    @airtelindia Airtel claim that they no. 1 in Data and Calling services but they don't have proper complaint resolving Machinism. I complaint many times but reply from their side.

    When you have complaint with @airtelindia they will not work upon it. And if you you raise disconnection they will give you rental waiver so that you can call customer care and no solution will be provided. It's better to disconnect

    @airtelindia Fast lane technology for high speed internet even in congested environment. But it's not working as claimed both indoor and outdoor. It is really a bad service. I am not even able to talk to support to get the support. Only chatbot is there which is not able to understand...

    Thank you, @JioCare. You just proved that porting my family's 5 Jio SIMs to @airtelindia is the right decision with your "great" customer support. At this point, you might as well shut down your customer support because having it or not having it feels no different.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Every time, I get a message that says, "Reply 1 if resolved or 2 if the issue persists". But the sender (ARWIFI-S) doesn't have a phone number associated with it, so iPhone doesn't show an option to reply.
