@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my brodband 05514024736 with 589,40mbps,1month validity using airtel thanks app, but airtel finished my validity on 30 may means in 15 days only due to their technical issues and now they are not adjusting my remaining validity. Cheaters.

Hence during call NW switches to 2G and no 2G towers at home and call drops. Poor NW coverage case autocloses in 15 days without resolution.

@airtelindia I ordered upgrade to Xtreme box on 24th August, there is no call from engineer or from Airtel about it. I must have called the customer care 7-8 times but no resolution. But this is rediculous. I already have airtel Black, but there no different or special service.
