@airtelindia @Airtel Airtel servers are down. Broadband is down. What is happening? Very bad. Airtel services credibility is adversely affected. Nobody knows when internet services would be restored. Many would think of shifting to other service providers.

@Paytm your FINAL response to all of this is, we can't help. I want to request everyone not to use PAYTM for any transactions. With my experience it seems that if something goes wrong, they won't be liable.@airtelindia very disappointed with your response to this aswell!

@airtelindia I mistakenly did a recharge to an incorrect number few minutes back using Paytm. When I called your cust service, they said NO to return back the amount. Operator Reference Number: 1025068272 @Paytm no help from Paytm or Airtel.Such a bad service

@airtelindia @Paytm Both of your explanations sounds like, blaming each other. NeVER gonna be using PAYTM again to make another transition. Because now I know if something goes wrong with the payment you are there with NO SUPPORT.

@airtelindia Airtel rise their price but doesn't improve his network (Voice clarity etc.) it's increase the price of every plan by 21% . This is very enfare. All 3 companies network not upto mark. I think they only exit until Elon Must come to India.
