@airtelindia My airtel DTH Id is 3002141985-001. Since my setup box was not working, I didn't recharge it. I was given an offer by Ms. Komal (7042026175) to renew it by Rs.582 for 3 months and a free replacement of setup box at no extra cost. But this has not been provided yet.

@airtelindia I’m using Airtel since 2007 uninterrupted but on 30th June SIM got disabled, SIM replaced twice still service not active, no clue with staff when it will be restored … high time to port my no. @sunilmittal22 @VittalGopal

@Airtel_Presence Internet not working inside Delhi Metro Station please provide better internet service as many other network providers are giving internet working facilities inside Delhi Metro while travelling from GTB Nagar to Rajiv Chwok Metro station but @airtelindia not.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My broadband is out. The modem showing LOS LED red. I know OFC is out. But can't lodge complaint through app. Stupid chat bots have no option. How can I diagnose with no connection. If I turn mobile data on, then app says broadband is ok.

@airtelindia u suddenly stopped my service without any information when contacted Airtel outlet told sim not working, they need 50rs for SIM change, any original govt ID + live photo. All om But after a few minutes I got a mgs " documents that could not be completed" visit again

@airtelindia why the mobile data is not working while in roaming... really not at all expected especially during medical emergency. In addition, there is no way to directly connect with customer care and your airtel thanks app, the help section is really **** no words to say..
