    @airtelindia If you tell people come to our store & get new sim for 50rs nobody would go. But this idea of disconnection of network & making people themselves go to store and buy new sim is an amazing Shark tank idea. This actually happened to my wife today. I think I am next.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi, we have registered the Service Request via Reference No.31-3123296000861 for your Airtel Mobile. The same will be closed within 8 Working Days..This SR I raised on 4th July 2020 and today is 15th July 2020. No issue resolved. Thanks Airtel

    Chances of spotting a dinosaur are higher than getting your problem solved by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Raise a complaint → technician comes → says "can't fix it, please share OTP" → raise another complaint → repeat. And when you're finally done and want to cancel? "Sir, please talk to our senior." 30 minutes on hold just because you made the mistake of choosing Airtel. Then they have the audacity to send a bill for a service they never provided.
