@airtelnews @airtelindia please, also note that your, supposed to be visiting, engr. now informs(after I reached out to him) that @Airtel_Presence is not available at new location. Do mind that this was over and above when the engr. should have called me yesterday,which he never.

@airtelindia This is regarding Broadband connection, what a poor network while connecting to VPN. taken broadband network on 17th Feb and I am. using it after two weeks as I out. since 6th March till date I am observing poor network and still not ready to amt returns.

@airtelindia Service is very pathetic once you purchase annual pack(prepaid). Raised this concern multiple times, no resolution. Will shift to #jio once my pack expires.

@airtelnews @airtelindia the promise you make are worthless. I called @Airtel_Presence on 11th for shifting and received an SMS informing that shifting resolution will be done within 24hrs, however, just now been informed that shifting can't happen. This is affecting my work :-(
