    It's been over a mnth I have complained about poor signal @reliancejio @JioCare . Resolution in 15days has been promised but it's been over month now. I think it's better to port to @airtelindia

    And today when someone finally called? All he did was say he’d escalate it to SOMEONE ELSE. You cannot be serious!!! Your final suggestion after all this? Get a new physical SIM. That’s it. That’s your fix. 12 days of my time wasted and that’s the best @airtelindia

    @airtelindia My SIM has no signal in Bahrain from last 1 month. It was working earlier. Even after selecting STC Bahrain manually no network. Roaming pack active. Need urgent help. Already raised complaint.

    @airtelindia Worst 5G performance in my area too poor network unlimited 4G+5G no use because internet is below average complaints won't work that is for show purpose no actual resolution since years!!!

    Hii @airtelindia I am facing continuous issues with my Airtel WiFi connection in Berhampur. Initially, it worked perfectly for 3 months. Then I recharged for 6 months (100 Mbps plan), which is a big expense for a middle-class user like me who depends on stable internet for work-from-home. However, within the first few days, 4 days were completely wasted due to technical issues from Airtel’s side. Recently, I again faced 2 days of complete service disruption. These repeated outages are causing serious loss, and there is no compensation or recovery provided. Customer care response is poor, and even the local Airtel office in Berhampur is not taking complaints seriously. This is highly disappointing. I request Airtel to: 1.Compensate for the lost days 2.Improve service reliability 3.Take customer complaints seriously Please resolve this urgently.

    @airtelindia Dear team, Facing network issues on my Airtel postpaid no. 8848268302 for 5 days. Resolution given as 25th April — completely unacceptable. If not fixed ASAP, will port to another network. Do the needful Ticket no-31-1000012999885
