    @airtelindia please make your customer service better from past two months there was an service outage more than 6times and each time you took around 2days to resolve and when we call 121 for cs, each time SLA time is getting extended

    @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India They have million customer even if they are doing this to thousands random customer daily. Imagine the amount of money they are making as the lowest recharge for new sim is 219. In simple words @airtelindia is scamming people.
