@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged my Airtel DTH with 297. For 1 day it worked fine and now it's showing negative 15 balance and all the channels are gone. Such a pathetic service.

@airtelindia how some other person can use my phone no. before surrendering that sim. I still have that sim using that no. on watsapp and when someone tries to call on that no. a guy pick up that call from another location. How is that possible and what kind of service is that?

@airtelindia useless fellows don't you have 4G tower in TN ? Why no internet service. You will take 9 days for solving complaint. Then why you are getting paid for package for those 9 days @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia ...on a week day the broadband is down for more than 6 hours..no advance notice..and worse is even my mobile service is down... regretting subscribing to the Airtel black bundle... Very frequent planned & unplanned outages...will have to switch if this continues
