I have not experienced this type problem never before. I am unable to get the services Since 20 May. Airtel is cool enough to post copy n paste messages to my posts on Twitter and mail.

I have contacted with airtel customer care so many times but I got no results.They are saying wait wait we are resolving .

Since 20th May 2021, SIM is not working. Airtel is struggling to restore the services. No calls, No financial transactions, No office mails.Awesome Airtel

I had an active prepaid plan worth ₹3,500, which was valid for 365 days. At the time of switching to the postpaid connection, a significant portion of this plan was still unused. My understanding was that the remaining value or benefits of the prepaid plan would be adjusted or transferred to my new postpaid account. However, I would like confirmation on whether this transfer has been processed. If not, I kindly request you to initiate the transfer or provide an appropriate adjustment of the remaining prepaid balance into my postpaid plan.
