    Facing call drop & very low & slow internet connection from a month in Warangal. Forget about 4g airtel doesn't even provide 3g services. FYI Warangal is ranked among top smart cities and I reside within city limits.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    ..activated. Numerous calls to Customer Service and speaking escalation desk has not helped and I feel so helpless with a company like Airtel, imagine other less fortunate companies! @airtelindia @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence disappointed with your service for the first time!

    For the last 1 year, there has been a serious network problem in this location: Surasi, UP (26.5268016, 79.7069052). The network is extremely weak and calls/data often don’t work properly. Please look into this issue and improve the network coverage in this area. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence No @airtelindia, spare me your garbage "support. Paid every bill on time, got zero network coverage in return for 2 months. All I got canned responses. Switched to prepaid and will be porting out this month. To save myself the headache. :-)

    Best turning into worst. this is Wat ur service is nowadays. I pay over a thousand PM and ur internet service sucks. Really. Time to stop and look for alternative. @airtelindia
