    It's been over a mnth I have complained about poor signal @reliancejio @JioCare . Resolution in 15days has been promised but it's been over month now. I think it's better to port to @airtelindia

    The worst network in Telangana was @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we are experiencing very slow internet in Warangal and call drops many times Jio @reliancejio is far better than Airtel

    Facing call drop & very low & slow internet connection from a month in Warangal. Forget about 4g airtel doesn't even provide 3g services. FYI Warangal is ranked among top smart cities and I reside within city limits.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    No wifi service since 6 july Complaints simply pushed saying issue will be fixed by 3 or 4 hours. After 6 odd days 1 technician comes and leaves midway saying he will come again only to not show up. Calls kept waiting for hours. Pathetic experience @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Reactivated my broadband on your rep's phone confirmation of Rs.1300/month, but got billed Rs.570 + Rs.1645 instead. Raised complaints via email 3 days ago — emails not going through/delayed, not my fault. Already disconnected & kept hardware ready for pickup. Need this fixed — refund + account closure confirmed in writing. Don't mislead customers and make false promises to sell your services. A/C 10101033112402 (AirtelOne) Timeline: - Apr 28, 2026: Raised disconnection request, paid in full. - Rep assured no billing while inactive, reactivate anytime. - Jun 3, 2026: Called to reactivate. First quoted Rs.1645 (vs my original Rs.1300 plan), I declined and asked for permanent disconnection. - Rep called back and confirmed reactivation at Rs.1300. I agreed based on this. - Instead I was billed ~Rs.570 within 10 days, then another Rs.1645. - Emails sent 3 days ago about this are not going through/delayed. - Service already disconnected on my end 3 days ago. Hardware ready for pickup.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i'm writing 2 register a formal complaint regarding the failed installation of my new Airtel AirFiber connection. An Airtel engineer visited my premises 2day 4 d scheduled installation. However, d installation and ODCP setup could not be completed.

    @airtelindia I pay ₹824/month for postpaid and get under 4 Mbps on the same bed a prepaid SIM works fine. Your bot keeps texting generic excuses. DO NOT text me. Call me immediately to fix this or give me my port code. (Number shared in DM)
