    @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care service. I have requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 2022, more than 48 hours (and counting), with advance payment made and multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

    @Prashan67948842 @airtelindia Nothing will happen.. They will tell you at last that your sim is faulty and change sim at your own cost. Jabki sim ka issue hai hi nahi.. Issue is with their network coverage which is so detoeriated now.. I am chasing them since 30NOV22 but no resolution

    @JioCare @reliancejio Kya hai ye, har mahine down down? Recharge ka time jab end hota hai tab to ek second aage piche nhi hota service band hone se. Nhi handle paa rha hai to band kr lo service. I guess @airtelindia is more reliable ISP.

    @airtelindia @sunilmittal22 @VittalGopal Finally after 12 hours I received reply. It reflects customer value for Airtel. Please let me know the compensation as I already paid for services and internet connection issue still not resolved.

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays?     @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi installation was scheduled for 18 June, but your engineer misled me into sharing an OTP and rescheduled it to 19 June. Now he’s not answering calls, and there’s zero update. I’m flying tonight. Stop harassing customers and fix this immediately! Unacceptable
