@jvbakshi @excitel_rocks @airtelindia Right, actual performance is never anywhere near the claims. Check if your wire to the home is all fibre? If not ask them to change it and check yr modem/router as well. What surprises me though is with fibre too, my Excitel service remains pretty erratic & Airtel is more stable.

@airtelindia No it’s not multitask and not working fine properly and also speed is very slow If we connect the VPN it’s not connect instant it’s take more time due to load issue or slow speed.

@airtelindia You install the fiber in Leh but not in delhi NCR in my area there is no fiber line and facing lots of issue I request you many times for fiber line but every time you respond very soon will cover your area and install new fiber line.
