Jio is right, its recharge got finished 2 months ago, still call OTP comes. Jio 5G also runs unlimited.

Your customer service just says it will be done in 4 hours everyday. I have spent enough time talking with you. Your team creates unwanted orders at their side and customer has to suffer. They are not even cancelling my connection as orders as still in pending stage which I haven't even created.
