anirudh (@nsanirudh) reportedDisappointed with @airtelindia and @perplexity_ai. Their partnership is forcing you as an end user to pay for an AI that you may or may not find value in. I tried “managing my subscription” through the app — but since I’m on IOS and it’s not managed by Apple you can’t unsubscribe there. I tried “managing my subscription” through the browser — but perplexity only allows you to upgrade and pay more. Not cancel a free Airtel provided subscription. At this point it is just disappointing to see that’s how they making these frustrating dark patterns. As a regular developer it should be easy to for someone like to figure this out. But if I can’t — I wonder what’s happening to all the other regular folk out there. Good luck trying to mail their support.

For Card, go to bank portal, than autopay, may get redirected to SiHub. Login to SiHub with Card Number and OTP. Select the Mandate and cancel the Auto Pay
