please stop directing me to the Airtel Thanks app, it hasn’t fixed anything. Assign an engineer immediately and resolve this issue.
