@airtelindia how many times I explain to your technician on my issue who leaves with out providing any updates on the issue but end up closing the ticket. It's in the best interest that I switch to someone else with the hope for better service.thank you

It’s a shame to say @airtelindia need to train their executives. Worst customer satisfaction given. Harsh words used by @airtelindia executives. “No network service available, but while asking for it, they always delay by 1 day” and worst language used.

@airtelindia sorry, but Airtel👎 is the worst company I got a prepaid Sim, paid for 12 months in advance, as I was travelling overseas, Airtel canceled my service / based on my VISA status, where as I am holding OCI, I waisted 5 hours in Airtel office close to Tilak Nagar,no help
