    Dear @airtelindia what is the meaning of unlimited 5G? I am watching movies on netflix with 5G network and my data is over though my pack has unlimited 5G. There isn't a single way to talk to customer care and your ai bot is useless. The day isn't very far when I'll switch to jio

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been over 5 hours since I shared the details on DM and there has been absolutely no followup. Really disappointing support for an Airtel Black customer. If this continues, I may have to port out of Airtel. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
