    @airtelindia I have called 198 but didn't connect with customer care. Itni bakchodi bolte ho lkin customer care s baat krne ka koi option ni h. Admi apni problem kha share kre. Twitter pr msg kiya uska reply bhi ni kiya.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence here in Kerala there are more than 14districts in Kerala.Why do you not provide your broadband service other than Kochi?You are the one of the best telecom network service provider. We need your service but your service is not available here.why?

    @airtelindia Very Pathetic Customer Service...Hi, we have registered the Service Request via Reference No. 31-3458997543024 for your Airtel Mobile. The same will be closed within 9 Working Days.. Complaint raised on 30th Oct and closed without resolving the issue.
