    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I visited local operator's office but with regret i have to say they are pathetic and were so rude. I got a connection from airtel then why i have to request local operator for resolution. Help me on humanitarian grounds.

    @airtelindia the inconvenience i have been facing is disgusting .my sim card has been blocked despite recharging every month.and when i called the customer care they have told me to go to airtel store to take a new sim card on the same number where they charge only 25rs.
