  For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.   @airtelindia took out the ₹299 plan? Why, Airtel, why? Not everyone can keep up with these ever-increasing recharge prices. At this point, it’s honestly time to consider changing my network provider. Sorry Airtel, but you’re about to lose a loyal customer.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence number is dnd registered but daily without fail I received 2 to 3 promotional sms where prices r mentioned of service n pack, camouflaged as service, 1909 exc denied to take complaint, mails ids till appellate not responding. This is how pathetic u have been

  @airtelindia Never take airtel as your broadband partner, kindly prefer jio as when you buy a 6month plan of airtel. Half of the time, internet is not working and after 10 days daily follows if it starts then after 2 days it again stops. Worst customer service #airtel #broadband

  I shifted to a new house and requested Airtel to relocate my WiFi connection. Instead, Airtel is telling me to remove the router myself and bring it to them - even though it is installed at a considerable height. I’m currently out of the city and only my mother is at home. I’m not a technician. How am I supposed to safely remove it? And when I asked Airtel to send their team, their response was: “We won’t do it. You can cancel the connection.” Here’s the shocking part: when I got the connection, Airtel told me that shifting the connection would be THEIR responsibility. Promise the service while taking the customer, then refuse to provide it when the customer actually needs it. This is what Airtel customer service has come down to. @airtelindia - is this your idea of customer service?
