I went to airtel shop for making a dummy sim. Because suddenly my sim stopped working without any specific reason. so the shopkeeper told me to make a dummy sim for that. He charged 200 Rs. for that dummy sim which costs 50 rs. rude talk.Disgusting @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Is it just me? I was unable to access the @DuckDuckGo — the private search engine — website for at least an hour. I am an @AirtelIndia user. I request #Airtel to fix this immediately or people may think this is intentional, or maybe even it is a threat to online #privacy.

@airtelindia Very pathetic customer service by airtel Dth team After installation. Not even received the call from engineer or cust care from 3 days.Purchased Xstream box just one month ago. Picture quality is worst. Airtel just concentrating on marketing not on customer service.
