@airtelindia Local network provider are better then airtel. At least you can talk to them and they will respond. My new connection stopped working after 1 days and now I am running here and there.

@airtelindia trying to shift an e-sim from 1 device to another has left me without network for the last 4 hrs. Customer care says I’ve to go to a store. You want me to be without network for 12 hrs plus & go to a store. While Delhi is registering Covid cases all over. Really?!?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your so called technicians visited my place after a series of calls made by me for slow internet speed. Astonishingly, they said sir switch off WIFI MODEM 2-3 times. Is this really a SOLUTION? WFM, requires dated solutions. HELP!!

Hi @airtelindia this is regarding the complaint I lodged with the ref CCNOR3EST20211126123214 which is now about to breach the SLA but no solution was provided nor any contact was made. Even you don’t answer to the DM. Please solve it ASAP.
