  @Santosh26704654 @airtelindia They don't know why the SIMs are not working. On the other networks , I never faced this type of problem.

  @arjunca1110 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Same answer for me also. Only Airtel SIM is stopped working. I have not experienced this type problem never before. I am unable to get the services Since 20 May. Airtel is cool enough to post copy n paste messages to my posts on Twitter and mail.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i can receive messages. But I can't sed messages through airtel network. If u are largest fastest network in the world. Call me immediately. Solve my problem.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India Since Saturday 29.05.2021 activation of my SIM is under process. Airtel is unable to complete the activation till now. Is it too difficult to activate the SIM! Decided not to support . Airtel ... Please tell.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my area. Airtel signal is very dull. It's almost in between 250-700KBPS. And I can't send a message through WhatsApp immediately. It takes 2 seconds time. I hope, you understand my problem and solve it by installing a new tower in our area

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Since 14 years have been using the same number. Never my SIM stopped working on other networks. Since 20th May 2021, SIM is not working. Airtel is struggling to restore the services. No calls, No financial transactions, No office mails.Awesome Airtel

  Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Why does it take 7 whole days to merely update an email address on my registered phone number. To get an eSIM now I'll have to wait 7 days to first get the email updated and then the eSIM activation process. Some help for a mere emailid update!

  @airtelindia @airtelbuzz SMS to airtel numbers not getting delivered to westbengal saltlake area and odisha patia areas from other operators like reliance jio idea Vodafone and bsnl etc after 10pm. It is suspected that there is an issue with airtel smsc to b resolved.

  @airtelindia Why is the customer denied for eSIM on there existing prepaid sim card? I was told to convert to postpaid and then apply for eSIM. nor is my email id being updated on prepaid sim. I already have a 1yr prepaid plan why should I convert to postpaid for eSIM?

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I got airtel broadband connection 5 days ago and till today I have not been able to use wifi.I have launched a complaint but no resolution. Please let me know why it is taking so long to resolve the complaint and how will the money be compensated.
