Today i called airtel customer care to find the store which has postpaid services. Guess what, they had no clue. They told they can only search by pincode whether store exists there or not! Not by city! @airtelindia Seriously ?

@pritpalsodhi @airtelindia Airtel has better network coverage. That's a fact. VI can never compete with Airtel. I hv both connections. Probably BSNL or JIO may compete. At least their postpaid versions.
