@airtelindia if you take 7 days to resolve my internet issue why don't you provide 7 days extension of my daily data plan. You guys cap the internet willingly even if people have an additional data vouchers. Your standards is low. charging and not providing.

@airtelindia hi. The most Pathetic customer service I think is from airtel. Has inquired for airtel broadband services in our area. It's been months no action taken. No reply from your executive Mr .Allam. no wonder you lose your customers to jio. I am one of them.

@airtelindia I am trying to get a Airtel Black - Broadband and DTH service, but your customer care is horrible to be honest. They send a message saying as per your request we are sending the engineer post 7 days. Where as I have never requested the same.

Hey @airtelindia My bill was generated today and as soon as that happened, all my services were suspended due to non payment while the due date was 27/11. I was left stranded with no network, no internet in the middle of road. Thanks a lot! @Airtel_Presence

My Airtel Broadband account n. 7040834360 was disconnected in the month of Feb, But I didn't get the refund yet. 121 and nodal teams are not even responding for my e-mails. Worst service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Don't use there connection.
