    @airtelindia ..Had a worst experience at Airtel Store, Sector 18, Noida. Employee doesn't know how to talk and handle customer..when raised question they said it's special privilege store for customer who bought products from them..

    @Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet is not working seamlessly on my xtreme fiber broadband and when I try to raise complaint on your app then it says some 2 months old ticket for same issue is already open and hence I cannot raise a new ticket!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Does any sim swap for same no. Takes weeks? The Airtel store isn't responding or updating on sim, customer care saying visit the store, we are not getting any kind of help from Airtel after sim was blocked. Is there no one who can assist

    Cancelled the airtel internet on 23rd July. Still receiving the bills. It was promised that the services will be deactivated within 7 working days, but what about the 2 months advanced rental..i guess that's what customer service is all about @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its been more than 2 yrs ,since i have been haggling for mobile network issue in my area Greater noida west which is in NCR ,to no avail so would apprecaite if your authority's avoid this harassment, by aligning your incompetent network team to pull up and instigate

    @airtelindia imagine paying full price for a pizza and getting only 2 slices instead of 8 slices. This is what is happening with me for past 6 months. I updated to Airtel Black 200 Mbps plan and get only 50 Mbps (occasionally 100 Mbps), but never the promised 200 Mbps.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews kya fayda 5G ka jab 4G ka basic customer complaint nai le pa rahe ho. No response frm anyone, failed completely by everyone & I have been paying 6K/ month for no network in the United States. Your Roaming services is pathetic. #shame
