I complained but your Technician just walks in, watches till it stops buffering & leaves. Find a solution plz, it’s pathetic as nothing works without buffering for more than 30mins.

They will tell you at last that your sim is faulty and change sim at your own cost. Jabki sim ka issue hai hi nahi.. Issue is with their network coverage which is so detoeriated now.. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.

After rigorous followup.He billed me rs.3150 for amplifier charges citing weak cable,never an issue in the last few years.Every flat in my complex has an amplifier or is it a compensation scheme for your service provider?Is it under warranty?
