Facing call drop & very low & slow internet connection from a month in Warangal. Forget about 4g airtel doesn't even provide 3g services. FYI Warangal is ranked among top smart cities and I reside within city limits.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why is it so tedious to reach out to a customer care executive to talk & sort the issue. I have recently moved from Airtel Postpaid to Airtel Prepaid & there is no way to reach any support guys on 121/198 on how to enable basic International Roaming

Wow, what an amazing @airtelindia service! I am continuously calling Airtel service because my SIM has become GPRS for no reason. I asked where is the nearby SIM card center about this and they are saying talk to Airtel coustomer Care. Is this your 24 hour coustomer service?

@SUMITRAW2506 @airtelindia @ACTFibernet Even I have had a pathetic experience with ACT but the problem is right now Jio is not ready to help with anything so if ACT is gonna be best of the worst then I might just have to go with it. 🥲 Local cable and internet providers use to be so much easier to deal with.

@airtelindia, @PIB_India Worst service, customer care of airtel. No. 1 is taking money. I have raised the request for airtel wifi, on behalf if that airtel deducted the amount of Rs 1000, but denied from providing services. Now I am fighting for getting my money back.
