@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Since 14 years have been using the same number. Never my SIM stopped working on other networks. Since 20th May 2021, SIM is not working. Airtel is struggling to restore the services. No calls, No financial transactions, No office mails.Awesome Airtel

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i can receive messages. But I can't sed messages through airtel network. If u are largest fastest network in the world. Call me immediately. Solve my problem.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my area. Airtel signal is very dull. It's almost in between 250-700KBPS. And I can't send a message through WhatsApp immediately. It takes 2 seconds time. I hope, you understand my problem and solve it by installing a new tower in our area

@Santosh26704654 @airtelindia They don't know why the SIMs are not working. On the other networks , I never faced this type of problem.

@ItsMePragnesh @airtelindia Can you check if your AADHAR phone number OTP verification works and if e-filing has your AADHAR displayed in profile. Had to help my relatives in India yesterday and found that it was a problem with IT/AADHAR interop. I have advised them to try again tomorrow or next year

@airtelindia I am trying hard to log my complaint and talk to someone instead of machine. I am having worst network issue in my building as I go to higher floors. I can't make or receive any call while inside flat on 14th floor. Am I supposed to come down to make calls.

@Baavree @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why did you get Jio connection in the first place? Was it a favour to Jio? Once you go to other net work you will realise the difference in cost and service. Either you will suffer or you will come back to Jio.
