    @airtelindia, without any resolution to the S/R No 31-3629283627144 the ticket has been closed. As per customer service(121) n airtel store changed the Sim no luck. Raised complaint to n/w team no response and now asking me to open a newcase w/o getting any solution.

    @airtelindia my SIM card is not working from last one month and I am overseas..have sent so many messages to your airtel FB page, my brother in India went to airtel store many times but even after one month there is no resolution!Is this how you treat your customers??
