    @airtelindia I recharge with your plan 251 I got 50 gb but it's not getting onto my daily limit .how am I suppose to use it ? After 1.5 gb speed reduces and it says daily limit exhausted .plese help

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence once again you cause me issues. I paid to have my tv box replaced less than 6 month ago. Now I cannot raise a complain, you say it's out of warranty. Your tech said the replacement box had 6 month of warranty. P.S. it's not working

    @airtelindia If you tell people come to our store & get new sim for 50rs nobody would go. But this idea of disconnection of network & making people themselves go to store and buy new sim is an amazing Shark tank idea. This actually happened to my wife today. I think I am next.

    @airtelindia it's been 7 days since i complained that i am not getting unlimited 5g, Data is being deducted from my 4g balance while using 5g. My system is updated and i can use unlimited 5g in my other airtel sim. Why is it that the customer care don't help. @stufflistings .

    @airtelindia earlier outgoing service worked for at least sometime after expiry. Now the moment validity ends the line practically useless causing mental harassment to make just one call, customers are not ATM @airtelindia please understand that and provide the solution asap.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have moved from Gurgaon to Pune & accordingly raised a request to shift my wifi connection to Pune on 1st May (request id 10926299883). I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests fir poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was c9ntacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).
