    @airtelindia I live in rural area, and here is approximately 500 to 600 people are airtel user. And they daily complaint about internet problem and network issues to customer care past 1-2 year. There are many students who are going to other place for online study.

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence, @AirtelKerala, pls don't make tall, #Misleading ad claims that you'll be resolving all network issues when you cannot do it. Raised multiple complaints via thanksapp, no use. network getting worse day by day, cannot use 4g indoors and outdoors.

    @airtelindia today my mobile service got cut down. No service from today mrng. Could contact your CC. It's only playing pre-recorded IVR. Couldn't login to Airtel thanks without OTP. Check it now so I can port to another service provider. Don't try to call me. I am using Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my first experience with Airtel was very bad. I visited Thane city Airtel store and agent told me that Port-in is only possible to Postpaid not to prepaid. Please confirm that Airtel Port-in is not possible to Prepaid.
