I complained but your Technician just walks in, watches till it stops buffering & leaves. Find a solution plz, it’s pathetic as nothing works without buffering for more than 30mins.

Called 121 and guess what? IVR options don’t even work. Press 2 for Wi-Fi query? Ignored completely. What pathetic, zero-accountability service is this? Fix your broken IVR FIRST. Then fix the Wi-Fi and tell me exactly when it’ll be back. #airtelfail
