    Hello, @airtelindia what stupid service operator are you? Recharge done of rs. 99 via your airtel thanks app and received msg. For payment received but recharge not updated on my no. And your customer service not even ready to talk to customers. Bad experience with you as always.

    When you have complaint with @airtelindia they will not work upon it. And if you you raise disconnection they will give you rental waiver so that you can call customer care and no solution will be provided. It's better to disconnect

    @Airtel_Presence I have Fibre Connection of @airtelindia and my A/c no. is 7039799714. I had complained on 24/01/23 then it was resolved belatedly on 26/01/23 and now on 29/01/23 again there is problem & no action till now after repeated complaints. This is complacency. #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today in deciding to port my 10 airtel number after the worst customer service. Before resolving the complaint the customer person wants to close it. They even don't know how to talk with customers, call drop n no Internet.

    @Airtel_Presence Frequent failure of my Fibre Connection of @airtelindia with A/c no. is 7039799714 has become very usual. Even after my repeated complaints in respect of connectivity problem occurred on 29/01/23, no resolution provided. This is lethargic behaviour. Shame #airtel

    @airtelindia He advised us to contact the area distributor, Manoj. We called him and asked for someone to assist us and provide a timeline. However, he firmly stated that we need to either wait or disconnect the service. We are very frustrated with this poor service;
