Submit request with reason. Or call 121/198 from your registered Airtel number, request cancellation, and note the SR ID. It usually processes in 3-7 days. They may ask why—stay firm if you're sure.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am experiencing a routing issue while using online gaming services. My connection has a "London Loop" routing issue. Local ping is ~30ms, but game servers spike to 160ms. My traffic is being sent to the UK and back for a local server! Please help
