@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my area. Airtel signal is very dull. It's almost in between 250-700KBPS. And I can't send a message through WhatsApp immediately. It takes 2 seconds time. I hope, you understand my problem and solve it by installing a new tower in our area

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Since 14 years have been using the same number. Never my SIM stopped working on other networks. Since 20th May 2021, SIM is not working. Airtel is struggling to restore the services. No calls, No financial transactions, No office mails.Awesome Airtel

Would request everyone not to enroll with the airtel BLACK plan as there is no such dedicated team to support(24*7)they make false promises, a change request was initiated on my account but even after 72 hours nothing was done. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence(details on DM)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Ported my number to airtel. Porting was completed on 21st OCT & my network is still not activated. I am without a network for past two days & your store is incapable of rectifying it. Literally anybody else would have done a better job at this!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence false promises of priority customer service for Airtel Black plans are exposed. Raised a SR on oct 12 and no response till date. Social media team is of no use. Absolute silence from customer service is unacceptable and highly annoying.
