    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence once again you cause me issues. I paid to have my tv box replaced less than 6 month ago. Now I cannot raise a complain, you say it's out of warranty. Your tech said the replacement box had 6 month of warranty. P.S. it's not working

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , The issue is not getting resolved of no Internet, broadband and phone both are down. It’s been 11days and they asked for another 8days, shouldn’t the charges be reversed for these days? Getting my broadband and all mobiles ported to another network

    I had booked fiber whith register number 9451725587 Agent come and kyc done instant but installation not done yet . Agane told me that installation will be done same day . Please cancel my connection and refund my amount as soon as possible. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia pls don’t use Airtel AirFiber.don’t give consistent speed. Custcare doesn’t care shamelessly say for 100mbps plan expected is 50mbps always say complaint raised & tech will come tmrw (nevercomes). 100 Mbps plan gives ~50 Mbpsthat too inconsistent. Wasted money, DON'T

    After the nightmare with Reliance Jio, I switched to @airtelindia hoping for better service. Paid ₹400 on April 27 for a new connection and since then complete silence. No installation, no response, no way to reach support. Same chaos, different provider. Completely unacceptable
