    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia xstream fiber apps needs work on 1) give owner an option to block unwanted devices on network 2) devices which connected momentarily kept on showing even after non usage, this creates confusion.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can u please tell, when customer doesn't pay bill or gets delayed there broadband services are barred, but when account is running fine and your service gets disrupted time to time and customer don't get full service.

    @abhinabadas @airtelindia Airtel will empty your wallets.. There are so many hidden charges Wait till you get monthly bill. My advice switch to some other local network. @Airtel_Presence is pathetic. You will end up calling 121 & 198.. but no resolution..

    @airtelindia (2/2) towards your customer grievances? I can say that currently u guys have worst policy towards complains. I went to the local airtel office also and they said the same thing that it will be resolved shortly. With such high data cost..Speed is in kbps

    @airtelindia spoke to yashit at 198 and asked him about closure of my service request without any resolution. he told me that you are free to go to other netowrk operator. Airtel needs to setup a tower which will take 3-6 months. @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence

    Hi @airtelindia so since Feb'21 im facing network issue from your network, ive complained multiple times but still there is no resolution given to me. Recently I'd raised a complaint for internet issues (ref no. 31-3593624910740) & call drop issue ( ref no. 31-3556441823420)

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia social media team tells you to port your number if you want. They never say, "don't port. We will solve the issue." Are they employed by a rival co to make #airtel fail? Or just inefficient. Do thier bosses know that they are losing business?
