    @airtelindia Local network provider are better then airtel. At least you can talk to them and they will respond. My new connection stopped working after 1 days and now I am running here and there.

    This is very disappointing that the well established and known firm @airtelindia don’t have any solutions for Airtel WiFi connectivity since 8AM. I connected with the support team and they’re still figuring out the connection issue. Pls take a look asap @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My friend’s Airtel number of Buxar Bihar has been blocked by Airtel company since beginning of this year & after multiple assurance /mails with service desk it’s still not operational. Response is that it’s under DOT so not can’t be active! #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been a regular user of airtel services for the last 10 years and airtel broadband as well for 5+ years even with interrupted services. I would request airtel to make their customer care better.still waiting for optic fibre upgrade. Shame!
