    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal I placed a request in Dec 2020 for discontinuation of Airtel broadband services but till date it hasn't been done. Is your customer care service operational? Extremely disappointing service

    Dear @airtelindia , my Wi-Fi has been down for the last 4 days. Complaint registered on 30 July 2026. Every call to customer support ends with the same promise of a technician calling within 4 hours, but no one has contacted me yet. Extremely poor service.

    @airtelindia Got reffered by someone for a Airtel wifi connection and during registration it was not showing up initial 10 months 100INR discount on selected plan. Called support but the person just dropped without listening the problem. Can someone assist from Airtel?

    Network in Khushpuri, Badarpur and Umra villages (Nuh, Haryana) is extremely poor. Calls are not connecting and internet is not working. Around 11,000–15,000 people are affected. Please resolve this issue urgently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @TRAI Do airtel have some problems in giving unlimited 5g internet.I have unlimited plan but still I can't use it since I recharged.Even costumer service is not working. 121 is useless .They don't even bother .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Think 100000 times before taking Airtel Wifi Connection. Worst company in this world. Miserably & shamelessly failed to wifi services in Noida Sector 41 since 3 days. Shameless company with ethic less management!!!
