    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged through Airtel IOS app. In notification it was showing recharge of Rs. 349 i clicked of notification and and balance deducted from my wallet but it was a recharge of 179 Rs.. and your customer care couldnt give me satisfactory anrs. Help

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you trap ur customers n then provide pathetic service. Got airtel Xtreme as add on to my existing postpaid connection on 1st Jan. The activation is still pending. Is Xtreme box just a showpiece?

    @airtelindia unfortunately there has been no assistance since 10 days if you see just for plan upgrade. It looks easy on app but takes too much time at the backend I suppose. Please help at the earliest.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I just got a call from the number ‘9205032237’ a couple minutes ago and it was playing your tune,the tune that you hear when you call Airtel customer care and they put you on hold or you’re waiting in line to speak to a Cc. Is it your number??
