    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal I placed a request in Dec 2020 for discontinuation of Airtel broadband services but till date it hasn't been done. Is your customer care service operational? Extremely disappointing service

    Airtel India @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you need to educate your on ground broadband support team in Bengaluru better. For any problem they come, they rename the wifi names without asking and then it's a drag to explain to them why it's painful to reconfigure tens of devices.

    Hello @airtelindia , I’m using your services since long. I’ve two mobile connection and one WiFi. Last three days there’s no network at my phone and WiFi is completely shut down. I’m trying to contact your customer service but couldn’t get the response. Should I surrender my both services ? @airtelnews

    Hello @airtelindia, I fed up with ur data stealing.. Earlier whenever data wasted 50% a message was given but now only a message provided when 90%data wasted.. How many times I ve to alert u?? This is my final warning to u. Otherwise I ll shift to another network

    @airtelindia "Our engineer is working closely on your issue and it will be resolved ASAP." Yet, not a single engineer has contacted me. The engineer's number shared with me even said he isn't responsible for my area. Is this the level of service Airtel provides? @airtelindia

    @DhiruCodes @airtelindia I got FastLane thinking I will get better signal but apart from showing full range and slow internet there is not benefit. Airtel network has become ****** in my area.
