    @Airtel_Presence No body is working , neither airtel is willing to resolve the is clear that @airtelindia has intentionally slowed down my internet speed so that o could never use my data .this is the reality.

    @airtelindia I haven't seen such a creep company who forces customer to take postpaid connection even after multiple requests they didn't get it changed by prepaid and then they are charging the customer Even if higher the amount that should be charged originally.**** off Airtel

    Finally installed @airtelindia alternate broadband option from @excitel_rocks, which at less then half at promised speeds of 300 mbps, what looks like teething issues, it’s 10 times faster than airtel. Fingers crossed for excitel’s performance.

    @airtelindia such a poor customer service. No option to raise request from app. Not sure where you are claiming to raise requests. Tried speaking to you crcutive bit callgets disconnected after IVR options. Really need some drastic change in your customer service.

    Virtual meetings hv become new norm. struggling to find a Internet provider. Airtel CD tream promised quality charged Rs11000 nd gave the worst possible connection. Can @airtelindia get away with rubbish like this @Airtel_Presence @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal

    @airtelindia @airtelnews service request 119263926 being raised for setting rite the speed of WiFi. Nothing working speed increases to 22 mbps when the engineer comes and goes again back to 2 mbps or 3 mbps. can anyone help???

    @airtelindia @TRAI Sorry to convey but pathetic network coverage. Been trying to reach the RM as well as network engineer for request of a booster device but to no avail. We have a CUG connection and still there is ZERO support. Please Help or we might have to port out.

    Dear @airtelindia , On 9th I bought broadband and since then 24 hours TAT for installation had been given multiple times. Everytime, different persons call to confirm address just not to show up. Now I am not even able to cancel it. Very bad experience.
