    @airtelindia after payment & installation of router & cables activation has failed on 3 attempts. Your technician spent hrs in the last 3 days unsuccessfully trying to activate my connection. If this is the struggle now I’m really concerned about the quality of service later on.

    @airtelindia Complain for landline no 033-40036450 raised via mail on wednesday, but no resolution provided till date. Interesting proverb came to mind for this un-enthical manner of service by this so called Branded Company. "Batti gul meter chalu"

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No service at the airtel store at Bangur, Kolkata, West Bengal. They simply mention kindly mail at customer care or call. Kindly inform if such satisfaction service if available, then what is the use or purpose of such store?
