    @Airtel_Presence After activating HelloTunes from Wynk App... It is not working... Only Airtel Jingle runs... Not the songs which we select. But in wynk app it shows that song is set.. but in real it do not ring. #7860337090 @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioCare your data plans are only plans.. the speed of your jio is worst.. i think 3g net will run faster than your 4g. No speed nothing.. I am going back to @airtelindia atleast they give decent wherever i go. Even in city your data speed is horrible

    @Airtel_Presence The problem persist with few channels. Few channels are coming OK, while few are not. Error Code B001. The STB light turning Green-Orange-Green-Orange on these channels. Kindly help on priority. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

    @RedmiIndia @XiaomiIndia I'm unable to send SMSs through Redmi Note 8 Pro, though I can receive the SMSs. Everytime I'm getting message failed pop-up. I'm using @VodafoneIN & @airtelindia 4G Network. And SMSs are not getting sent using both the networks. Kindly help.

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi @Airtel_Presence I am an Airtel Wi-Fi user. Indoor mobile network coverage is poor, so I purchased Wi-Fi mainly to use Wi-Fi Calling. However, for the last 3 days, Airtel Wi-Fi has not been supporting Wi-Fi Calling.

    12 hours have passed and Airtel WiFi is still down. Truly wonderful service by Airtel and its employees. I regret switching from Jio to Airtel. Frequent outages, no updates, and no resolution. Looks like it's time to switch back to Jio. Customers deserve better than this. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia is silent to my allegations, means answer is simple airtel is forcing it's employees to convert prepaid customers to postpaid. I guess it's time to say #byebyeairtel I will make sure to convert all my remaining sims to other service providers. #thanksairtel

I have visited Manglapuri airtel store and they have denied to help and advised me to approach the Postpaid plan owner. Unfortunately, I am not paying for ur job.

    @airtelindia Took ₹5000 for a 1-year roaming plan. SIM failed after 1 month. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost. Supervisor Simple Shivani’s answer: “Not our problem.”
