    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my fixed line phone is out of order for 7 days and its in Nehru Place major business hub. This is my main number... everyday i have made a complaint to today or it is dead. Even 20 years back phones would be repaired in a day or 2.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is very bad operator, recharge is over on 14th February, call is not working, it is understandable but why my OTP is not coming. Jio is right, its recharge got finished 2 months ago, still call OTP comes. Jio 5G also runs unlimited.

    @Airtel_Presence Frequent failure of my Fibre Connection of @airtelindia with A/c no. is 7039799714 has become very usual. Even after my repeated complaints in respect of connectivity problem occurred on 29/01/23, no resolution provided. This is lethargic behaviour. Shame #airtel

    @airtelindia I have requested a digital TV installation so far no response from airtel. I have discussed with the dedicated relationship team and they mentioned they have escalated. Is this cheating the customer? I paid already and no response from Airtel. No option to cancel 🤦

    @airtelindia @excitel_rocks And that’s where all the trauma started. I subscribed to their mesh for better Internet at blackspots but as expected it’s not working, so I’ve returned it in September 2024. But to my surprise they kept billing for it for like 6 months. Multiple complaints raised, no resolution
