@Vickylikesall @Idea @idea is asking you to wait for 24 hours but I am waiting since October 2019 to resolve the issue of my mobile 9911338555 and still waiting. Their intention is not to resolve any problems except cheating the innocent customers. Better to switch over to @airtelindia

Figured @airtelindia does not provide disconnect option either in thier app, or through ivr. The customer support for broadband is available only in English and Hindi and is only accessible from Airtel phones. Hope it helps anyone looking for support.
