    I’m using @airtelindia for a long time but there was no single day when I didn't have any problem like call failed,net problem even u are providing us 5G nowadays but unfortunately ur 5G or 4G are like 2G,also converted into airtel postpaid but nothing changed,worst network ever.

    Hi @airtelindia @AirtelXtream I cannot use DisnepHotstar from 27th Feb after recharge of rs. 999 plan. It is 3 months till now and got no resolution of complaint. Pathetic service. Can you please refund my money? My subscription mob is 8076198670. Complaint numbers is 62913611.

    @airtelindia @airtelcare process to surrender an Airtel SIM is much more cumbersome than to open a new account. Airtel support sucks! They don’t know how to solve customer’s problem

    @JioCare I am really frustrated with your network. Earlier I was with jio and faced the same issue then ported out to @airtelindia and after 3 months I thought your network was improved and ported back to @reliancejio but this time it is the worst now. I may go back to Airtel

    Dear @airtelindia,I bring to your notice that it's been 17 days since I had made my #DTH relocation request followed by 3-4 reminders/complaints. But my complaint isn't resolved yet. I contacted customer care executives a few times but all I have got is false assurance. Pls care.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Shame on you guys still you didn't even resolve my issue. Your staff is still lying to me and they don't even have a general respect for their customers and you are talking about 5G what will 5G do whereas your services are hell.

    @airtelindia @sunilmittal22 @VittalGopal Finally after 12 hours I received reply. It reflects customer value for Airtel. Please let me know the compensation as I already paid for services and internet connection issue still not resolved.

    The worst fiber connection provider is @airtelindia Wifi down for the last one week, two days back it's restored and given the otp, after few hours again the connection disconnected. chatbot replies with the same message every time. SR - 11032456159

You’re forced through endless IVR menus, and their chatbot is unbelievably dumb and useless when dealing complex issues . They need to improve big

    @airtelindia I think your IPTV service is kind of scam. One of your customer care executive told me to opt out DTH and go for IPTV. Well, since last 5 days, I got DTH deactivated and none of your team knows how to provision IPTV.
