    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia shame on you. You guys are just after money. You don't have customer support available but at crucial time also you are forcing people to pay extra money. As oldest customer of Airtel then also you are giving any facilities what others can expect.

    @Airtel_Presence Basically after the above reply there is a test of customers patience, because @airtelindia never replies, and you as a customer have to wait indefinitely. They have a nonresponsive team.

Technically it's false FIR But, I found this to be quicker than dealing with their customer care EXECUTIVE Had damaged my Airtel SIM while swapping. Their executive kept me waiting for a week. Was hell bent on selling me new SIM FIR route worked like a charm

    @airtelindia Regret to inform that Airtel disconnects lines even after making payments.We have made payment thro’ RTGS but the same does not get updated on the Hub. Whose fault is it!. Last 6 months this has been the damn issue & we haven’t been able to get a solution to this
