    @rohandas231 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Nothing will happen.. They will tell you at last that your sim is faulty and change sim at your own cost. Jabki sim ka issue hai hi nahi.. Issue is with their network coverage which is so detoeriated now.. I am chasing them since 30NOV22 but no resolution

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thanks for the update. Kindly note that till date the issue has not been resolved & still pending. Airtel should feel proud that despite lodging a complaint on social media the same is still not resolved. Is this the service provided by the leading telecom operator

    @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care service. I have requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 2022, more than 48 hours (and counting), with advance payment made and multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

    @TataPlayin hey Tata play, your (wi-fi) has no customer value or they are stubborn enough not to improve. In past 5 months I have made more than 20 complaints of frequent disconnection but completely failed to secure my trust in comparison to @airtelindia 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    @airtelindia @airtelcare process to surrender an Airtel SIM is much more cumbersome than to open a new account. Airtel support sucks! They don’t know how to solve customer’s problem

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your 121 service is pointless as no option to speak with CCE is given IVR does not give you an option to discuss your issues. I have sent a mail close all my landline numbers with immediate effect @reliancejio installed. cust care at S50 is helpless

    @airtelindia WiFi down since yesterday 3pm in Powai area. No resolution, no responses. Impossible to reach customer support when it’s walled off by AI chat bots. 3rd time in 2 weeks. Support is terrible. Is Tata or Jio any better?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 40+ days. 8+ SRs. AirFiber fails after my corporate VPN connects. Same VPN works on every other network. No L2/L3 team. Tickets closed without contact. Can't fix it. Can't disconnect it. Who is accountable?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Why are you doing the fake promotion of 5G speed....what you are not able to provide the 5G services. Many time I have raised the complaints for network issues but every time complaints has been closed without providing any solution.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews To be honest, if you’re unable to fix this issue, please let me know clearly. I will switch to another network. I cannot continue spending ₹49 every day just to use unlimited data when I have already paid for an ₹838 5G Unlimited plan. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel5GIndia @Airtel_Presence I am so frustrated with the 5G service provided by airtel. Even after repeated complain they are not able to provide solution. Their customer service executive are not even know what is solution to customer's problem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence While subscribed 21 OTT plan in Airtel black ,I am feeling frustrated. When I pay for a premium subscription, i expect an ad-free experience, and having interruptions every 10 minutes defeats the purpose of that service.

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I faced a similar issue a year back. In my case they had picked up the modem but still kept harassing me over phone for return of modem until some 30-45 days back. No amount of informing the telecaller that modem has been picked up helped.
