@airtelindia @therealkapildev Fake service assurance,unable to call/use data network after multiple complaints.Still no resolution 4 indoor network quality since 2months.U'ld b ashamed of urself being mentioning U as "INDIA'S FASTEST NETWORK",& b barred 5G testing.U can't even able to provide 3G/4G properly.

@jagsme @airtelindia It’s resolved as of now but not shure what happens from airtel backend after every international roaming recharge. Yes signals were coming . One need to call repeatedly at 121 services to get the issue resolved .

@airtelindia redefines customer care as 'customer (Don't) care'. I just had the most incredible conversation with their service engineer #Kamal in central Delhi who says that if he started actually helping customers he would get no work done in a day!

@DeepikaBhardwaj @airtelindia Really from 2003 till date never received a call asking for payment from airtel. I use their following services broadband, landline, mobile, TV, cctv cameras and bank. Not even for international roaming was I ever asked for payment.
