@airtelindia ur service is very poor. I hv changed my plan to prepaid on 19/7/2020. Still you hv stopped my network on 23/7/2020 night. 2nd mistake hv sent me bill of Rs 317/- u give big ads on TV people hv no complaints.air tell's service is v.v.v poor.

@airtelindia very worse mobile network in our area sector 11 Gurugram,near 4 Marla Gurudwara ... very very low some time nil internet speed, voice breaks even call not completes number of times. @Airtel_Presence I am not happy.

@Airtel_Presence I think I need 1-2-1 talk with local engineer or atleast a call from customer care . It’s more than 4 months that I have been asking for moving my connection from one room to other .. it seems @airtelindia is not interested in solving . Ur IVR is pathetic

I have been a regular customer of @airtelindia for last 7 years, I never had such bad experience which is convincing enough to push me to change my mind. Their employees are proactive to do their sales, once done they won’t even pick your calls morover they start to disconnect.

Went to the Airtel Store, and realized its not just me, it has happened with other subscribers too. Some changes were made in Airtel network, and subscribers need to get a replacement SIM card from Airtel. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Airtel company has started making fun of me. Because when I call about my network problem he registers my complaint and asks me to wait for 10 days. But again after 15 days the same problem occurs. I don't get free recharge done, this is how he makes fun of me.
