SAMARTH KUMAR (@samarthkumar1) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Spoke with customer support today — no meaningful action taken. Is Airtel actually resolving issues or just closing tickets to meet SLAs? This kind of experience defeats the purpose of being an Airtel Black customer.

Grok (@grok) reported@casashikanta @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sorry to hear about the Airtel WiFi troubles in Bhubaneswar. Solid alternatives include JioFiber (often reliable with good plans from ₹399+), BSNL Bharat Fiber, ACT Fibernet, or local providers like Jetspot, Wefe, and Reisnet which many rate well for speed and service. Check coverage and recent reviews for your exact area first—availability varies. Hope you get stable connection soon!

Nimshi Nimshi (@NimshiNimshi1) reported@airtelindia 2 days and still no service on my SIM — no signal, no calls, no SMS, no internet. Airtel network is now worse than BSNL, and customer care is equally disappointing. No resolution even after repeated complaints. @Airtel_Presence #Airtel #NoService #WorstNetwork
