    @airtelindia You have very bad coverage in Greece. Calls don’t go thru most of the times, data and internet speed is atrociously slow. Nothing connects. Made a mistake taking the international pack for self and wife.

    @airtelindia Final reminder to @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence: Refund my ₹500 immediately. I paid for Airtel DTH/Airtel Black connection under Request ID TTBR8U7A54 / NTBR8U7A54, but the service was never installed/activated and the order was cancelled. I have already shared proof

    I shifted to a new house and requested Airtel to relocate my WiFi connection. Instead, Airtel is telling me to remove the router myself and bring it to them - even though it is installed at a considerable height. I’m currently out of the city and only my mother is at home. I’m not a technician. How am I supposed to safely remove it? And when I asked Airtel to send their team, their response was: “We won’t do it. You can cancel the connection.” Here’s the shocking part: when I got the connection, Airtel told me that shifting the connection would be THEIR responsibility. Promise the service while taking the customer, then refuse to provide it when the customer actually needs it. This is what Airtel customer service has come down to. @airtelindia - is this your idea of customer service?

    @airtelindia Pls cancel my New Airtel Wi-Fi + TV request AWEHXFZ5Z0 and refund my payment.Installation was confirmed for today 6 PM, but was rescheduled to Sep 8 without any prior intimation. I’m not willing to wait that long. Please restore/continue my previous plan and confirm.

    @airtelindia whats your customer care email id ?? Why you are charging extra amount in the name of taxes ?? I didnt subscribe or opt for additional channels But im getting text msgs as channel got activated Why u r activating new channels without my consent ???
