    @airtelindia Service support is extremely bad by Airtel. From 31st my internet is down. The support team arent even able to diagnose the issue at all! My static ip is not working, internet is dead. Router was changed.. nothing helped! Customer care gives same repeated answers.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4+ months of unresolved network issues, 2 complaints closed without resolution, and no clear explanation. The matter has now been escalated through the DoT Public Grievance Portal. Grievance No: DOTEL/E/2026/0034710 Awaiting a proper resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence from two days broadband is not working. It is happening repeatedly why? And also sometimes after 10.00pm connectivity is unstable.

    @airtelindia we(~200) are facing major network issue in Parawada area in Visakhapatnam city. We raised the issue but still not resolved. Can we get some contact person inchrge for AP circle/ Vizag for resolving this issue. Thanks

    @Prabhakar_Mahe @airtelindia I faced the same issue with Airtel about 3 years ago while trying to disconnect one of the broadband connections in different cities. It took almost 6 months to get them closed. Disappointing to see that things haven't improved much.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel Customer Support, 5G SA (Standalone) option on my number appears to be frozen/inactive and is not functioning as expected. This issue has persisted despite multiple complaints and follow-ups from my end. I request you to investigate this matter urgently
