    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst service I have ever experienced. My Xstream Fiver is not working since 13 May morning lodged a complaint and expected time for resolution is by 16th May. How do you expect working professionals to wfh where you can’t rely on the network

    Customers pay for reliable broadband service, not excuses. What is the point of paying if basic Wi-Fi coverage inside a 1 BHK flat cannot be provided? We are completely frustrated with this pathetic service experience. @airtelindia

    IVR service of Airtel is worst, man. the service agents are very irritating then I ever experienced- they just wanted me to switch from prepaid to postpaid instead of solving my issue. @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have closed my Airtel black connection last month, My IPTV and router both are picked up by you and still in my Airtel thanks app under my service IPTV showing as suspended, may I know the reason why it's still showing?

    @airtelindia - please help. Have swapped from a physical sim to an eSIM. My physical sim has been deactivated but the eSIM has not been activated. I’ve waiting at your store for an hour and half now! Surely you can do better

    It has been a week with no response from Airtel support.Very disappointed with your service. need a full refund immediately so I can switch to a better WiFi provider. Please resolve this professionally as soon as possible to avoid legal action. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    70 complaints registered with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but zero resolution! Me & 20 of my colleagues are completely fed up with this pathetic network & internet connectivity. Patience has crossed its limit. Decided to port out all our SIMs together.#AirtelDown #NetworkIssue
