    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India Since Saturday 29.05.2021 activation of my SIM is under process. Airtel is unable to complete the activation till now. Is it too difficult to activate the SIM! Decided not to support . Airtel ... Please tell.

    @arjunca1110 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Same answer for me also. Only Airtel SIM is stopped working. I have not experienced this type problem never before. I am unable to get the services Since 20 May. Airtel is cool enough to post copy n paste messages to my posts on Twitter and mail.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my area. Airtel signal is very dull. It's almost in between 250-700KBPS. And I can't send a message through WhatsApp immediately. It takes 2 seconds time. I hope, you understand my problem and solve it by installing a new tower in our area

    @airtelindia i have recharged one airtel number through airtel thanks app. After 5 days of recharge outgoing calls and data services are disabled suddenly. I have contacted with airtel customer care so many times but I got no results.They are saying wait wait we are resolving .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i can receive messages. But I can't sed messages through airtel network. If u are largest fastest network in the world. Call me immediately. Solve my problem.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Since 14 years have been using the same number. Never my SIM stopped working on other networks. Since 20th May 2021, SIM is not working. Airtel is struggling to restore the services. No calls, No financial transactions, No office mails.Awesome Airtel

    @Santosh26704654 @airtelindia They don't know why the SIMs are not working. On the other networks , I never faced this type of problem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel Customer Support, I am writing to request for assistance regarding my recent transition from a prepaid connection to a postpaid plan. I had an active prepaid plan worth ₹3,500, which was valid for 365 days. At the time of switching to the postpaid connection, a significant portion of this plan was still unused. My understanding was that the remaining value or benefits of the prepaid plan would be adjusted or transferred to my new postpaid account. However, I would like confirmation on whether this transfer has been processed. If not, I kindly request you to initiate the transfer or provide an appropriate adjustment of the remaining prepaid balance into my postpaid plan.

    @AirtelIndia My Airtel Fiber is not working for the last 6 days. Complaint already raised (ID:  11028991136 ) but no engineer visit yet. This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP or I’ll escalate further.

    @airtelindia , even I am putting this post on X using someone hotshot who is using Vodafone sim. Neither wifi is working not internet ? Will u consider to provide me 1 month free broadband service for this interruption? Then why should I suffer

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, if this is the level of service you're going to provide, it would honestly be better to stop selling SIMs altogether. One complaint hasn't been resolved for 3 months straight. This is not service, it's negligence.

    @airtelindia contacted Airtel support clearly stated that I would not opt for ₹698/day when a ₹133 + GST pack was available. I was assured that the matter would be reviewed and adjusted on billing. However, upon receiving my bill, I was charged for two packs—₹3999 and ₹2999

    i’ve genuinely never seen worse after-sales service than @airtelindia. Constant rescheduling, the technician never shows up for installation, and there’s zero accountability. funny how they’re always prompt when it comes to accepting payment - but the moment you pay, they disappear. does anyone know who can help?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is really ridiculous that you / team have been making excuses/ buying time to resolve the issue. I have made the payment and still not received the device. I’m have been suffering due to the Airtel Wi-Fi network issue !! Pathetic Service!!
