@JioCare if you want , noone call you then choose jio because the internet speed and jio network is not available on this perticular area . It's time to quit jio and replace it by @airtelindia network.even by a single call you can talk to someone on this @airtelindia network.

By far worst system of customer care is @airtelindia . They don't even have an option to speak to a customer agent. I switched over to @JioFiberVoice . Double the speed at half the cost. Customer agent picks phone within 3 rings. Amazing @reliancejio . Keep up good work

@airtelindia I am getting pathetic customer service from Airtel. I requested for intercity shifting of my broadband connection on 25th Mar. It was supposed to be done in max 3 days but now it is 1 week and customer care is just giving a new timeline and fake promises everytime

But still after all these years the problem is still not completely rectified... I only get rid of this for few weeks and it occurs every now and then.. Ur @airtelindia engineers says when u get the fiber Upgradation this problem will be resolved

@airtelindia OMG ! Airtel, why you make customs to cry with your Internet service? If you have no guts to serve the Internet service you can shut down it. We are on WFH, you should react immediately for our request and fix it. But it is not happening with Airtel. It is 36 hrs pas

@girikesavan @netcitizen May be just me - Airtel Modem just restarts multiple times a day for no apparent reason. Modem change has not helped and the @airtelindia support guys have been of zero help too.

Hey @airtelindia i am a consumer of ur broadband way before this Xtreme fiber thing... Now from the last 1-1.5 years I'm continuously facing the problem of frequent disconnect while using the internet.. Lot of complaints hundreds of engineer visit almost tried everything.

@airtelindia Your service engineers doesn’t care about customers. I have raised internet connectivity issue on 30th March but till today no one came to fix it. And my connection is very new but I have raised 5 times in this month. There is no permanent fix from you side. Just TP
