    Tired of using @airtelindia. Every month we pay the bill on time, but when it comes to service, it's always a disappointment. Complained so many times, but all I get is a message saying the issue is resolved while nothing actually changes. @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @airtelindia .... since last week, airtel network in Indira Nagar Sector 23, Lucknow, U.P. is not working at all. No network to call or internet. Even Post paid is not working. Any idea when this might catch your kind attention? Pls pay attention to your loyal customers.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @TRAI Extremely disappointed with Airtel's service. technician demanded extra payment to provide service. Despite multiple complaints through, 121 customer care, and Nodal team, no one has provided a resolution. Very poor customer experience.

    X56 - Dear @airtelindia I had one of the worst experience with your DTH team. If you do not have new xstream set up boxes in stock for last two months in Jaipur, why are you still taking request for new connections? Just to trouble citizens? Hopeless!
