Frequent internet disruption from @airtelindia since 24th March, pathetic service and works getting delayed because of this nonsense and suffering and providers simply say apologize for inconvenience.

@airtelindia Your spam protection and problem resolving team needs an upgrade. Asking the spam call numbers to the customers is an outdated way. We live in robotic era. Bots are smarter than you, annoying your customers by repeated calls from new numbers.

@airtelindia The major issue with Tower is that it only works when there's electricity and once the power supply is gone, the tower goes down as they never use any inverter or generator to keep the tower working. I am writing on the behalf of all the villagers to fix this issue
