    Poor service from Airtel Xstream Fiber in Pune. After multiple complaints, I was told technician will visit in 2 hours, but later got message it’s rescheduled for tomorrow. Misleading & unacceptable. Resolve ASAP or cancel & refund. Complaint IDs: 11028268898 @airtelindia

    @airtelindia please note wi fi services are down in Gurgaon Dwarka ExpressWay areas (I am from Sector 104) since morning. It'll be helpful if you can provide an update when Internet services will be restored. @DXPGDA @DebashishHT

    @airtelindia such a worst service i ever came across. I requested to shift my internet connection on 4th April, till the day no one showed up. I will choose @JioCare for better internet speed and service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Over 30 days, multiple SRs closed without resolution & no reply to escalation emails. Extremely poor service Airtel!! Need immediate resolution

    @AirtelIndia Your TV/WiFi remote stops working every 1–2 months. Replaced twice, again dead. No guarantee, only forcing customers to keep buying. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Fix this permanently. 📞 9038622229

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The issue is serious. None of the 3 bengali apps Adda times, Hoichoi and Klikk are showing the same content in Airtel Xstream app as the actual apps. I have been observing this lack of sync since I took the Airtel connection. I am very upset.

    Writing @AirtelIndia You really need to improve your service & customer support. An IPTV installation request was raised on 28th Feb with a promised timeline of 48 hours. It’s been over 10 days now no installation, no visit despite multiple complaints.Paymt was already made on 28
