    Dear @airtelindia n @Airtel_Presence I'hv been on ur network for a long time but these dys m facing a lot of problem due 2 poor network. Calls get disconnected automatically, shows nt reachable even while in network, speed of internet is vry low, downloading takes time. Wht 2 do?

    @airtelindia I have made the payment on the exact due date and I got a confirmation sms from Airtel that payment is received even then services are barred for non payment. This is ridiculous. I need a compensation for this trouble. I am at the Airport and can't call my family.

    @airtelindia I am holding a family connection 999 at delhi. Despite paying for Zee5 subscription 89 rs my subscription is not available. Customer care is not recording complaint. No way to register complain. Excellent way to minimise complains. U say u r listening. But to whom.

    Wanted to change my @airtelindia landline plan from quarterly advance payment to monthly basis. No option found on 121. Airtel shoppe in Green Park, New Delhi too refused to hear saying they don't hv authority to do so. Worst Customer Care ever seen. @PrakashJavdekar @TRAI

    Regular day in the life of @airtelindia user: 1. Wait 20 minutes for an OTP that has to be entered in 60 seconds 2. Cover a 10,000 steps everyday while searching for their network Between the broadband, and the network, don't know what sucks more. Actually, it's the customer care

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia That will be great. I am trying to connect with Network Team since last 3 months. Its strange that customer care dont hv any details (email/mobile) of the same. They raise individual complaint & close it after few days. No mode 4 raising complaint for whole society.

    Person who came 4 installation assured shifting can be done in hours. When I called him (don't want to name) on March 30, he lectured on procedure. I work in a national daily newspaper & I urgently need the transfer tomorrow. Look into the issue. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Surprised to know that airtel doesn't take any responsibility for ZEE5 subscription bought through app. Airtel only deducts money in bill but no mechanism to raise any complaint. Customer care simply disowns

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As per your system and CCE, The missed call Alert service is Activated but whenever I am not in network or the phone remains switched off & someone calls me on that time, I don’t receive the info sms when I come back to network or switch the phone on

    @airtelindia was trying to cheat us by giving a copper wire connection and not the fiber one, when I have paid for the fiber plan. Costumer support and the person who came for registration didn’t told me that fiber is not there in my area. Den Y do I have to pay for fiber plan?

    @nkshandilya @JioCare @airtelindia Also, the engineers that come for home visit are told to just show the speed at that very minute, not care about dropping internet by the engineers that are on call with them. They really don't actually want to help the customers.

    @airtelindia I had raised relocation request, CS says it will be done by today at 10:00am. And then update the timeline by more than 2 days without asking. Now I am not able to connect with CS. And there is no option to cancel subs. @DoT_India take action against this.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband 04449596478 not working since 1600 hrs 4.11. Airtel APP does not register complaint.And Airtel office MG Road also cannot register. They said system not accepting !!! What should one do.

    @airtelindia makes big promises but does not know how to handle their customer. Complaint raised on 18th Oct and still not resolved. Billing team does not care to call. Charging for services not working
