@airtelindia A great disappointment with regards to installation of services at my new address. Installation guy sells a new package and it’s been more than a month no installation done yet, payment taken by him and upon asking for refund redirects to talk to customer care.

@ajay43 @airtelindia Ditto with Amazon India . Useless chat bots. Useless service at @amazonIN while earlier it was excellent when one could speak to somelne. Now there seems to be no way to speak to anyone. Can anyone help located the 'Call me' button on Amazon or have they done away with it?
