Earlier I was with jio and faced the same issue then ported out to @airtelindia and after 3 months I thought your network was improved and ported back to @reliancejio but this time it is the worst now. If you are providing free shifting service then dont treat that free service as garbage. I will disconnet and throw this airtel setup next month.

If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.
