On contacting customer care she told me that I should've consulted customer care first then I asked her then why such clause or condition is not mentioned 2/3

@airtelindia my internet connection is having issue, Every alternate month it gets disconnected. also, m not able to raise complaint through airtel thanks app. Need permanent solution on this. And get the service active ASAP
