    @airtelindia your b bnd serv is down for almost and hour now in MMR. Your cust supt team has no clue about it. They take good amount of time to understand the issue and make you go through the same steps again & again. All this Airtel Black, Priority customer, etc is farce.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Again had call with Airtel CC, they are not raising request for the Internet issue and asking again after 4 hours if issue is not redolved. Since Saturday repeating my issue with different CC executives, it is really frustrating...
