@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was told that if I'll pay my outstanding bill then I'll be added 2 Family plan 15days ago but no1 contacted me back & wen I called customer service again,agent asked me to wait for 48hrs as I'll get a call back from team but no response till date.

@Airtel_Presence Thanks for calling us, I had paid for fiber modem and xstream stb, INR 900 & 3999 approximately, now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is giving out combos, I am at a loss here, please do intra-department discussion and let me know a proper solution.

@airtelindia I raised a complaint by calling customer service, but no complaint ID was provided. Didn't receive the callback. I upgraded my Airtel DTH to a Xstream box recently. But it appears you've created a new DTH account instead of an upgrade ignoring my 3 month balance.
