    But there has been no improvement in the speed at all, it seems that @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia has ignored complaints completely. I am tired of calling customer care executive and asking them to resolve the internet problem.

    @airtelindia I had applied for a fiber-based connection for my office, and now your salesperson has taken my money (around 5500) and isn't installing the modem in my office. Your technician then calls me up and says that = "ye mera problem nahi hai, aap wire install karo,"

    @airtelindia #airteldth #airtel Hopelessly waiting for a service request that is due 2 weeks ago to be serviced to upgrade box. Every time I call to follow up, I am told that it is escalated and will be resolved tomorrow. Help me on when this tomorrow will arrive. SR 34759413

    @d_d_dhuri @airtelindia Instead of make huge expenses on so called advertising, try to give best service from that money.. ppl will get automatically attract, otherwise some ppl like me, prefer to get port their network.

    India’s. Worst service provider @airtelindia I am facing issues from last one week but not getting any support through call or message. I am going to port out from @airtelindia to @reliancejio .
